For this job I removed and replaced existing water heater that was defective. I also ran a new t&p line because previous water heater did not have a t&p line. I also installed a new prv there wasn’t one on the system. Double checked my work and tested for leaks. Conducted a super clean up. Per customer I did not connect power to water heater because homeowner needs electrical out to fix power going to the water heater.

Arrived on site for a system that wasn’t heating. Client has experience with refrigeration and knows the inducer is howling and won’t close pressure switches. We found the system was rotted though the heat exchanger and the inducer assembly was failed. The system is 30 years old and has major safety and efficiency concerns. We were unable to cycle the system in its current condition and due to parts houses being closed we were unable to quote parts that are likely unavailable. Comfort consultant will be there in the morning to discuss replacement and to add a duct to the upstairs closet. System is non op and was left off at the thermostat. Call complete.

Arrived at the customer’s home to find the cause of no heating. Found that the system is not going through the full heat ignition sequence. There is not voltage being sent to the pressure switch. Reported findings to the customer. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Scheduled for an install supervisor to arrive tomorrow between 11 and 2.

Installed Rheem 50 gallon hybrid electric water heater. Water heater is installed in a drip pan. Installed condensate pump and ran discharge to the outside of the home. Installed new expansion tank and bracket. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Repair sewer line 12 inches deep in the ground due to roots growing into line and causing a whole house back up

Arrived on site to follow up from the previous day to replace all 5 ecobee thermostats. Client wanted remote access and WiFi compatible thermostats that we can lockout from being changed. We started at the basement and had to drill directly into structural steel to get it mounted. We installed one on the sales floor, downstairs design room, upstairs design room and in the call center. 3/5 of the systems were in the basement / mechanical room and the other 2 are in the attic. We programmed all thermostats to comfort differently at clients request. The first floor (sales floor and downstairs design room) they wanted set between 65 and 68 degrees for optimal flower condition. Upstairs design room was set the same from 65-68 degrees and the call center was programmed to keep the space 72-78 degrees. The basement is heat only and is programmed to stay at 72 degrees at all times. There is a mini split that serves the elevator mechanical room that was very low on refrigerant. Is tough to full

EV Charger Install

After recent attic insulation was blown in customer complained about low or no airflow. Upon further inspection I found 4 ducts disconnected that supply the dining room, laundry, primary bathroom and bedroom. Partially replaced, connected, and sealed ductwork. 4” duct disconnected that supplies the laundry room was ripped off completely 8” duct for the wye that supplies airflow to the master bed and bath was barely connected An 8” and 7” ducts were both buried in the insulation with no wye attached to them

Provide and install ion 6 water conditioner + complementary water heater flush. After installation I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and checked for leaks. Also increased pressure to 70psi. Thank you for choosing te certified

Customer called us out for a clogged sink. I inspected the sink and only one side would back up at a time. I recommended breaking loose the clogs using a plunger due to the nature of the clog. Customer agreed. I plunged the sink successfully clearing the blockage and tested the sink for about 10 minutes. Customers sink was plumbed with accordian pipe which might have contributed to the kind of blockage they were experiencing.

Performed visual leak search in ceiling of the basement. Removed ceiling tile and encountered water stains above the sprinkler valve. Upon further investigation found the leak to be coming from the existing icemaker valve. The valve was repaired by a different contractor which corrected the leak. I opened a section of drywall to ensure there’s no other culprits for the visible water stains below. No signs of any active leak was found behind the wall.

Installed new circuit for front of garage ring flood. Replaced front porch flood with RING Flood. Installed RING doorbell. Replaced doorbell transformer.

For this job, I came out and worked on replacing the pressure regulator. Was initially out here for a leak in the ceiling. Customer did not want to move forward with doing anything with that issue. Also went ahead and courtesy. A new whole home shut off tested for leaks and cleaned up work area.

We completed a full home inspection and this is what was found: Inspection -Basement- The basement has a kitchen area with a stove, sink, garbage disposal and counter top receptacles with no GFCI protection. The majority of all basement receptacles do not have GFCI protection (code change) Other issues with the receptacles are as followed: *Painted devices *Old devices (loose connections) *1st receptacle on right in hallway is reverse polarity. *Gfci in back room not wired correctly and with open ground. *Back bedroom closet receptacle has no power. Bath fan in basement bathroom is not working. Carbon/Smokes are missing Under the stairs is an open tap on the keyless fixture and found loose wiring. Fixtures missing lamps and diffusers. A water heater is in the closet and the wire feeding it is not being physically protected with a conduit. Chandelier and troubleshoot

Called out to address leak on copper pipe in the basement ceiling and to give an estimate to replace the whole home water shut off. Gave customer solutions to get all that taken care of, customer agreed, and work with started. Begin work by shutting off water to the whole home and draining the system. Cut out old gate valve and PRV and replace with new quarter turn ball valve and new dual chambered PRV. Cut out old tee where there was a slow leak on the joint and replace with a new copper tee. Re-introduced water to the home and tested all work for leaks. No leaks. Inform the customer that the exhaust vents on the water heater was not installed properly. Vent ins pitched incorrectly and needs to be addressed. Customer will call the company that installed the heater to get this repaired. PRV was set to 65 psi. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we came out for the only system not working 2007 Trane 100k furnace with matching 16 seer 4 ton ac. Evaluated complete hvac system found locked up draft inducer motor out of warranty in furnace. Performed safety inspection of furnace inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found crack at 7 o clock. Tagged furnace unsafe due to potential carbon monoxide fumes. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating equipment and left repair options as well.

Customers neighbor had major sewer issues and he wants to perform a camera inspection to check operation of his sewer line. Used clean out in basement to access sewer and perform camera inspection. Found no issues at this time, but there is a tree directly in line with the sewer that he will have removed proactively. Located and marked with flags.

Troubleshoot

Installed new water heater 2nd floor attic space ~ due to old water heater age and leaking ~ fixed code upgrades for water heater expect pan drain line that was coveted with insulation and other materials ~ if water inspection fails due to pan drain we will have to redo the pan ~ extra labor if needed ~ let home owner known that we had to uninstall sink vanity that was unattached to the wall in order to put the heater inside the attic space ~ no pipe cuts needed just took the sink supply lines off and pulled it away ~ upon reinstalling we caulked the sink top back on top the vanity as when we took it away from the wall we noticed that it was separate from the vanity (not installed properly from the beginning) we restored it but giving the top attachment to the vanity bottom using caulk ~ pictures posted.

Replaced ruptured expansion tank with newly secured expansion tank. Tested and checked for leaks

Was called out todo replace shut off due to it breaking cause handy man tried shutting it off while I was here she opted to replace Prv as well Tested for leaks no leaks at this time Thanks for choosing te certified
