Installed a new toilet for the homeowner to resolve sizing and comfort issues with the existing unit. Upon removing the old toilet, discovered a broken flange, which was promptly replaced to ensure a secure and leak free connection. After completing the flange repair and new toilet installation, conducted a full operational test, properly sealed the base to the floor, and performed a thorough leak inspection. All systems confirmed, functional, with no leaks detected. Requested homeowner not sit on toilet for 24 hours so that sealant can dry.

For this job I replaced a leaking water heater. I installed new 50 gallon gas heater with a 4 year extended warranty kit making the water heater a 10 year warranty. I installed new cap, elevated heater, capped off pan and left a water alarm inside of pan. I installed new expansion tank and secure to heater using mounting bracket. I made all new copper connections and I made new gas connections aswell. I set temperature of heater to 120 degrees. On tank I set psi to 70, house psi is 61 psi. I tested and left work area clean.

Called out to address a leaking water stop. On arrival found that the hot side water stop in the hallway powder room was leaking from the body. Homeowner also wanted me to replace the dewinterization valves in the basement due to them being multiturn valves and leaking. Give the homeowner options for replacement of both water stops and both shut off valves. Homeowner agreed and work with started. Began by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. Once the system was drained, cut out old multiturn valves and replace with new quarter turn ball valves. In the hallway powder room removed the leaking water stops and replace with new quarter turn water stops. Also replace the supply lines for that faucet has a courtesy. In the master bathroom, replace the pop-up assembly as a courtesy. Once all work was complete tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Remove existing dual 50 gallon water heaters that are 10 years old and install a Navien tankless in room where main water line comes into home. Bring new gas line over as well as water lines. Run fresh air intake and exhaust to exterior of home (side). Install Halo Ion 6 filter on cold inlet to remove harmful particles from the water before entering the unit to extend maintenance and life expectancy on unit. Break concrete in basement next to existing pump basin. Excavate to install new basin, install secondary pump and repipe master bathroom into new pump basin and run vent line to where it ties into the existing one going outdoors. One pump will go to the main floors powder and master bath and existing pump will handle the two bathrooms on the top floor. add leak alarms to both pumps while doing this and replace existing pump with a 1Hp liberty grinder pump. Diagnostic only Performed diagnostic on 2020 Lennox heat pump system that is owned. This is a single stage piece of equipment on a zone set up. It has not been proper from day one. When it is time to replace it, it needs to be replaced with a multi staged piece of equipment. Builders typically use the lowest quality products they can to get by their warranty. Period and that is absolutely the case here. These Lennox systems are known for a very short lifespan and leaking coils. Do not be surprised if you’re told in the next year to three years that it is time to replace the system. Upon arrival today met with homeowner and homeowner stated the outdoor unit is not coming on. No cool carriage house. Found 2002 Goodman heat pump to have failed dual capacitor. Changed capacitor and system started running. System has no flood protection and is well beyond life expectancy. Air handler is not completely accessible and repairs would not be recommended as it is r22. Replacement of the unit would involve cutting out apartment wall and home is on the market. Disconnect has been bypassed as well. Recommend replacement of system but due to situation customer not getting quote.

Homeowner has a leak in their garage ceiling below a bathroom on the second story. The garage is a stand alone garage. The water to the garage is shutoff currently, and leaks when the water is on. I cut into the damaged Sheetrock and found copper water lines, however found no leak. Upon further investigation, I found what appears to be a freeze break in the attic space behind the bathroom. I also found a 30 gallon electric water heater from 2009, and this water heater is sitting in a pan full of water with a very corroded base. The pan drain for this heater is also ran in PVC I cut the copper above the break above the floor, and below the floor after both a 90 and a push to connect fitting. I installed approximately 1’ of new 3/4” type L copper and a new 90 going though the floor. I removed the corroded water heater. I cut the water lines connected to it, and disconnected the power. I disposed of the water heater. I removed the old plastic pan as the pan was full of old green water,

Inspected the system throughly in heating and cooling modes, inspected all electrical and mechanical components. At this time the system is operating properly

Moving a receptacle in master bedroom closet and installed a single pole flapper switch for closet led strip lights

Completed a one system maintenance verified filter, clear, drain line check safety, and components. Need to replace filter at this time system is operating. Customer agreed to change filter.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Add refrigerant and replace suction Scrader valve. Upon arrival met with homeowner and he told me that system was replaced two years ago. Customer state system is running and circulating air, but not really cooling. Started system in air-conditioning and went to furnace and confirmed it is moving air. Checked filters and they look new. Could hear refrigerant flowing. Moved to outdoor unit and hooked gauge up and system is very low on refrigerant. Pressure was like 50/160. Power down unit and standing pressure was around 165. Performed a leak search of the coil line set and all exposed areas and came up empty. Check the Schrader valves and found a suction Schrader valve to be leaking. For this Job, I installed a ev charger. Everything was tested and is working properly.

Replaced pop up strainer on lavatory sink. Replaced AAV on drain line under lavy sink.

We came out due to a main breaker nuisance tripping. Upon examination the only issue I could determine was that the main breaker was faulty. We then we going to replace it. In the process of replacing it on of the studs for the main breaker snapped off the bussbar with very little tension. We replaced the guts in the panel to get power back on for the customer. We also extended the main neutral due to how it was previously spliced.

-Hot Tub- Install a fitting on the conduit going to the control panel We tested all electrical points and found the wire and GFCI are in good working condition and the problem is inside the control panel. The homeowner will need to contact a hot tub repair company. I am suggesting to have surge protection installed at each feeder point as to follow the NEC but to maximize the protection to the home.

For this job, we replaced a flood light and installed a new one under the porch.

Installed all new double wall flu pipe for furnace and water heater to ensure proper functioning venting of carbon monoxide. The systems are now fully compliant to code.

Relocate dual check valve from inside the home to next to the meter also added a courtesy valve in front of the meter to turn the water on or off from the outside of the house. Pressurize system to make sure that there are no active leaks and found no other issues with the work that was done today.

Customer called us out due to half his house having no power. We went to the panel and tested between L1 and L2 and our meter read 120v. We then tested each one individually and got 120v on L1 and no voltage on L2. We then went out to the meter and tested on the line side of the meter base and found that it is a power company issue.

Replaced an undersized breaker

Technician installed a dryer vent, vent hood, and accessories.

Homeowner had two leaking tub showers. The cartridges had failed causing the leak. Shut water off at main and drained system. Removed handles and failed cartridges. Applied valve grease to the new cartridges and installed and secured. Turned water on and tested and everything is working properly at this time.

Installed new washer box and ice maker box in the garage. Ran the water and drain lines to the crawl space. Installed a Studor vent in a wall box above the washer box. Tied the drain into an existing horizontal branch line. Water is tied into 3/4” piping to provide adequate water supply. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Called out about running toilet come find out the fill valve was bad it just kept running so we swapped out fill valve and Kohler gasket on flush tower tested work. There are no leaks at this time. Thank you for choosing TE certified.
