Replacement of failed load shed modules

Customer had leak coming from ceiling on the arrival we turn water back on to house to find no leaks in ceiling. The bathroom in master old faucet leaks and run none stop after giving customer options he decided to just install shut off to isolate that bathroom. The faucet is outside and tile will have to be removed to replace it. Today we did a minor repair to stop the leaks I left estimate for new all the necessary repairs. Homeowner called us out due to seeing sporadic pressure spikes on Moen Flo device app. After doing a pressure drop test, I found that the PRV failed. I replaced the PRV and set the pressure to 65 psi. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Informed homeowner that if they continue to see initial surges within a fixtures first use, the expansion tank may need to be replaced as well. The homeowner also informed me about excessive hot water from their cold side outlets. I searched where I could for cross connections or a bad crossover tee to no avail .

Service visit on Generac 24kw standby generator

Customer is a painting/siding company working at this address. The home owner called them and said that the gutter shocked him. I came out to look at the issue. I found a nail from the metal sheathing puncturing a wire. The siding company employer removed the nail and the gutter was no longer energized. I explained the the homeowner and the customer that I would need to cut drywall to examine the wire. The homeowner denied and said that it was fine. I advised that it would be best for me to examine the wire to. Are sure it was not compromised in any way, and he declined.

Upstairs system near empty on refrigerant. Air conditioner is 10 years old. Furnace in attic is almost 20 years old and is in very rough shape as well. Due to condition of system, the decision was made to discuss further options with the project manager. advised homeowner that we would be able to credit back $35.95 from today’s payment towards the installation of a new system. Installed UPS system in basement

For this job, I installed a 3T Daikin Fit zoning for the upstairs area.

Today I came out due to system not cooling. System is an 19 year old Dual Fuel Lennox. Upon arrival, Natalie said indoor system would come on, but not the outdoor unit. When I went to outdoor unit, it was given a code of low pressure lock out. There could be a number of reasons why this code is given such as dirty filter, clogged evaporator coils, low refrigerant are just a few. I noticed the Contactor is heavily pitted as well which can result in the unit not running. Outdoor coils have lint build up on them due to dryer vent being right next to system. The filter needs to be changed, but as we were inspecting over the unit we noticed several areas of concern. The high limit switch is covered in biological growth. The heat exchanger is covered in biological growth and has several cracks in it. The evaporator coils are also heavily impacted with biological growth. Blower wheel and ducts have major dust and debris buildup. After going over all findings, Natalie would like for a project

Mike called us out to his home because he wanted an 20 amp 240 outlet installed for his stereo. Today we gave him multiple ways to get this job accomplished. Mike wanted to move forward with just running the circuit. We installed a 20 amp circuit running to his office, we also moved 2 breakers into a twin breaker and combined his doorbell transformer to a circuit for the blower.

During our visit, the customer mentioned they recently swapped their gas range to electric. The gas line was making it to where the range could not be pushed all the way back to the wall. A couple estimates were provided and presented to the customer. An estimate was approved to cap the gas line. I made the customer aware that even if I remove the gas line, the stove will probably not go completely to the wall due to the electrical outlet. Removing the gas line definitely made an improvement regardless. I removed a small section of drywall to access the gas line. The stub out was removed and the gas line was capped in the wall. This repair was tested for leaks after completion. I also made the to relight the water heater. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!!

Service call upstairs. The furnace control board was faulty. Replaced bad control and tested in heating and air conditioning. The furnace is original to home would be good idea to replace furnace.

For this job, the customer had a breaker that was shorting out. I investigated the circuit and found the issue to be chewed up wires going to a flood light. I offered to fix the wiring or replace the flood light but the customer decided to cap off the wire in the switch leg since he doesn’t use the light much.

Spoke with the customer about replacing his water heater last Friday and left him with options. Upon arrival turned off the water and drained down the heater. Removed old heater and install new one. Replaced single wall vent with double wall b vent. All work was tested for functionality and leaks.

Today we rewired a fluorescent light fixture to accept LED bulbs and installed new bulbs. We also wired the ring doorbell to the existing doorbell chime to provide constant power, although we discovered that the existing doorbell has a damaged component and may not charge until the doorbell is replaced. If any of the new LED bulbs need to be replaced, replace with T12 or T8 type B bulbs. Also called LED bypass bulbs. Please be sure to align the direction of the bulb with the L and N marked in black letters on fixture.

We replaced the cord on the dryer. In the process when I went to move the dryer to get behind it the floor gave out. I showed the customer and moved the dryer and washer out of the hazardous zone.

Install new 3ft section of hard pipe to allow easier access to cleaning dryer vent. Install new fresh air intake for main level furnace.
