Arrived at home to evaluate leaking sewage pipe at penetration. During my evaluation, I did find that the water heater was not code and water piping were put together by shark bite fittings. Sent the camera down the front clean out and was able to make it out to the tap which is located underneath the driveway just passed the clean out. There is a break in the line and shortly after, a belly. My recommendation would be a spot repair at the foundation and fixed the penetration as well.

Today we installed a new 4 wire range circuit and replaced a customer supplied outlet.

Ran a tv outlet out of existing outlet, and ran patch cords from in wall Ethernet plug to space behind tvs

For this job, the customer called us out today due to her master bedroom fan not working and her car charger not working properly. I discovered that there was power at the fan box and I recommend replacing the fan and fan box since it is not fan rated. I also discovered that the service neutral wire is potentially damaged on the power company side. There is a branch rubbing up again the neutral wire and I recommend taking out the branch and having the power company out to inspect the wiring. Thank you for choosing TE Certified Electricians!

Remove and replace bathroom exhaust fans

Replaced faulty Tesla charger.

Replace hose bib that had a pinhole leak on the copper pipe that was in between the concrete wall. Test the new pipe and faucet to make sure that it is not leaking. Found no issues with the work that was completed today. Thank you for choosing TE Certified and have a blessed day

We travel out a light fixture that was knocked off the wall and found that the internals of it have been damaged

Arrived on site and customer had a leaking pressure reducer valve down in the basement. I provided the option to replace the PRV and ball valve. Once new PRV and ball valve were replace, I turned the meter back on at the street, checked all the fittings and ran water in the house to ensure no issues. Pressure was set to 60 psi.

On today’s visit, I installed wiring and boxes in the kitchen and installed 3 new pendant lights. I also removed and obsolete doorbell, obsolete security alarm, and added a junction box in the attic for an obsolete smoke alarm.

Today I Came Out To Address The Customers Concern Of The Dimmer In The Kitchen Sparking. I Met With The Customer And He Showed Me The Switch. I Went Over The Agenda And Performed A Visual Troubleshoot. I Determined The Switch Was Operating With The Correct Voltage But The Dimming Slider Was Not Operating The Way It Should. I Provided An Estimate To Replace It And He Agreed. I Replaced It And Tested It For Functionality And Set The Dimmer Selection To His Liking. I Also Determined When I Turned The Circuit Off That It Was On A 20A Breaker. The Under Cabinet Lighting Was Added Off Of The Kitchen Small Appliance Circuit With 15A Wire. I Went Over This With Him And Provided An Estimate To Reduce The Size Of The Breaker To Correct The Issue. I Emailed It Over To Him And Attached A Note For The Issue. During My Evaluation I Noticed The Neutral Wires In The Electrical Panel Are Double Tapped. I Went Over This With Him And Provided An Estimate To Separate Them With A Neutral Stand Off Kit. I A

Install two surge protectors in the electrical panels and we replaced the doorbell transformer and we labeled the panel panels

Troubleshoot why a ceiling grid support wire sparked against a plumbing pipe.

Customers, upstairs hallway, bathroom sink was constantly running a small steady stream out of the faucet because they could not turn off their hot side stop valve. They were attempting to replace the faucet themselves.. customer agreed to our quote to replace both shut off valves and the customer supplied lavatory faucet. Started by turning the water off at the meter and draining down from a hose bib and the bathroom below afterwards we uninstalled the old shut off valves and installed two new ones and then turn the pressure back on to the home and primed everything and checked everything for flow afterwards uninstalled the old faucet and pop-up assembly and install installed the customer supplied . Check for leaks and functionality. Everything worked well. We spoke with the customer about the age of their water heater and pressure regulating valve and have left them quotes on the matter as well as leaving a shut off valve inside the house that is easier to get to as the one that’s in

I left estimates for electrical issues reported by the home inspector.

Technician replaced Kohler cartridge on the tub in master bathroom. The push button diverter cartridge is the one that was replaced.

For this job, I separated appliance circuits, restored gfci protection at breakers and added whole home surge protection

For this job conducted leak detection for homeowner. I put compress there on the main service via the unrestricted unregulated hose bib on the front of the home just to the left of the driveway/garage/. During my investigation, I heard the leak underneath the retaining wall just to the left of the driveway the leak could possibly be between that retaining wall and under the driveway And the estimate has been worded dually.

No cool whole home. Upon visual inspection determined system to be frozen. System would operate but coil was sweating after having been off for several hours and pump ran multiple times during visual inspection emptying and refilling. Upon further inspection determined system to be low on r410a after thawing. Performed leak search to find very rusty filter dryer leaking along with multiple pin hole leaks on poorly brazed suction joint. System has cracked heat exchanger, playin blower motor, weak capacitor on blower and OD fan, no wet switch, single wall flue pipe, buzzing contractor, and dirty ac. Quoted repairs. Customer went with band aid repair of fixing line set leaks and replacing filter dryer and cleaning ac. Cleaned ac removed factory charge, replaced filter dryer and fix leaks on suction line. Pressure tested, pulled vacuum below 300microns and performed decay test passing all tests. Added factory charge to system and started. Dialed charge in to factory specs. Syst

Attempt to repair the leak at the condenser coil was successful. Pressure test is holding at this time. This system is 10 years old and due to age and condition there is no guarantee that another leak won’t develop somewhere else in the refrigerant circuit so there is no warranty on today’s repair. If another leak develops on the outdoor coil only within one year of today’s repair, we will apply today’s repair cost towards the cost of the new repair. Previous technician quoted repair and we will honor that estimate. Recharged refrigerant and tested system operational parameters revealing the dual capacitor is far below its tolerance on both fan and compressor. Capacitor is recommended to be replaced to reduce the risk of fan motor or compressor failure. Temperature/pressure correlation of refrigerant is showing the TXV stuck wide open. Tested the bulb in ice water and the valve did close but once installed back on the suction line, the superheat dropped back from 17 to 2 degrees. The

Today I Came Out To Address The Customers Want Of An Outlet In The Closet. I Met With The Customer And She Showed Me The Area. During The Evaluation She Asked For Additional Quotes For Lighting. I Went Over The Agenda And Provided Some Options To Get Everything Taken Care Of Today. She Agreed To The Estimate. I Laid My Plastic And Designed The New Layout For The Lighting In The Closet. I Cut In The Holes, Ran The Wires, Stapled Them All, And Terminated Connections On The Lights. I Ran The Wire For The Outlet And Cut Out The Holes For The Two Additional Lights Above The Bed While Julian Was On His Way. Once He Arrived We Ate Some Lunch And Then Ran The Wires For The Can Lights And Ends Of The Outlet. We Installed All The Switches And Replaced The Breaker To AFCI Protect The Circuit. We Replaced x4 Switches As A Courtesy. Once Of Them Being A Customer Supplied Dimmer For The Dining Room And The Other Three Being In The Switch Box To The Bedroom And Switch Box For The Closet.
