HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Job Locations and Reviews
Joaquin was on time, even arriving earlier with a phone call. He checked everything then switched a circuit breaker out. Pretty expensive I thought
Replaced bad control for casey . Tested heating working now .
Bonus room heat pump not working and blowing cold air. Found dual capacitor bad (reading 35 out of a 40 microfarad) and compressor locked. Replaced capacitor and system works. Inspected air handler and heat pump. Air handler covered by biological growth, blower wheel dirty, low on Freon, and outdated dampers. System is 17 years old and air quality is compromised in the house. Also, possible leaking in the system (couldn’t find any leak in the evaporator coil). Due to the be and conditions of the system, the best option would be to upgrade the system, with 10 years warranty and update the zoning , as well. Set a lead to quote upgrading the heat pump system, for Thursday 02/05 after 3 pm. We should credit back 277,00 if customer upgrade the system.
Client reached out in regards to a high water bill. After shutting water off to the home from the valve in the crawlspace. I verified the leak was coming from inside (no leaks in the yard at this time) There are 2 toilets in the home. Both toilet fill valves were failing to shut off. Replaced the failed fill valves on the toilets in the home. I recommended replacing the toilets on age alone but my client wanted to wait for now. Customer had concerns about a laundry drain not draining properly. A portion of this line had been replaced recently. I speculate it’s cast iron related. given the amount of cast iron in the home. We should explore some options as far as removing all cast iron. Sewer supervisor visit scheduled One of the toilets (which is rarely ever used) is leaking from the base, I left some options to fix this, this will also be addressed in the sewer supervisor’s visit due to it being on a lead riser above cast iron.
Furnace for the main floor
Absolutely fantastic service and Leanne thoroughly explained all the options.
Replaced a surface mounted 3 wire dryer outlet with a flush mount 4 wire outlet with the existing 4 wire setup
Installed Dedicated Bidet Circuit as well as Circuit for under sink outlets.
We installed a switch for a light fixture in the garage that kept breaking. We updated the circuit with a safety breaker
Troubleshot landscape lighting issue
Install breaker and run circuit for inlet in backyard
Continued re wiring the home
Tech was out for inspection on 1 system in home. While inspecting system tech came a crossed the following no safety switch’s on evaporator coil no emergency drain pan under system. No wet switch . Condensation pump low voltage not wire up to furnace. Condensate pump inside has rust residue. Tubing coming from condensate pump is flattened. Blower wheel is needing to be cleaned. Heat exchanger is in good condition. tech tested for CO in home ( NONE ) was detected. Air flow in home is good expected for one room. Tech believes that it could be disconnected in the wall. AC system is a 2009. Evaporator coil is rusted. Condenser unit is needing to be chemically cleaned , contactor is pitted. Last visit tech spoke with customer about /AC unit has noncondensibles. Noncondensibles are. gases, often air, or moisture, can cause significant problems in systems this is due either improper installation or improper maintenance gauges. Due to systems age tech does not recommend and repairs o

Homeowner has a stain on the ceiling in the family room. The stain is approximately 3 feet across in diameter. The stain appeared on the ceiling only a few days prior. Installed new anode rod warranty extender inside water heater. Removed old spring style gas valve and replaced with new ball valve. Installed new metal pan with CPVC drain for water heater. Return replace outdoor tankless, water heater setup and pressure regulating valve and emergency shutoff valve. Did so by removing the old tankless water heater off the wall. Measuring out new bracket polls for the new the tankless. Prepped and tire tankless, so that there would be pex connected to the shutoffs. Install ball Val valves on the outgoing, hot and incoming cold. Before the check valve as well. Installed AA many expansion tank. After the check valve and shut off. We then cut out the old prv and emergency shutoff valve and replaced, and tested all the way up to the emergency shutoff valve. No leaks. We then installed a magic tea in the upstairs. Afterwards, we plugged the unit in after setting the internal a valve to external recirculation. Allowed it to run and then put on the outdoor top hood for the exhaust on.
