HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Job Locations and Reviews
Homeowner recently moved into the home. Inspector found issues with the plumbing. Water heater vent was not properly connected. Main floor half bath toilet was loose. Reset the toilet and installed a new wax ring and bolts. Sealed toilet with silicone. Temporarily secured water heater exhaust vent and will return to replace section of pipe. Left quotes for miscellaneous work.
Upon arrival, we met with the owner. We set up in the left side of the yard and dug and exposed the sewer line. We found an extreme amount of roots in the area and also found the water main going perpendicularly over the top of the sewer behind the cleanout which was damaged during excavation. We shut the water main off, notified the owner and continued to remove the sewer. The 45° where the root intrusion was located was broken and had to be dug down in order to install a new one. Turned on the water main, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. With the sewer out of the way, we cut back the water main and ran a set of swing joints to go below the sewer. Installed a new cleanout, 45° and backfilled. Topped the area with top soil. Dig up the 4” PVC sewer pipe that has become separated which caused tree roots to grow into pipe. Remove a 5’ section of this pipe and replace with new schedule 40 solid core PVC and reconnect with approved underground fittings. Provide a lifetime workmans
No Cool- 2007 Goodman System Arrived and spoke with Marquise about the unit in question. He let me know the system was frozen from indoor unit all the way to outdoor and he shut it off. System was thawed out when I started my diagnostics. I did a complete diagnostic of heat and cooling due to the visual condition and age of equipment. Main issue found and reason for the service call is that the indoor coil had an internal restriction not allowing refrigerant to full pass through. This is causing ice to slowly form at the bottom of the coil and eventually the whole system to freeze over. To correct this, the coil will have to be replaced. Also found that the outdoor capacitor is failing and the contactor is burned and very worn and also needs replaced. Inducer motor bearings have failed and needs replaced. Video of inducer running is attached. The major issue with the furnace is the compromised heat exchanger. This is a safety concern when running the heat. Considering the condition
For this job, I did a panel restoration and added a smart switch
We’ve been called out here because Jane is having an issue with the shower in the upstairs hallway, bathroom, constantly dripping water out of the tub spout. After visually inspecting it that the water will not shut off, is due to the stem valve cartridges that are inside of the shower handles that control. The water are not ceiling properly, and it’s constantly allowing water to drip out of the tub spout. When having a conversation with Jane about either replacing the cartridges or replacing the shower valve itself, decided to repair the shower valve that she currently has with new stem valve cartridges. Identified the brand of cartridges and was able to pick up the parts to replace and repair the shower valve. I put back the handles and cartridges and turned water back onto test for functionality for leaks and the shower valve is now currently working and is not dripping anymore water. On a sidenote, I did notice that her water heater was manufactured in 2008 and highly recommended
Arrived on site to replace the control board for their Goodman furnace. Once we replaced the board we tested operations and ensured it was fully functional without the blower cutting out. We made sure all blower speeds, electrical connections and functions were correct and operating without faults. workspace was cleaned up and payment was collected via credit card. Call complete.
Return to install new water service line from meter all the way into the house. The water was already turned off at the meter. And inside the home, whenever I arrived. I started by disconnecting and capping the remaining water service line. That was inside of the house. And then boring a new hole to the outside of the home from the garage. We dug up at the house until we reached the new penetration, and then we dug up near the meter box as well. And installed a new meter nipple with dual check valve and courtesy valve in its own box. We then bored underneath the walkway, and then ran a new line from the meter to the home. Concreted and tarred both inside and outside of the home for the new penetration and allowed it to cure. Buried and tamped the new line and put wheat straw over the area. This was, of course, done after testing to make sure that there were no leaks and that everything was blown out of the new line. Afterwards, we installed pea gravel inside of the customer shut off box
On this visit, we disconnected power to a part of the home scheduled for deconstruction. We also installed and exterior outlet for an automatic water shutoff and a dedicated circuit and receptacle for a water heater. The lightbulbs for all exterior landscape lights were also replaced.
Re-install the shower stall fan and add gfci protection to the fan.
Great service
No cool on the only system in the house, due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and system works. Outside condenser coil is very dirty. Did a chemical wash on the condenser coil. Inspected system. Checked pressures, amperage on motor and compressor, drain line (clear), filter, temperature differential and visual inspection. System is working properly at this visit with no other issue. Signed up cups for home care maintenance program for the only system in the house. System is 5 years old in,y.
Today we were called out because the customer had a breaker tripping when he would charge his car and someone else would use another outlet in the bathroom. After talking to the customer, he decided that he wanted to have a EV outlet installed. So today we installed a 50 amp circuit to the garage and a EV outlet.

Take apart pTrap assembly and clear obstruction Customer called us for a sink not draining on 2nd floor. Tested for mainline blockage but sink was only fixture affected. Removed pTrap assembly to clear blockage. Removed several foreign objects from drain. Reassembled drain and tested for leaks. Clearing successful!

Arrived on site to troubleshoot fridge and dining room circuit tripping the dual function breaker multiple times a day. The homeowners bought a new fridge and then replaced it once it started tripping the breaker. The new fridge is also tripping the breaker now. We tested all outlets in the circuit and let the fridge compressor run. We couldn’t get the breaker to trip while on site. I discussed with the homeowners about the issues with fridges and GFCI protection. I recommended several solutions but ensured the homeowners understood that they may need a new fridge even after the work was performed. We installed a new 20 amp dual function breaker for the fridge and dining room circuit. We will also rewired two dining room outlets so the hooks are going in the right direction. We discussed several other projects around the home that they may want to do after the fridge gets resolved. Everything is working upon departure.
Homeowner called us out to reconnect kitchen drain. I removed and replaced the old basket strainer, installed a new p trap and tested all work.
Run cable machine to clear blockage Customer called us out for a partial mainline blockage affecting upstairs kitchen, laundry room, and downstairs kitchen and laundry room. Right side of the house fixtures were not affected. Bottom restroom was also not affected. There were many access points to clear this blockage, but we ultimately decided to go with Laundry drain. Ran flex shaft cable inside until blockage was cleared. Then proceeded to run cable as far as possible. Pulled cable completely back out and saw some hair and lint buildup. After running cable several times we ran water from upstairs kitchen and downstairs kitchen for a long duration of time. Did not see any signs of system backing up again. Also did two test loads with laundry machine. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Installed (2x) Quad Outlets and High Frequency GFCI outlet. Customers new lathe would trip a regular GFCI instantly. After replacing with High Frequency GFCI the issue was resolved.

Homeowner called us out to assess water pooling at the meter. After exposing the area, I found a failed female pvc fitting spraying water causing tremendous water loss. This was tied directly to the main service meter nipple. I cut and removed the section, including the meter nipple, and replaced it back with new fittings and pipe. All work was tested and checked for leaks. There is no other evident sign of water loss at this time.

We had Joaquin P. as our tech and he was fantastic. He installed 2 ceiling fans, fixed improper wiring from previous owners, and added outlets on our patio. He got to work and we couldn't be happier with the results. The cost was about average, which still hits the wallet hard. Joaquin was so nice and so skilled that we told him that we wanted him as our tech for future jobs.

Outstanding Service, Outstanding Value, Outstanding Experience! Review: From the very beginning, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Caleb was outstanding to work with. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just honest recommendations and quality workmanship that immediately inspired confidence. What impressed me most was Caleb’s attention to detail and his commitment to doing the job right. The pricing was extremely fair, especially compared with other estimates I received. In fact, they even added an additional fixture while still coming in well below the competition. Caleb looked for ways to save me money instead of finding ways to charge me more, and that kind of honesty is becoming harder and harder to find. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caleb and his company to my family, friends, or neighbors. If you’re looking for professionalism, integrity, fair pricing, outstanding communication, and someone who truly cares about the customer, you’ve found the right company. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
