Removed old copper and shark bites in basement and replaced with pex piping. Installed 2 new hose bibs and isolation valves. Installed two new isolation valves for main water line. Removed s trap from basement vanity. Installed proper drain and master trap. Removed Studor vent from inside wall and hard piped to vent line. Installed new thermal expansion tank on water heater. Installed new isolation valve on water heater as well as removed shark bites from heater. Installed 2 new customer provided toilets. Technician found flange to be broken. Replaced flange. Installed new washer box. Checked and tested for leaks.

During our visit, multiple repairs were completed. A new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff valve was installed in the basement. Each hose bib was replaced and secured. A new isolation valve was installed for the front hose bib. Drywall had to be removed to access both hose bibs. A new expansion tank was ball valve was installed at the water heater. The master bathroom toilet was reset with a new wax ring and bolts. A new shutoff valve and supply line was also installed at the master bath toilet. Installed wiring for 9 new outlets on the back porch. We used the existing wiring coming to the back porch. We pulled this wire back into the crawl space and transitioned to outdoor rated wire. We installed outdoor rated wire for all wires going under the porch and to the new ceiling fan. We removed the existing wire coming to the outdoor porch. We set a junction box for this wire in the soffit. We installed a new box and plate for this wire. We installed a new wire for a ceiling fan. We installed a ceiling fan rated box for this fan. We also installed wiring for one new motion flood light. We provided the new flood light. We installed a new breaker for this circuit. We also installed a new arc fault outlet for this circuit. The homeowner is going to be the one to install the new outlets once the Sheetrock gets put in. She will also install the new ceiling fan. We discounted the price to reflect this. Everything is working upon departure.

Replaced all accessible copper pipes in basement with PEX. Installed a new whole home pressure regulator, whole home shutoff valve, Halo Ultimate water filter, Stream Labs water monitor, and a Grundfos Alpha hot water recirculation pump in basement utility closet. Upstairs in the kitchen, we replaced a Garbage disposal flange under kitchen sink, and removed an existing water filter under bar sink. Tested thoroughly and cleaned up our work area.

Today I rerouted an existing wire and mounted it in a new disconnect with a new whip for the water heater. I also wired into the water heater. The disconnect was reading proper voltage when I left.

We were called out because a part broke while another company was servicing the unit and that part was back ordered for over a month. We Replaced leaking Rheem tankless with a Navien 240-A2. Included running new exhaust to the exterior of the home. We had to cut bushes to install exhaust piping. Thank you!

Installed new 50 gallon short electric water heater. Also, installed new 25AUB pressure regulator valve.

Picked up the replacement Ultravation filter from Lennox Supply Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted work. Replaced the dirty media filter for the upstairs HVAC system. Turned off the downstairs outdoor unit and took it apart. Cleaned the condenser coils with water. Reported results to the customer.

Installed a new outlet location for the stove in the kitchen, Installed a new dedicated circuit from panel B to the tankless hot water heater and Demo’d out existing 6” recessed lights and installed a new fan rated light fixture box in the kitchen.

We installed a new furnace for the basement and upstairs floors

Replace thermostat with customer supplied new nest and tested functions of thermostat. Modes all turn on as designed. Spoke about Homecare again and customer agreed to maintenance plan.

Not cooling . Tested in heating and cooling. The control board was locked out on high pressure. The air filter was stopped up causing pressure to high in heat locking out unit .

Inspected for leak. Found that the hose bib shut off valve did not close all of the way and the hose bib leaks. Replaced hose bib and isolation valve. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank. Replaced water stop and supply line to toilet. Installed an ice maker box. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.W. Certified.

Picked up the material from Daikin Comfort Marietta. Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Removed the old exhaust from the dryer vent. Installed the brand new exhaust and secured it with screws and caulk. Connected the dryer vent to the dryer. Reported results to the customer.

Today we came out to perform hvac inspection. On main level system inspected all electrical components and connections took amp draws on all motors. Cleaned flame sensor, found flue pipe rotting out in crawlspace. Cycled equipment from thermostat in heating and cooling and checked operations. Performed safety inspection on upstairs furnace with digital camera found failed heat exchanger. Furnace is over 40 years old and needs to be updated tagged equipment unsafe. In addition ignition module has failed on furnace. Furnace uses standing pilot that is old and outdated. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating furnace and replacing flue piping in crawlspace.

During our visit, the customer mentioned her three handle shower valve was dripping. I spoke with the customer about a few solutions to the issue. I also recommended replacement. The customer is considered a renovation to the bathroom in the near future. The customer decided to have the rebuild done instead of replacement. The price fister shower valve received an all new rebuild kit. New cartridges, seats, and trim were installed. All trim was caulked after the repair was done. Performed Homecare Maintenance & Safety inspection on (3) System in heating and cooling mode. Inspected 3 - 16x25x4 media filters, all clean. Checked all capacitors, amp draw on all motors, flame sensor, rollout switches, burners, heat exchanger, flue pipe, limit switches, cleared condensation drain line, and cycled condensate pumps. Checked refrigerant pressures and condenser coils on all systems. Attic furnace had signs of of wasp or wasp nest being burnt at some point. It appears entree was made from flue down into inducer as well. There is no signs of any active insects inside flue or furnace. Drain line at a 90° fitting was sagging slightly away from outside. Strapped pvc up to have proper pitch for drainage. Systems are operating properly at time of service. Homeowner approved installation of basement air handler Bluetube UV light. Installed Bluetube, tested Uv operation and tested system operation.

Replaced water heater due to old age. Also customer stated they had dirty water which is due to the old age of the heater and stained hot water pipes. To totally get rid of the dirty water we recommend the home owner gets a ionizer installed. Since we have now replaced the water heater.

Called out for a leak in mechanical room on a hot water pipe. Upon investigation uponor pex piping with a leak was discovered as well as a failed thermal expansion tank. Presented customer with options to rectify the situation and replaced roughly 12 feet of piping and installed a new thermal expansion tank with code required updates.

Customer had two shower drains slow draining giving them problems , so we recommended to snake both showers drains slow draining, master bathroom had lime scaling in it , I told the customer if it backs up again i recommend hydro jetting or replacing considering how much lime scale is in the pipe but I was able to clear still, upstairs the drain was clogged with hair that we were able to remove and after testing both , both drains is draining perfectly !

Customer had a house fire on Monday. Gas company came and turned off gas because fire damaged gas line to fireplace causing a large gas leak. I capped off gas line to fireplace and pressure tested whole home. Also, I changed out the gas valves for the water heater range and furnace and held a pressure test for 15 minutes

No heat main floor. Found system to have blower won’t start error code. Tested ecm motor. Motor wouldn’t start at first then had horrible thudding noise and eventually started. Determined bearing failure in motor cause intermittent starting issue. Replaced motor and tested system. Found system to not have wet switch and has dirty ac. Quoted additional repairs s well as Apcos for each system. Customer is scheduled to have Homecare visit in April and will consider handling additional repairs then.

Home are and installed surge protector, jumped water heater, replaced (3x) outlets, replaced (3x) smoke/carbon combos and fixed open wiring in attic.
