HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Job Locations and Reviews
Thank you so much to Nate McKitrick for the professional and efficient job he did on replacing faucet and garbage disposal on new sink. Not only is he a wonderful representative for his company he was also very kind and calm. This kind of service reminds me of how it used to be and should be when hiring any technician for your home. Thank you!
Jeremy called prior to his arrival time. He was pleasant courteous, and did a very good job. Would have him do more work if needed.
Friendly, Knowledgeable, efficient, and honest!
Returned to install customer supplied widespread faucets for the upstairs, master bathroom and main level hallway, bathroom sinks. Customer informed me that one of their stop valves that I installed the last time was very slowly leaking. And it was from a glue joint. While there I took care of the leak by turning the water completely off to the house. And draining. I then replaced the shutoff valve and allowed to dry. While that was drying, I uninstalled the two old widespread faucets and pop up assemblies and replace them with the customer supplied new ones. I then turned the water back onto the house and primed all of the air out of the lines. And tested for leaks. No leaks and faucets are working correctly and drainage is working appropriately as well for both.Items. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Homecare inspection 2 systems. Checked electrical components, checked delta t, checked filters, customer will replace his own when he gets them, cleaned flame sensors, checked blower wheels and cabins, flushed drain lines, tested heating and cooling operations at thermostat. Systems had no flood protection. Everything working properly no issues found with airflow or ductwork.
Installed customer existing garbage disposal, hooked back up the drain pipes, and installed the existing kitchen faucet. After everything was installed I ran water to test for leaks and turned garbage disposal on for proper function. Everything is working as it should. Thank you for choosing te certified
Great job cleaning our AC unit
We rewired a couple switches in the kitchen and replaced two ceiling fans upstairs in the bedrooms
This job was to chemically wash outside condensers only. Home care inspection was done on nov/6th. Washed condensers and tested sys
Replace Lights Bulbs for Chandelier at Foyer
For this job the customer stated they had a small pin hole leak on water line. Further inspection showed several more troubled areas on water lines and an aged water heater. Customer decided to be proactive and repipe the troubled areas as well as replace the old water heater. A small section of pipe (approximately 40 feet) was cut out and repiped with pex. This also included a new main shut off, hose bib shut off, irrigation shutoff and new PRV. The old water was also replaced with 18 inches of copper above the water heater before transitioning to pex. The new piping was insulated and checked thoroughly for leaks. Thank you for choosing Te Certified
Gave option for dedicated circuit that would require a bit of Sheetrock removal. Customer chose to pull off dining room circuit.(20A). GFCI outlet installed in kitchen. If outlet trips breaker the dedicated circuit for appliances.
Add fan to a switch
Arrived on site to perform a 1 system Homecare for a 2025 furnace and 2021 AC that hasn’t had any issues from the clients perspective. We flushed all drain lines and and cleaned the condensate pump. We replaced filters and noticed they were fully operational of soot and black. Duct work and plenums were extremely dirty. Other than that all mechanical and electrical comports were operating properly. The outdoor unit was clean, capacitor and contactor tested within spec and there were no issues with refrigerant. We did book and collect for a duct cleaning that we need to have setup.
Re ran chewed up wires in attic, troubleshoot for bath fan not working, living room light not working and outlets not working.
For this job, I replaced a GFCI and three outlet door outlets and bubble covers. The customer called us out because all the outlets on that circuit were not working. I found that the GFCI in the basement was tripped causing all the outlets not to work. I reset the GFCI and power was restored. I recommended a few fixes to the customer and we replaced the outlets on the outside of the home due to age and corrosion. We also replaced the GFCI in the basement due to age.
Install new hot tub circuit from panel to back of house. Permit, circuit, breaker, GFCI breaker, hot tub, disconnect, whip 60a circuit
Leak presented itself down in the basement directly above the h v a c system. After running water through multiple fixtures was able to observe water leaking from a 3 inch PVC line directly above the hv. AC system at a 90 Off of a vertical stack. The stack was located in the wall between the foyer and garage. We cut into the sheetrock of the garage to expose the stack and ran fixtures again to see that it was leaking. Customers recently put up shelves for storage and thought that they had screwed into a stud. When they screwed into the three inch stack three times in the same spot, searching for a stud. Replaced roughly five feet of pipe and tested by running hot water down first, and making adjustments to both of the couplings. And then running cold water down, to make sure that there were no leaks. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
We installed a ballast bypass in the master closet
Austin was wonderful. He did an outstanding job. Very professional and knowledgeable.
When I arrived, water was dripping from the ceiling and doorframe at the powder room. I cut a hole in the ceiling and found a split in a section of 1/2” Uponor pipe on the hot water side. I removed the fittings and a short section of pipe and replaced it with new tees and pipe.
Replace shower to to master bathroom tub
We raised the chandelier over the pool table, and we added an outlet in the gym
Original reason for being out was a jammed garbage disposal. It was jammed with coffee grounds and a few plastic pieces. After unjamming this, however, did not clear up the issue going on with the dishwasher. That is not wanting to pump the water. That is filled up within the dishwasher. Recommended the customer have an appliance technician.Come out to inspect the dishwasher as it is.Relatively new. While doing my normal checks throughout the hall, I noticed the water heater is twelve years old and also has some really bad venting.Above it coming from the hvac venting. Very corroded, and in some spots rusted through. They have an appointment between two and five today. With h v a c to get that inspected and looked at. At this time, garbage disposal is working fine with no leaks. Thank you for choosing and considering t e with your plumbing needs
Replace bathroom fan in master bathroom
I’m here replacing master bathroom exhaust fan
Inspected for issue. Found that the faucet was leaking from the valve body. Tested water pressure, pressure was at 100psi. This indicates a failure of the pressure reducing valve. Replaced PRV. Installed a customer supplied faucet. Tested for leaks and function, all good. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Great service
Add outlet for TV in master bedroom. Replace standard breaker with dual function.
Customer had an active leak coming from an upstairs faucet supply line. Reason for the leak was due to it being a gray poly supply line that over time became brittle and snapped. Upon arrival I immediately turned the water off to stop the leak. I replaced all of the gray poly supply lines with braided stainless steel supply lines to prevent this from happening again. Customer currently has gray poly throughout the whole house and highly recommended a full repipe of the home. Provided a quote to repipe the whole house which would consist of replacing all of the waterlines from where the main water enters the home to every fixture. The customer has the option to sign and accept, or apply for financing through the email in order to get on the schedule to get the work done. Thank you for choosing te certified
