HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

For this job is that elite troubleshoot for the homeowner they have a(DIY irrigation system installed the teas off the main line up at the meter with no shut off valve circles the entire yard pressurized and tease back into the Watermain service just before the water main service penetration in front of the foundation wall since there’s no way to isolate the water main service from the irrigation. I recommended to the homeowner that they install isolation valves just off of where the irrigation ties into both points of the Watermain service once isolated. We may be able to do leak detection for them.
Quoted options for broken main line
I was called out to Michael’s house for a sound issue with his system. Upon our arrival Michael let me know that when the system ramps up or down the system has a metal pinging sound. During the evaluation we discovered there are metal pipes being used in the wall which are likely causing the sound as the furnace is likely oversized and heating the pipes very quickly. Before we commit to repairing the system we should confirm what the correct application is so we don’t perform any unnecessary repairs.
For this job, I did a leak search for customer Milo Thurber. He was not on site. I met with his real estate agent Miss Bonnie, there is no active leak in the home. The customer is getting ready to list the home and wanted me to make sure that there was no active leak. I checked the crawlspace. There was no leaking pipes, isolated the main service between the meter and the shut off in the crawlspace that showed no leaking, and once the main shut off in the crawlspace was wide open there were no active leaks. There is a spot in front of the Kitchen sink and the cabinets right there where the floor is rotten, that is because of an older leak that no longer exist exists.
Replaced redlink gateway, EIM and vision pro8000 thermostat. Tested equipment in all modes. Also replaced flame sensor due to error code on furnace. Tested new sensor, no error code present.
We installed a dedicated circuit for the oven to separate it from the microwave to prevent overloading on the breaker
Customer had a leak in crawl space. We cut it out and ran a new line of pex up the wall on both the hot and cold lines and added new stops. We also installed a new Prv with a new shut off valve. We swapped out the expansion tank with a new one due to customers pressure being 130 and it being under warranty because of a previous tech installed an expansion tank on October 29th.
David has us out here because he has a leak coming from the handle of the shut off for the dishwasher. it is a multi return valve, which those aren’t the greatest type of vowels to have for they do fail more frequently than a quarter turn valve. I noticed that the other valves look to be in the same condition and recommended to replace three other vowels inside the kitchen cabinet. David also made aware to me that the main shut off handle when he turns it on and off leaks, which I also recommended to replace for it is also also a multi return handle. I replace all three inside of the kitchen cabinet to the faucet and dishwasher. Replace the main handle to a quarter for easier functionality and stops leaking from the old valve. Performed to walk-through with David of the work that was done and he is happy with the work.
On arrival customer had a stain in second floor ceiling. In the attic I found that the vent pipe wasn’t glued in the fitting causing it to leak when it rain. With customer approval I cut the section out and installed new section of pipe and glued it in the original fitting. No other issues was found thanks thanks for choosing TE certified
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the master bathroom. I tested the toilet and it clogged immediately. I then ran the sink to see if the toilet would gurgle. It did not. I recommended running a closet auger down the toilet or replacing the toilet. Customer wanted to clear it for today but wanted a quote for a skirted toilet. I ran the closet auger down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested and cleaned up. Customers water heater is 19 years old. She is interested in getting a quote but wants to talk to her home warranty first.
Quick service today or next
For this job I repaired a sewer line system. Went ahead tested and checked for leaks. Also found that the main system was backed up which probably caused the joint to leak. Camera tech will be call later.
Separated basement outlets from office upstairs, ran new 20amp circuit to basement outlets, all outlets and spacing to code

Ryan Wallace came out today to help us with an issue we had with getting our brand-new gas range connected to electricity and got it set up and ready to use. He was here promptly this morning and worked diligently and quickly to get it all connected and working. Electricity and gas were hooked up and checked he and knew exactly what to do. Previous to this Ryan has handled putting in our entire whole house electrical panel system and many more projects for us. Ryan is a gentleman and great to work with. We greatly appreciate his expertise and knowledge he shares with us. We call on him often and will do so again. GREAT SERVICE!!
Everything about our experience with TE Certified was top notch. Our hot water heater went out and I wrote my request at 10 pm. Within minutes I got a response and easily got an appointment. When I called the next morning to see if we could get an appointment that day, we were immediately escalated and sent frequent text messages with exact info on when the technician would arrive. Then we were even sent a bio and photo of our tech, whose name is Paris. We were concerned that we were going to have to buy a new hot water heater. But Paris trouble shooted and spent most of the day getting the replacement part and ensuring that everything was working properly again. For years I’ve written about customer service for national magazines, and my husband and I agreed that this was hands down one of our best experiences ever!
Wayne was amazing! It was a difficult job and Wayne went above and beyond to make it perfect!

Joshua did an outstanding job fixing our gas leak. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work he didn’t rush, cut corners, or stop at a temporary fix. He went all the way to make sure the issue was fully resolved and safe, taking the time to double check everything and explain what he was doing. Gas issues can be stressful, but Joshua’s calm approach and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about doing the job right, and Joshua absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone needing gas or plumbing work you can trust that he’ll treat your home like his own.
