HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I troubleshot a dishwasher intermittently working and a cable box resetting. I recommended an appliance company check/replace the dishwasher and the cable provider check their equipment and possibly replace it due to there being no power fluctuations or issues with the electrical outlet powering it.
They came on time and worked quickly. It's a pleasure dealing with your crew!
Very friendly
Arrived on site for a general checkup for a unit that hasn’t been operating properly. He shared at the door that with the list of projects around the home his desire is to keep the system going for a while longer. He expressed that occasionally it won’t work so he shuts the system odd, waits 30 minutes and will cycle the system again. He hasn’t had Maintenace completed recently and the system does have opportunities for improvement. We completed a comprehensive evaluation of the systems perfomance, condition, efficiency, and safety. We discovered some major shortcomings and the cause of the failure to consistently turn on. Starting at the 2014 carrier condenser outside, we found the condenser coil was extremely impacted with debris, the dual capacitor was also far outside of tolerance and the unit would shut off due to high pressure cutout from the fan not running. Inside we discovered the 2010 trane furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and one of the most heavily obstructed blower whe
Adjusted thermostat by zeroing the overcool feature in setting from -1° to 0 Also repaired all assessable duct work wye connections and install IAQ Uv for bio growth protection and prevention
Homeowners had us out to inspect toilet in master bathroom that would constantly run and not fill. They attempted to shut the water off to the toilet but the stop valve failed. I replaced the whole home shutoff, PRV, toilet, and stop valve. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Pressure was set to 65psi.
Performed troubleshoot for tripping GFCI. Replaced GFCI and placed one separating indoor outlets from outdoor outlets.
Austin and Janna called us out today because they were having issues with their ceiling fans. One fan in the guest bedroom on the main floor and the other was upstairs bedroom on the left. One ceiling fan was stuck on one speed. The other fan wouldn’t work with the remote. Today we replaced the ceiling fan receivers and everything works properly.
I was called out to Mike’s rental for a cooling issue alert on the upstairs ecobee. During the evaluation we didn’t discover any issues with the functionality of the cooling but the main thermostat was set to 80 which may be why the upstairs system struggled to maintain the temperature. The furnaces are from 2005 making them well past normal life expectancy with many components showing their age but the upstairs system has visible rust pinholes in the heat exchanger and the supply plenum has visible biological growth.
For this job, we replaced an outdoor outlet
Replace pvc and cast iron drain lines for upstairs bathroom catching a toilet, lavatory and shower, will also be replacing cast iron horizontal branch line and installing clean out on cast iron in crawl space For access to main line, we will tie on at penetration leaving two eyes and connecting on to pvc, cast iron in crawl connects kitchen, laundry and hall bathroom, to main line. Tested everything thoroughly ensuring no leaks and proper drainage. Cleaned up work area.
Upon arrival, we met with the owner. Their disposal is currently jammed but is from 2011. After going over options, they approved to replace the disposal and had one on site. We remove the disposal and collar, installed a new Badger 500. Tested and inspected for leaks or errors. While on site, we discussed replacing the water heater and have a supervisor scheduled to provide options for replacement. Remove existing garbage disposal, install new owner-furnished garbage disposal, connect electrical wiring, connecting all drain lines, test unit, clean-up, product overview and maintenance care with customer. Customer supplied unit.
Customers upstairs hallway bathroom, single handle shower cartridge was not turning onto hot anymore as well. Their backyard hose bib leaked every time that it was turned on at the spigot itself. I also brought up a suggestion to get rid of a compression fitting off of the water main and replace the pressure regulating valve as it was twenty two years old. Customer agreed to our quote for all of these.Items. I started by turning off the water to the house and draining the lines and turning off the.Recirculation pump. Afterwards, we cut out the old P. R v and emergency shutoff valve and repiped it all in. From there, we installed a new frost resistant hose bib, and allowed all of the glue to cure. We then went upstairs and replaced the moen single handle cartridge. Allowed for all glue to dry for roughly forty five minutes after and then tested by slowly reapplying pressure to the home and getting all of the air out of the lines. And turning the recirculation pump back on. Everything tes
Came out to meet inspector for rough inspection on previous electrician who wired in garage addition. Had to add a few ground crimps and replace a breaker for gfi protection and 2 pole 25 for a 2 pole 20.
Wire and install mirror
Installed a new switch and outlet for a disposal. I also installed an appliance cord and dual function breaker.
For this job, I performed plumbing work to replace two existing 10-year-old Rheem water heaters with two new Rheem Professional Series water heaters. During the service, the pressure regulator was also replaced to ensure proper system performance and water pressure throughout the home. After installation, all water lines were insulated, the system was fully repressurized, and a complete leak test was performed on all connections and components. Final operational checks were completed to verify both water heaters and the new pressure regulator were functioning properly. Upon completion, the work area was thoroughly cleaned, and a final inspection was performed to ensure everything was operating as intended before departing the property.
Replaced shower valve in master bathroom. Removed old shower drain and stubbed a new piece of pipe through the subfloor. Stubbed out new drain for a free standing tub and stubbed water lines trough the subfloor for the tub filler. Centered the vanity drains according to the provided technical drawings and stubbed out clean water lines. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
TXV replacement on basement system. Pumped system down and removed old expansion valve and installed new valve. System was then pressure tested and vacuumed to below 500 microns. System was stated up and refrigerant levels were adjusted. Checked blower speed and tested condensation pump. System is back operating properly.
On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a leaking garbage disposal. I took a look at the disposal it was rusted out internally. I wrote up some options to replace his current 1/3 hp disposal with a new 1/2 hp garbage disposal. I received approval to start work and grabbed my materials to begin the install. I cut power to disposal from the breaker panel. I swapped out the garbage disposal and did a leak check and a super cleanup. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work that’s been completed. *remove old disposal * install new disposal *1/2 hp disposal * endure
Chris is a top-quality service provider with great professional skills and service. Will recommend him to anyone.
Replace the master bath fan and replace the vent.
For this job, I installed 2 new sconce lights.
Cusrowas replacing the filter and broke the drain line. I replaced drain line, but didn’t replace in line switch and neither installed a new one (customer denied). Checked system with no issues. Cleared drain line. System is 14 years old and not efficient.
Repair 3ft of copper piping that has multiple pin holes. Highly recommend to have an electrician look at the grounding for the electrical system. Improper grounding can cause pinhole leaks for the copper water supply system. I also recommend installing a whole home water monitoring system to catch pinhole leaks, or major leaks to shut the system down to prevent major water damage. It is smart phone capable to access the water to turn on and off and gives weekly updates of water pressure and how much water usage. That estimate alone is good for 60 days. Anything after that timeframe would need to be re-quoted.
We troubleshot the garage door outlet, not working and found that there was a loose neutral in the electrical panel
For this job, the customer had a breaker for a disposal that was tripping intermittently. We inspected the circuit and megged the wire. The tests all came back clear. The customer already replaced the disposal and the switch so we believe it was tripping due to a bad CH breaker. We replaced the breaker with a Gen 6 dual function.
Came out to a no cool call. Upon arrival the wife notified and let me know that the husband did change the 4 inch filter on Saturday. I hooked my gauges up and temp reading showed that the system was actually cooling so that did some of the job. The outdoor condenser was the main problem, it was dirty with dust dirt and debris. I educated the customer on why it needs to be cleaned and customer agreed for me to clean it. After I clean it, I tested system. System is cooling with good temp readings and refrigerant readings. Customer is happy.
Joe went above and beyond in Friday afternoon traffic.

I booked online and got a same-day appointment. TE sent a message with the technician’s name and picture. Kyle called 30 minutes before arriving and arrived early in the window I was given. He did a thorough inspection and diagnosed the issue. Kyle arranged for a supervisor to come and reinspect and provide options and quotes for repairs.
From the moment I called and explained the situation, the first line staff were nothing short of AMAZING! I made an appointment for the following day and they called me back after hearing my story and sent a specialist out late afternoon on the same day. Andrew was also amazing. He understood the issue, offered several options and we now have water to the house on a temporary fix and lined up to replace the main water line. After a week of no water and delays from another company, I’ve never been so excited to do laundry! Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough.
