Arrived on site to look at replacing a low voltage box for camera and a gate. The existing box was extremely small and getting water insides. We Replaced the outdoor junction box with a new 12x12 box. We replaced the conduit connectors and ensure that all conduit enters through the bottom. We also remade a cat 6 punch down on the inside of the jbox. Everything is working upon departure.

Diagnostic analysis of EP2 classroom system no cool revealed an A2L fault at the coil mitigation board. Performed a leak test that did not register a leak. There was no dc voltage to switch from board revealing loose low voltage wires at furnace board. I now have 5 vdc and cleared faults. Cycled system in cooling and it is now operating properly at this time. If this occurs again, the sensor may be faulty. The indoor furnaces and coils have been wired as twin units. However, the right side coil mitigation board has not been wired to the system and may not detect for refrigerant leaks of this particular coil. This coil should be wired with an A2L sensor of its own and should have been performed by the HVAC contractor that installed the equipment. We can order the wire harnesses for this unit and install. Troubleshoot and repair the babies room circuit.

Customer had a pinhole leak that was very slow and exposed in the living room ceiling As well, the pressure on the house was at 75PSI. And I had a clogged and unmaintainable water filter on the main. Customer agreed for us to open up the ceiling and do a repair on the three quarter inch copper with the pinhole, as well, replace the pressure regularly valve and relocate their existing water filter. Did so by turning the water off to the house and starting with the pinhole, opened up the ceiling a little more and replaced a roughly one foot section of copper. Afterwards we went to the basement and installed a new p r v and then we cut out the existing filter system and plumbed it in and secured it to a wall directly below where it was. As well, we installed isolated ball valves for the filtration system. Nailed the pipe to the studs. Afterwards, we turned the water back on to the house and I showed and instructed the homeowner. Today I came out to complete the quoted cleanings. I cleaned upstairs blower wheel and evaporator coils. I cleaned all 3 outdoor coils and removed all debris from bottom of the units. Tested all work and all systems are operating at time of departure. It was a pleasure to see y’all again and I hope y’all have a great fall!

Came out for a clogged toilet and sink in the master bathroom. On arrival the toilet was full. I decided to clear it the same way as last time due to the toilets design. I ran a flex shaft down the husband’s bathroom sink and was unable to clear it. I then attempted to jet the line through the same sink but I was still unable to clear. I then removed the toilet and the flange adapter and ran a cable machine down the line. I then ran a mini cam down the line and found it was clear and there was something hard stuck to the wall. I reset the toilet and it reclogged. I removed the toilet and repeated the process. I ran water and kept the camera in the line making sure the line was clear. I then reset the toilet and cleaned throughly.

Added a outlet for the TV in the master bedroom

Returned to complete quoted repairs. Outdoor unit was disassembled and cleaned. Refrigerant levels were adjusted to manufacturer specs. Supply plenum and 2 duct runs were removed. New metal supply plenum was installed along with 6” R8 duct work to replace the runs that was removed. Also installed was an Apco X air purifier to clean the air and prevent biological growth from returning in the plenum. Also corrected the drain line termination. All duct connections were sealed and Apco was verified to be operational before leaving.

Today we replaced the customers prv and main shutoff due to the pressure exceeding 75 psi. We moved the prv down the wall for easier access and added a valve tag. We also replaced the customers half bath sink faucet and replaced both stop valves underneath the sink.

Light in hallway was not working. Found out it was a bad light. Bought a light from HD and replaced it.

Customer had a kitchen faucet they needed replaced. Customer had the faucet there for us when we arrived so we took the old one out and replaced it with the customer supplied glacier bay faucet. We also replaced the stop valves underneath the sink with quarter turn stop valves as well.

Today we replaced the customers water heater with a Rheem 40 gallon gas water heater. We replaced the gas shut off along with the cold inlet shut off with quarter turn ball valves. We replaced the expansion tank and secured it to the wall for support. We installed the water heater in a pan and capped it off with a leak alarm inside of the pan. We insulated the water heater with fiber glass insulation as well. We also capped off a gas line going to an old dryer and put 3/4 threaded caps on the washer box.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Outdoor capacitor failed. Replaced with approval to get system operational. A few potential issues were noticed and can be found in attached estimates. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Install customer provided Tesla charger on right side of garage We will schedule a Cobb county inspector to come out and inspect the Tesla charger we installed, provided by the customer.

Homeowners gas water heater vent was improperly secured and wanted it replaced. Removed old vent line and installed new 3 inch single wall venting and properly secured.

Upon arrival we met with the homeowner. Chief complaints of toilet and shower backing up in the master bath. Upon inspection we noticed the guest bath backed up as well. Homeowner has had a sewage supervisor come out before and would did not want to do the slab work needed. We recommended again and he still denied. Upon learning the layout of the mainline from the homeowner, we decided to remove the guest bath toilet in order to best reach the area of the clog. We removed the toilet and got water flowing. Toilet was reinstalled and tested to ensure proper flow and drainage. No leaks or dips at this time. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. Fill and test, clean up work area.

No Cool- 2016 Lennox System Arrived and found that then downstairs was cooling fine. The upstairs however, was not. I found that the zone control motor for the upstairs part of the home had failed and was stuck closed. Previous invoices show the downstairs motor was replaced last year. Presented the customer with my findings and customer chose to replace the motor. New motor was installed and tested. Upstairs is back cooling. New motor has a 5 year parts warranty through Honeywell. Inspected outdoor and indoor electrical and checked refrigerant pressures. Everything is in good working order at this time.

Installed inground splice kit for UF wire

Customer called us out today because they believe they took a surge from an electric storm. They discovered that the hallway lights upstairs stopped working all at the same time. They replaced the bulbs and the lights started working. I believe the surge fried those lightbulbs. They also used their microwave. They warmed up a cookie for 20 seconds and when they opened it, the microwave was full of black smoke. It filled the kitchen and did not set off the smoke alarm. I inspected the smoke alarm and found that it was giving the light indicator that it had recently gone off, but it did not sound the alarm. I believe the surge messed with the microwave and also with the smoke detectors. I performed an inspection. , but it did not sound the alarm. I replaced the two surge protectors that we had previously installed with new on

We Visually Inspected The Landscape Lights And Determined That The Connections Everywhere In The Front And Back Yard Are Failing.
