Upstairs shower cartridge was leaking. Shut water off and removed the failed cartridge. Replaced the A507902 shower cartridge and tested. Everything is working properly at this time.

Completed a series of system protection and control upgrades to improve safety, drainage management, and zoning performance throughout the home. Installed TE Certified flood protection devices on all three systems, including wet floor safety switches and secondary drain port protection at the evaporator coils. Added two overflow safety pans as well, one for the dehumidifier and one for the condensate pump. Each pan was equipped with its own wet floor safety switch designed to shut the equipment down if water is detected. All safety switches were tested one at a time to confirm proper function and to verify that each system powers down as intended when a water issue is present. This gives the home added protection against overflow events and water damage caused by HVAC systems. Replaced the existing barometric bypass damper with a smart self-modulating damper that responds to system pressure. Installed five new recessed lights in the basement, troubleshot the switches for the living room and kitchen fans, troubleshoot the flood light on the back of the home and installed a new outlet in the basement, Installed a proper outdoor box and new flood light with smart switch controls.

Homeowner inquired about tankless throwing error codes. After further diagnosis technician found error code 736–00. This error code likely due to power surge. Technician factory reset both tankless units, reset master and slave functions and restored recirculation settings. Technician also found that O-rings for water inlet screen were damaged. Technician replaced O-rings. Technician also cleaned out condensation port. Checked and tested for leaks and functionality. Tankless is working as intended.

Today we came out for only system not heating or cooling. Found no power @ furnace. Upon further evaluation of system found melted wire nuts in furnace. Repaired wires, checked amp draws and all operations. Left equipment operational. Flue piping is not up to current code and client does not have emergency drain pan under furnace

Customer had two toilets clogged with foreign objects that were very hard. Found this out by attempting to augur the toilets themselves with little positive result. I checked the clean out to make sure that there was proper flow coming from the bathroom groups themselves. Customer agreed to have the toilets replaced as well. Wanted to have the customer supplied cartridges installed on a walk in bathtub. After retrieving two new toilets, I replaced both old toilets.I noted with the customer that they had a busted flange.In the master bathroom that had a previous repair done to it. Customer did not agree to have the flange replaced. Replace both toilets and tested good. After that, I turned the water off to the house and drained everything down and removed the cartridges from the two handle tub faucet. The customers supplied cartridges were not a match as well. For this job, I worked on repairing a copper pinhole leak. Upon arrival, met with homeowner’s son and spoke with him regarding the issues they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and to the basement/garage level bathroom. Customer stated the toilet was not flushing well and the handle needed to be held down for a long time in order to flush it. We inspected the toilet which is an old builder grade Gerber toilet. Toilet is flushing fine but has a very weak flush likely due to the age and model of the toilet. Customer’s shower in the basement bathroom is missing handles for the hot and cold. The shower in the upstairs master bathroom also needs hot and cold handles. I informed the customer that we recommend replacing the toilet with a new Kohler toilet that we carry which will provide a much better flush. The handles will need to be purchased and installed and for the upstairs shower the stems for the handles may need to be repaired/replaced. Clear blockage with closet auger Customer was experiencing a slow draining toilet. Tested for mainline blockage, toilet was only fixture being affected. Clear blockage with closet auger, ran auger multiple times. Was able to successfully clear. Tested multiple times with and without toilet paper.

Upon arrival, I met with the owners. The toilet in the main level half bath recently clogged. I tested and confirmed nothing else is affected. I was able to auger and clear the blockage within the toilet but did not remove any material. I tested and inspected the toilet for any leaks or errors. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Customer had a large break directly above the water heater on gray polybuteline. Customer agreed to our quote, to do a repair on it. Water was already off to the home. Performed repair, and then slowly turned on the water and primed everything throughout the house.And brought it back up to pressure. Fix held. Customer has been informed that Gray polybutylene is a bad material and I have quoted them for a Full House repipe, except for one bathroom and one kitchen.

Found leak in hot water line above water heater. Replaced with 18 inches of copper on hot and cold lines. Replaced water heater and expansion tank due to age of heater and expansion tank being blown. Fiberglass insulation above heater. Tested and checked for leaks.

Called out to complete sold work for a full home re-pipe. Began work by shutting off water in draining the system. One system was drained cut out all old existing copper and replace with new pex piping. Installed new washer box with hammer arrestors, also installed a new icemaker shut off with a hammer arrestor. All fixtures shut off to replace with new pex quarter turn stops. Upstairs bathrooms were recently remodeled, so we connected to the existing shower valves with new pex piping. Installed two new hose, bibs, one in the front and one in the back with the new quarter turn ball valves for winterization. In the crawlspace and garage ceiling insulated all cold in hot lines. And in the upstairs areas insulated all of the hotlines. Also replace the garbage disposal in the kitchen per customer request due to the old one leaking. Installed a new half hp badger garbage disposal. Once all work was complete, restored water to the system and tested everything for leaks and functionality. No

All outdoor coils had to deep cleaned . Tested work everything is working properly at this time. There is minimal flood protection.

This option is to add a secondary hot water circuit for a second water heater, we will be deleting the car charger outlet and using its location for the circuit. There is attic access above panel but shelving makes it so we cannot access door, we cut holes in drywall to access main garage to run over to the wall to surface mount the water heater disconnect, we will leave a Long whip for plumber, we also decided to update all of the single pole breakers except (furnaces and dedicated gfi)to dual function breakers. Will be removing gfi outlets in laundry, kitchen, bathroom and garage. Gfi protection now in panel. Breaker for w/h tested and left off for plumber

For this job, I came out for a leak in the ceiling. After a thorough elevation and leak search. Found that the leak was coming from the hot and cold water lines. Went ahead and turned off water to system. Cut out damaged sections and replaced with new copper. I pressurized water system and tested for leaks. Cleaned up work area.
