HVAC, Plumber & Electrical FAQs
The average cost to replace an electrical panel ranges from $1,595 - $3,000 depending on the amperage. The higher the amperage needed the more expensive the new electrical panel would be. Amp replacement is necessary when the existing system cannot be upgraded to meet new standard needs or when there is a safety risk to the existing system.
Tankless water heater cost in Marietta ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the size and type of the water heater being installed. Tankless water heaters have a higher initial price compared to tank heaters because of a more labor-intensive set-up if new gas and water lines are required for installation. For electrical tankless heaters, new electric wiring will probably not be needed for installation in most cases.
If you're experiencing AC not cooling your Marietta area home while the system is powered on, you could have a clogged or blocked coil. Unfortunately, a wide variety of debris can find its way into this equipment, including grass, dirt, and other contaminants. This can result in a serious clog, which can lead to a system malfunction. The best way to prevent this is with regular AC cleaning and maintenance visits.

Project manager scheduled to give estimate on an outdoor unit. Thank you for choosing TE certified! Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
This option is the middle option. This includes relocating service, new electrical panel with a few gfi breakers to make sure gfi protection is current, updated smoke detectors hard wired in and locating buried outlets in breakfast nook
Today I came out due to main system not cooling. Upon arrival thermostat was set to 78, but was reading 85. Outdoor unit was buzzing and this was due to the contactor. Ants got into bus bar where contactor is pulled in to allow unit to start. Joseph already had a contactor as this is not the first time this has happened. I swapped out old contactor with customer supplied contactor. System is back up and cooling!
At arrival on 06/12/26 found main floor system not cooling. After diagnostics found that the outdoor capacitor was bad. Potentially clogged up drain line No Ss1 and wet safety switch Dirty condenser coil and blower wheels Gave options address the findings or upgrade system.
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Low on refrigerant. Homeowner was already aware and mentioned that she has to do this every couple of years. She is trying to actively sell the home however, and just wishes to get it cooling at this time. Advised homeowner that the high pressure is running extremely high and could cause issues with the equipment. She wished to proceed anyways. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
For this job I arrived to a no cool. System is from 2003 furnace and AC. homeowner stated warm air would blow instead of cold air. Came across shot compressor. Compressor would no longer run. Also came across dirty blower wheel. Fan was extremely loud as well, informed homeowner we would have the project manager do a heat load calculation for equipment and ductwork. Contactor is extremely pitted as well, capacitor checked within tolerance. Informed homeowner system run on R22 and equipment for R22 is obsolete. Homeowner agreed to get project manager out here today, project manager has been scheduled for this afternoon! Thank you for choosing TE Certified. Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak coming from above into the garage. Did an evaluation on the system and could not pinpoint any leaks from the plumbing system. Went into the attic and found multiple water spots on the decking which I believe is letting water travel down the stack into the garage. Advised customer that he needs a roofer out for an evaluation. Also had a small leak under the master sink. Replaced both supply lines and tested for leaks. No further leaking was observed.
No cool- 2026 Goodman System Found system shutting off on high pressure. Diagnostic revealed the system has a failed TXV and installer of equipment overcharged the system to compensate. Upon arrival, we met with the homeowner regarding a recurring issue with the sewer ejector pump located in the basement closet. The homeowner stated that the pump failed twice within the past week, resulting in sewage overflowing from the basin. After evaluating the system, we provided the homeowner with replacement options. The homeowner approved installation of a Liberty Pump with a Liberty High Efficiency Alarm system, designed to alert them in the event of float failure. During the repair, we also addressed deficiencies in the existing drain line caused by a previous improper installation. The following corrections were made: • Installed a new shut-off valve (not previously present) • Replaced the existing check valve with a new quiet check valve • Modified and secured drain line connections to ensure proper function and sealing After installation, we performed multiple operational tests to confirm: • No leaks were present • Pump was functioning properly • Primary float and ala

He did a thorough inspection and diagnosed the issue. Kyle arranged for a supervisor to come and reinspect and provide options and quotes for repairs.
