Upon arrival spoke with customer about her hose bib leaking in the wall when she turned the valve on. Did a leak search. Replaced hose bib and ran new line up the wall, tied it back into the supply with a new shut off valve. Insulated and strapped line. Tested for leaks.

Troubleshoot front porch lights not working and install a whole house surge

During our visit, the customer mentioned his water heater was not working. Upon inspection, I noticed the pilot light was out on the water heater. Considering the water heater is still under warranty, I spoke with the customer and let him know that we would need to troubleshoot the unit. We were able to light the water heater almost immediately. I then let the water heater begin its heat cycle. While the water heater was heating p, I felt the wind cause a back draft out of the vent. This led me to believe the wind caused the pilot light to go out. I suggested that the customer has a roofer come out to install a new cap on the vent pipe on the roof. I also suggested that the customer purchases a louvered door to allow more air to flow into the room. Multiple other things were also noticed during our visit. The water pressure was at 100 psi. The expansion was also bad. We located the Prv and main shutoff in the front yard. Multiple estimate were provided and presented to the customer

Thermostat error issue. When I arrived no errors were active. I did notice the Nest did not have a common wire hooked up. Filter was also extremely dirty. I replaced filter and recommended HomeCare to stay up on maintenance items. After work was complete and I was testing the system, the error appeared during cooling. There was a problem with the Y1 wire. Further testing revealed that the contactor was bad. Replaced contactor and everything is back to working normal. Tested both heating and cooling.

Costumer had a leaking T&P valve, replaced it and rerouted to another spot outside, PRV and main shut off was 12 years old and also replaced it, tested the work everything working like it should

On arrival customer had multiple spot on copper line that was forming into pin hole I gave customer multiple options. With customer approval I replaced the one section of pipe that was actually leaking at the time. Once everything was complete I check for leaks. Customer will schedule. Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leaking kitchen faucet which she had a replacement for on hand. Recommended the service valves for the faucet and dishwasher be replaced as well but customer opted to hold out on that repair. Turned off water and drained down the house. Removed existing faucet and soap dispenser. Installed new faucet and soap dispenser. Turned water back on to home and bled air from the system. Tested for leaks and functionality. Also left the customer a quote for replacement on her water heater with a 6 and 10 year warranty option.

Customer called us out because they have two outlets in their living room that are not working. When I arrived, the customers let me know that when they had the siding replaced is when the outlets stopped working, and they believed a wire was cut or had a nail through it. I used my wire tracer and found that indeed the wire was cut, and that the wire was going to have to be rerun. I re-ran the wire through the crawlspace. All the outlets in the living room are now working as intended. I also inspected the panel and found that they were double tapped neutrals, and that there was no surge protection. Customer opted out of installing surge protection, but wanted me to fix the double tapped neutrals, which I did. The circuit breaker of the living room was replaced with a dual function breaker.

We cut Sheetrock in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, performed a roughly 24” spot repair and installed an access panel.

Install fixture to vanity top or lavatory, set pop up assembly, connect with new braided stainless steel supply lines, test for proper function. Install water stop valve. Shut off water supply and drain down water in home, cut out existing area and prepare piping for new connections, install new stop valve, connect pipe lines, pressurize system, test and clean up work area. Installed an outlet and new safety breaker for the dishwasher

System approximately 22 years old. Compressor has failed on outdoor unit. System contains our 22, which means if the compressor is replaced, a refrigerant conversion would have to also be made. Estimated the cost of immediate repairs to be a little over $7000. Several other issues noticed throughout, however, due to the age of the equipment. The decision was made to just speak with the project manager at this time. Visit scheduled for tomorrow. Thank you for choosing TE certified! Replaced PRV, repiped water heater with new expansion tank, shutoff and removal of sharkbite fittings, 6 stop valves for the master lavatories and kitchen as well as the ptrap for the left master lavatory. All work was tested and checked for leaks. Pressure set to 70psi per homeowner’s request

No cool. Found mini split remote blinking on clock mode causing system not to run, reset clock to proper time and changed batteries, system working as it should at this time. Completed 3 Homecare inspections, all systems working properly, found no flood protection for main level system. Quoted repairs, customer opted in to have flood protection added to system. Installed new wet and drain switch and tested system after repairs.
