Reason for coming out today is mini split was not cooling from the center of the inside head unit, no airflow was passing through. Upon inspection of the Mr. cool system found that blower wheel was very caked up and was not able to give proper airflow due to buildup. After cleaning blower will perform diagnostic on complete system and found no issues with system. System is now currently cooling properly. After speaking with Jon H, outdoor unit not accessible due to on the roof with no way to access, he agreed I can clean the blower wheel and perform system diagnostic. The best of my ability and his system is working good then it will be OK. After starting system back up had a 20° delta T system is working properly. Make sure drain pump is pumping properly. At this time no further concerns that I could address.

Today I was called out because of storm damage. A branch had fell and pulled the weather ahead and eyebolt out. As a Band-Aid option, I replaced the weatherhead and eyebolt with a new one. NOTE: The warranty only covers the weather-head and the eyebolt. NOTE # 2: The service is wired in a four wire system with a 150 amp disconnect outside. However, the room that the panel is located in is now a laundry room and does not have proper clearances to today’s code. It is possible that if a panel replacement or service upgrade was ever needed, the panel will have to be relocated.

ISSUE: customer stated air compressor is not working LOCATION: warehouse FINDINGS: after looking into the system, we were able to find that the breaker was not turned on RESOLUTION: turned the breaker on to test the voltage at the disconnect. And then ask the customer to turn the disconnect on, customer turned the disconnect on and the compressor worked properly

Installed Navien 240A2 tankless water heater. Also installed Halo Ion 6 water conditioner. This install was for replacing existing tankless with a new one and to properly run venting for water heater. Gas line was not quoted with this install as the existing gas line was used. If gas line needs to be replaced in the future then that will not be covered under the scope of work performed today Recommended that customer have electrician come out to install a designated outlet for the tankless and condensate pump Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Customer had carbon monoxide alarm go off. Fire department came out and turned gas off to the home thinking it was the tankless water heater Tankless water heater was installed years ago. Exhaust for tankless does not have adequate clearance from openings including crawlspace vents and windows. Due to model of tankless and age, recommendation is for replacement with a Navien tankless water heater that uses separate pipes for exhaust and air intake instead of concentric like the current tankless water heater While in crawlspace, discovered that the vent for the furnace exhaust is completely rusted out and detached. Exhaust from the furnace is discharging directly into the crawlspace. Customer needs hvac out to address this serious issue. Also noticed condensate pump for AC is not working as well.
