For this job I installed a new dual function CH 15 amp breaker in right hand side main panel for the disposal. Replaced the old Gen 2 breaker that was tripping a lot. I also installed a new 150 amp main disconnect with breaker space next to the meter on the right hand side. Replaced breakers for Tesla Charger, pool pump, and surge protector in the disconnect as well.

Installed customer supplied ceiling fan on tall ceiling in living room. Once ceiling fan was installed, I found that the receiver is faulty. I informed the homeowners to get a new receiver and I will come back to put it in. I only collected for half of the job total today. The other half will be collected once receiver is in and fan is working

Performed one system home care on 2021 Rheem system. I checked refrigerant pressures and changed air filter. I cleared the drain line and the temperature split between supply and return. I tested heating and cool from the thermostat. Customer says bedroom furthest from the AC unit doesn’t get as cool. I’ve noticed that the supply vent was inverted in the bedroom and switched it around to help airflow. I also noticed the drain line outside was condensating right next to the foundation of condenser. I extended the drain line unit to prevent damage to the foundation. I recommend a cleaning and in-line drain safety switch.

Upon arrival, owner stated the upstairs system outside unit motor was not turning; turned system off. Found multiple concerns with 2017/2018 up flow system in attic. Condenser duel capacitor failed causing condenser motor and compressor to fail. Condenser coil is dirty. SuperBoost is recommended for condenser compressor optimum operation. Wet switch is recommended to be installed in emergency overflow pan in attic to help protect against water damage when existing water safeties fail. Condensate drain line clean/flush is recommended to help prevent water clogs. We cannot determine if there are other problems until system condenser is operating. Replace upstairs system condenser duel capacitor only. Upstairs system resumed operations. Condensate drain line clear and flowing. Owner will call us back to perform other recommended work. Install owner-furnished kitchen fixture master bath faucet and guest bath faucet. lead free components (fixture meets low flow water mandates) - which includes: shut off water supply, remove service lines, clean debris from base, install trim plate, center mounting bracket, tighten to base, install new supply lines, check for proper function of fixture, clean up work area.

I wired in a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for the coffee bar located just to the right of the garage door. I installed 1/2 pvc conduit across the garage wall starting beneath the panel with two 1900 metal junction boxes. Inside the home I made cuts into the drywall down low and I used low voltage cut in boxes so I could fish the wire. After that was done I used blanks plates to cover over the holes. I wired in and installed (2) new location receptacles and I made sure the height was good with the customer before cutting into the wall to set the boxes. I installed a new duel function breaker inside the main panel and labeled the circuit. After I was done I turned the breaker on and used a tester to ensure the safety feature is working. I am suggesting a full home surge protector for the panel.

We signed up for the Annual Maintenance right after purchasing our home. I wasn't so sure it was worth it, but I found the electricians very professional and the work they did was quality. I wasn't so sure about the initial HVAC visit in fall of 2023, but we just had our spring 2024 visit from Jeremiah and I will say he made it worth it. I watched over his shoulder, mostly just out of curiosity and a love to learn. He was patient answering questions, and I was very surprised, especially considering the other con-artists,,, ur... i mean contractors I've dealt with. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable, and performed the maintenance with a thoroughness and attention to detail I can rarely ever find. As an engineer, I likely view things more critically and detailed that others, but that didn't phase Jeremiah in the least. He provided several photos of not only the work he recommended, but the results afterward, as well as other areas that did not need additional attention. Luckily, he found some things that could have caused problems, and we were able to correct those now so that we are not having worse problems at a time when it is difficult to get a technician scheduled. I would definitely recommend Jeremiah, and he is a sterling representative of TE Certified. I plan to ask for him next time by name. TE Certified should be okay with that as he sold me on some tasks that I could have done myself, but elected to have him do them because of his professionalism and demeanor. Great job Jeremiah!

Hayden came on Thursday to install 6 new smoke/carbon detectors and two surge protectors. Throughly tested everything and showed me where the outside main electric shut off was located. Extremely patient and explained in a manner which I understood. On Friday he came back and installed outside flood lights and took time for me to determine best direction for lighting back yard. Even vacuumed area below attic stairs. Hayden was professional, personable and an employee I will request in the future. He is truly an asset to TE Certified! Great experience.

Everybody we dealt with went above and beyond. The office staff, salesperson, and installers were very professional. It was the little things that added up. We were kept updated throughout the process while enabling us to continue to tele-work. At the end of the day a problem arose with one of the units. They went out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved. As tired as we know they had to be they wouldn’t give up.
