Install new 50 gallon water heater and replace PRV

Installed new evaporator coil, drain safety switch, reattached plenum and seal with mastic, deep cleaned outdoor unit, added turbo 200, and cleaned the drain line with nitrogen and 4 gallons of water. Installed turbo, hard start kit, drain safety switch, wet switch, and cleaned the drain line. Both systems tested and operating as intended at this time

Water leaking hvac unit upstairs. Hostess/bathroom unit.. Found three clogged drains, cleaned p traps and flushed drains. Drains running properly now and no water leaking. Found dirty ac coil, weak blower capacitor, rusty blower compartment, unit is low on r410a. Suggest leak search, clean ac, replace capacitor. Performed infrared leak detection and did not locate a leak. Owner stated she only wanted water leak addressed today and didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on everything else at this time. I informed her I would over look the whole system and email over suggested repairs on anything else not water leak related. Owner has a few months left on lease and considering finding new location.

In the basement noticed a 1” SharkBite 90 on the high pressure side of the main water inlet. Shut off the water to the home and drained the system down. Removed the SharkBite fitting and the CPVC piping, ball valve, and fittings up to the PRV. Adapted to the pex at the wall, transitioned to copper, installed new brass ball valve and connected to the PRV with new copper pipe and fittings. Pressurized and removed the air from the lines. In the 2nd Floor Guest Bathroom the toilet was overfilled from the tank. Removed the tank from the toilet and rebuilt the tank with new gaskets, fill valve, Douglas valve, flapper, and supply line. Reinstalled the tank to the bowl and tested by filling and flushing multiple times.

I came out today due to power loss in the kitchen area along with the back porch TV equipment. Customer stated that she had a pressure washing company come out to clean the back porch and that’s when she noticed the TV wasn’t working. Customer stated she had a cleaning company come out and they plugged their vacuum into the breakfast room receptacle, left-hand side and they lost power. -Back Porch- With the TV equipment found that power was present at the receptacle. It is missing a bubble cover to it, the TV, cable box, and sound bar. All showed power be present with lights on the issue with the TV is that the power light was Flashing. I am suggesting to the homeowner to buy a new TV that is rated for outdoors along with a TV protector that they can install over the TV when not use to prevent dust and moisture from getting to key components. The other thing is I’m suggesting to replace the bracket where the TV can be pulled away from the wall and doing this will allow for servici
