Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews

For this job, I completed a two system full inspection. I tested the unit and heat and cool to ensure that everything was working. I inspected the blower wheel and burners. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. The filter size Upstairs : 16 x 25 x 1 Downstairs : 20 x 25 x 5

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upstairs system is not cooling due to it being low on refrigerant. No ss1 on condensate drain, condenser coil is dirty, recommend adding wet switch to system to ensure no water issues, contactor is burnt, dual capacitor is out of manufacture specs, insulation on suction line is poor, blower wheel is dirty, gas sediment trap isn’t up to code, low on refrigerant, and evaporator coil is completely rusted out. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Home inspection

Breaker/ AC disconnect

Our client reach out to us today in reference to a leaky shower valve and possibly have a hose Bibb changed out. After troubleshooting in the shower valve and confirming that it was pipe in correctly, the cartridge was the only issue with the shower valve. However the hose bibb was not able to be replaced due the amount work that was needed to correctly install this item. Water pressure is at 55%

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2006 Trane AC system. I found that the breaker on the outside unit was tripped. Upon further inspection I found that the contactor was charred and burnt around the contacts. The capacitor (which appeared to be new) had completely failed and had exploded on the inside (swollen up). One of the high voltage wiring connections on the capacitor was burnt and melted. There also was a section of low voltage wiring by the outside unit that needs to be replaced before it shorts. The system was not operating due to these issues and further diagnostics can’t be performed until repairs are made. Additional repair options may follow. System is almost 20 years old and homeowner should strongly consider having the system replaced. I have the homeowner repair option and emailed it to them as well. Homeowner has setup a time with an install supervisor.

Responded to no ac call for second floor system. Made sure indoor and outdoor units were running, then checked the Systems TD. System was running with a 6.8° TD. Proceeded to outdoor unit to checks pressures. Noticed pressures were low, and condenser coil was dirty. Rinsed off coil to get accurate pressures, then added. On our last visit here we had to add refrigerant customer understands that there is a leak in the system and there’s no warranty on refrigerant. While here also noticed that the main floor system was slightly low on refrigerant. Charged system up. Both systems are cooling at this time

Customer had a leaking hosebib in the front of the house. Replaced both the hosebib in the front and side of the house. Replaced both shutoff valves for the house. Will be providing water heater quotes as well. Highly recommend due to age of the water heater. (all water heater quotes include an 10% discount) After install I tested and checked for leaks. Did thorough clean up. Thank you for choosing te certified.

No cool for upstairs …diagnosed bad capacitor and contactor….checked standing pressures ..and operation pressures ….no flood protection on attic system drainage …provided 2 bandaid options …the latter includes flood protection for upstairs drainage …client opted for better option …replaced contactor, capacitor, and added flood protection on drainage and armaflex for suction line as it wasn’t present while diagnostic of system ..

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit for main level was not working and coming on. After inspection of system found that there was no high voltage going to system. Tested switch and still nothing would come on. Our electrical department replaced this outlet and others not to long ago. I replaced switch under warranty and noticed that voltage kept dropping from 120v to 117v and would fluctuate causing intermittent issues. Called office to schedule electrical department to come back out and take a look at issues coming from panel to hvac system. Unit is currently not working at this time. Customer signed up for Homecare maintenance plan, will provide 3 visit per year. Heat maintenance check, ac maintenance check and whole home electrical check.

Installed a chandelier and a dimmer
Great!

No cool second level 2014 carrier 2.5 ton heat pump split builder grade. Cycled equipment from thermostat removed one year old filter which was extremely dirty 16X20X1. Installed new filters on both levels checked operations found heat pump not energizing. Upon further evaluation of system found failed duel motor starter which would be the second one that has failed. Manufacture warranty has expired on equipment 6 years ago. Gave client options and customer would like to move forward with band aid option for temporary cooling. Installed new duel motor starter, condenser turbo kit and scheduled install supervisor for Thursday 10-2. Left equipment operational all though compressor could fail at anytime. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replaced toilet and its shut off valve. Flange was in great condition and had no issues installing new toilet. Tested by flushing several times. No leaks. Replace leaking section of tankless exhaust and let glue dry before testing. Turned tankless back on and ran hot water for a few minutes and verify no leaks.

Replaced moen 1222 cartridge in middle level hall bath. Tested and all is working at this time.
Jason was efficient in addressing our issue and giving us information to help us prevent it (our error) from happening again. In addition to the information and a new thermostat installation, he was really pleasant, positive and courteous. Best techs (and people around). Knowledgeable, neat, and care about the work they do to provide the best service possible.

Completed 4 system home care. 3 system are day n night furnace/ac split systems from 2018. The 4th unit is a Goodman heat pump we installed last season. All 4 systems controlled by smart thermostats and have upgraded filtration. We flushed drain lines, changed all filters and completed a comprehensive evaluation to determine system condition, efficiency and overall safety. All systems are fully operational and have no mechanical or electrical issues/failures. The 3 systems TE didn’t install don’t have flood protection, which we recommend adding. Systems are clean, and fully operational upon departure. Call complete.

We did home care back in November drain was clogged. Cleared drain with mighty pump and and tested with 2 gallons of water. There was no in-line switch on neither unit for flood protection. Added in-line switch to upstairs and downstairs. The capacitor was weak on the outdoor for the upstairs. Tested upstairs and heat and cool. The system is working normal at this time. There was no other problems..

Troubleshot kitchen light and outlet not working, We replaced the counter top GFCI outlets with new WR GFCI and provided and installed a new 2x2 LED lay in fixture.
Timely service. Fair pricing. Excellent technicians (Pedro and Bubba). Great brand of equipment.

Responded to no ac call whole house unit. Turned system on cooling outdoor unit unit not coming on. Found defective capacitor. Replaced capacitor system started up. Noticed biological growth at indoor unit. Cleared drain system is running at this time.

For this job, I came to diagnose a system that the outdoor unit will not shut off even when the system is off. After further inspection, I noticed that the capacitor was completely rusted out as well as the contactor was pitted. I provided the estimates to the customer in which she agreed. Both the contactor and the capacitor was changed on the main system.

Came to residence today for open junction box in attic, upon further inspection found box with no cover and another wire that wasn’t in a box as well. To solve this we capped off the wire and put the other wire in the junction box as well and put a proper cover over it.

Drain pitch not slanted downwards and water backed up into emergency pan triggering wet switch. Adjusted drain and found Ecobee terminal pins had broken off face plate. Replaced under warranty.

AC & Coil boxswap

We would remove both old 40s and install new 75 in back Corner out of the way of work that will be performed in August

Arrival on June 23, 2025 found main floor system not cooling. Customer also mentioned that the upstairs system was not cooling properly. After checking both systems found out the main floor systems is low in refrigerant, the outdoor unit capacitor is bad, the condenser coil is dirty, There is no wet safety switch, there is no SS1 safety switch. The upstairs system was cooling OK but did not have any wet safety switch, no SS one safety switch, the outdoor unit capacitor is bad, the condenser coil is also dirty. Gave options to customer to perform a nitrogen leak search on the main floor unit And address the above findings. Additionally gave options to customer to address the above findings on the upstairs system. Set a lead for tomorrow between 8 to 10AM Additionally, there is an approved job that I need to come and complete after an install supervisor comes. If customer approved to replace both upstairs and main floor systems, there is no need to come back, but if customer decide to
