Job Locations and Reviews
During my visit, my gas leak sniffer located a leak coming from the gas control valve on the water heater. Estimates were provided to fix the issue.
Replaced old 50 gallon water heater. Repiped as needed. Replaced old recirculating pump. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Install new customer supplied nest doorbell
Troubleshoot why the office power fluctuates.
I changed a leaking price phister cartridge and replaced with cs price phister cartridge in upstairs bathroom, I also quoted the pedestal waste rebuild along with a new pop up assembly install.
Inspected for leak. Isolated home at main shut off valve. Observed meter with no movement. Searched for leaks inside of home. Found that the Jack and Jill toilet was constantly running. This seems to be the source of the high water bill. Replaced this toilet and the rest of the toilets as a precaution. Replaced broken flange under Jack and Jill toilet. Replaced flange under the first floor bath toilet at no additional cost. Tested all for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Performed a maintenance inspection visit on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor). Tested heating from both thermostats. Measured the electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the air filters. Cleaned the condensate pump with condenser coil cleaner. Reported findings to the customer. $59 tune-up deal for both HVAC systems in the home.
Installed and supplied tesla wall connector in garage
Update grounding system, replaced over sized breaker, installed 2 gfci outlets in kitchen and replaced broken outlet box in kitchen.
Customer would like upstairs hall bath sink traps cleaned or replaced as preventative maintenance. We recommend replacing traps instead of just cleaning them out.
Remove the exiting wiring and supply and install a junction box in the basement. Complete a 15 amp circuit e tension from junction box to the dishwasher and terminate the wiring. Supply and install a 15 amp duel function breaker to provide gfci protection to unit. I discovered the panel is a Challanger panel with a type QFP-2T which is a Zinsco main. Zinsco has long lost its UL listing and Challanger panels are soon to be on the list. I am suggesting a panel replacement.
Replace old shower handles stems and seats and replace with new ones.and replace with new
For this job, I came out to replace a fill valve in the hallway bathroom. I had shut off the main valve due to toilet having an old supply valve
Call regarding toilet running. Customer had toilet off upon arrival. Did thorough investigation and saw that flapper was damaged. Builder grade toilet as well. Gave several options but decided to go with rebuild. Installed new parts and checked for leaks. Made sure toilet functioned properly.
Performed an inspection on both HVAC systems (1st/2nd Floor and 3rd Floor) as part of the $59 tune-up deal. Tested heating and zoning from the thermostats. Measured the electrical component readings and tested safety switches. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the system. Checked air filters and left two replacement 16x25x1 filters with the customer. Reported findings to the customer.
Pop up assemblies leaking in both upstairs bathrooms. The drains are installed too high in the walls, resulting in trap seals being too deep. We recommend opening walls and lowering drains, however, we can attempt to stop the leaks by replacing the pop up assemblies. Includes other miscellaneous repairs which includes, replacing tub spout, properly mounting a new expansion tank, and bringing water heater relief line up to code. Performed work as per estimate. Was able to cut down the tail piece on the new push pop style pop up assemblies in order to create a normal trap seal.
Replace existing ballvalve and existing Prv
Replaced ceiling fan and box supporting the ceiling fan
Replaced existing faulty arc fault 20 amp ch with new dual function.
Troubleshoot waterheater
Completed a car charger install.
Installed new furnace for the upstairs system. Need to return to install in April, air media filter and return cabinet.
Completed inspections. Found no wet switches nor IAQ installed. Upstairs air handler has 10KW heat strips installed which is abnormal for a 2 ton. Advised customer to remove shelf obstructing the major return in hopes of limit not tripping due to in coming storm. Main floor heat pump appears to have had something blown up inside the electrical cabinet. Otherwise both units are working fine at this time
Used cable machine to clear blockage and replaced vent
Today we came out for lobby heat not keeping up 2011 carrier 2 ton heat pump Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
