Electrician will be needed to install a disconnect box (around $489) to bring up to code which is not included in my price. Can be done before or after replacement just needs to be installed before inspection. Will replace water hearer, pan, rework piping in copper and install a new thermal expansion tank.

I found that the sheetrock below the main floor half bath has been water damaged. Removed a small section of sheetrock to find that the water came from the toilet above. Found that the toilet took a long time to fill, and that the internal components are ancient. Rebuilt the insides of the toilet and replaced the toilet stop. Pulled toilet to find a bad flange and deteriorated floors. Referred Property Medics to look at damage. Could not reset the toilet.

Install new 200a 4 wire service cable from the new disconnect to new Square D QO 42 circuit panel. Install new safety breakers(AFCI/GFCI) in new main panel. Install whole home surge protector below main panel. Update smoke detectors to current code in the home, install 1 in each of the 3 bedrooms and 1 carbon/smoke detector combo in the hallway. Permit Fees. Install bath fan switch leg on customer supplied and customer installed bath fan as courtesy with no charge upon completion of service upgrade.

Adam and his excellent team completed a very complex and detailed electrical upgrade on our home. Many scary issues were discovered and resolved. No corners cut. Now we know we have a safe home. It might be more $$$ than we planned BUT the electrical problems discovered needed to be resolved from previous owners renovations. Highly recommend this company!

While installing a generator, he discovered electrical issues from when home was built and remodeled that were quite serious in the panel and around home. He and his team addressed them after consulting with us and supported findings with photos and of course showing us in person.
