Current recirculation pump is non-operational and it seems that the check valve is stuck is the open position because the homeowner is getting lukewarm water almost everywhere but the kitchen. Remove the existing recirculation pump and check valve and install new recirculation pump, check valve, and isolation valve. Pressurize and put the pump into service.

Arrived to complete quoted repairs. During the Homecare visit, found signs of a restriction on the refrigerant line. The system had no filter drier, so added one in today. Brazed in a liquid line filter drier at the heat pump. Pressure tested the system with 400 psig of nitrogen. Pulled the system down below 500 microns. Observed the system as it ran and it reached the proper pressures and temperatures.

yesterday we installed a 12 inch bypass damper on the system as well as replaced the TXV on the upstairs and main floor system. TXV purchased from trane was faulty and system was not functioning correctly. We had to return to the system today to replace the faulty TXV and Charge the system up and test. I have increasingly relied on TE Certified to provide repairs for my electrical, HVAC and plumbing needs. In the latter case, David Hobart, recently helped solve the problem of why there was no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. He didn't stop until he discovered the the source of the problem and he didn't leave until I was satisfied with the results. This is why I use TE Certified, they are professional in their work and they stand behind it.

In general I recommend TE Certified because of their customer service and prompt attention to scheduling work. They also have never failed to provide a superior technician who is well qualified to do any repair or installation, whether electrical, plumbing or HVAC. I recently had the pleasure to have Jon Allen replace my kitchen sink and disposal in which he showed remarkable skill in problem solving and turning a difficult task into a work of art. He is an outstanding professional. I also found his assistant/trainee, Elijah Lipscomb, an extremely valuable addition to the job. Both these men I highly recommend and they are a good representative example of the personnel at TE Certified I have always encountered.

I rely on TE Certified to provide home services and again was not disappointed with the results. Jon Allan provided professional installation of a new kitchen disposal, and he offered a range of options for replacing the sink and faucet in the future. I also had him flush my water heater. He showed superior care and courtesy in his work and he was knowledgable about many general plumbing and maintenance issues that I had questions about. I recommend TE Certified in general and Jon specifically.
