Found gas was shut off to second floor system. Checked heat exchangers for crack and carbon monoxide leaks found no issues. Tested heat for good heating blowing 122 returning 84. System is operating properly at this time

Call home system not cooling, ran diagnostics. While running diagnostics on the system, found the system frozen due to low refrigerant. While running diagnostics found low capacitor for the blower wheel, dirty, blower wheel, poor flue pipe, and no flood protection upstairs. Furnace is dirty, old, and not in great shape. While checking AC found the capacitor and contactor, both reading low and no locking caps on the system. Based on these findings, highly recommend replacement of the full system.
