Sunday, Customer had a blockage in garbage disposal, when dishwasher finished cycle it backed up during the draining process and is now giving an error. Upon arrival there was no active blockage in garbage disposal, kitchen drain pipes, or dishwasher hose. Recommended that customer contacts appliance company to check out dishwasher.

Came out to a no cool no heat. I found that the package unit has a bad breaker ant the electrical panel and a bad disconnect box outside. Customer will have to replace the disconnect box and the electrical panel in order for us to complete the full diagnosis on her unit. I have suggested that the Customer allows us to let an electrician come out and do a thorough evaluation on the system. once the electrical issues are rectified, we can come out and do a thorough evaluation on HVAC system.

Today troubleshot a circuit. Determine the plug had failed on the dryer. I replaced the old plug with a new cut in box, new plug and plate. I then traced out the circuits and labeled the panel.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found outdoor unit non operational found failed dual run capacitor. Also unit did not have te standard flood protection. Blower was also dirty. Customer opted to sign up for homecare and just replace the dual run capacitor at this time.

Upon arrival tech noticed furnace control board failure. Furnace control board will need replacement. Tech explained to customer part not covered under warranty. Tech has customer approval to order part and schedule for return visit to install part.
