Arrived at home to address leak at condensate pump upon inspection the motor for the condensate pump is extremely weak and not working as strong as it should as well as multiple kink points within the drain line itself and the drain line is also heavily impacted with dirt and residue. I would recommend replacing the condensate pump altogether as well as running a new drain line. Customer elected to go with both recommendations. Condensate pump has been replaced and a new drain line has been ran.

Called out for backing up shower. Ran water to test and shower drain started to back up quickly. Took apart the shower stopper and cleaned out blockage of hair. Cleaned the stopped and put everything back together. Shower drain is now clear and flowing. Customer was also made aware that the water heater is due for maintenance and the pressure check on the water came back high. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Arrived at home to check out the drain line for basement unit as soon as I arrived I noticed he was part of water in the basement as well as the entire container of water maybe about 10 gallons filled and overflowing. Customer stated that she noticed on black gunk, trapped in the lines and upon inspection there was black gunk all throughout the line. I also noticed a couple of kinks within the line. I straightened out the few links kinks that I saw, and then flushed the line with about 10 to 15 gallons of water as well as cleaned it out with indoor to capable unit is draining properly with good pressure. No service fee was collected as issue was found visually

Water heater leaking down into the basement. Removed the existing water heater, installed a customer supplied water heater. Replaced the thermal expansion tank, pan, and shut off valve. Turned on the water and purged the air from the lines, then ignited the water heater. Tested with no leaks.

No Cool Diagnostic Summary Came out to a no cool call. After performing a complete diagnostic evaluation, I found water present in the secondary drain pan. The system currently does not have a safety device installed to shut the unit down in the event of a condensate backup. Without flood protection, water overflow can lead to ceiling, drywall, and property damage. We recommend installing TE Certified Flood Protection to automatically shut the system down if a drainage issue occurs. I removed all standing water from the secondary drain pan, thoroughly flushed the condensate drain line, and verified that water was draining properly and exiting the home. Once the drainage issue was corrected, power was restored to the system and normal operation was confirmed. I also inspected the outdoor unit, which is a 2001 heat pump. The condenser coils are extremely dirty and heavily restricting heat transfer. I tested the capacitor and found it to be significantly below manufacturer specificatio
