As we arrived back today, we installed a 50 amp GFI breaker in the electrical panel which controls power to the car charger outlet in the garage. We also removed the defective car charger outlet and installed a new one. Once power was restored everything worked properly. Upstairs in the master bathroom, I installed a new quad receptacle outlet. This power is fed from the closet receptacle. What’s the receptacle was installed everything worked properly. I’ve also attached an estimate for the new subpanel in the garage which will free up space so we can install the correct breakers for the incorrect ones that are in the main electrical panel right now. Today’s we arrived it was explained that they needed an electrical panel inspection. The current panel is a Challenger. These panels over the years have had many issues and have actually been discontinued from manufacturing because of the problems. As of today, I do not see anything inside of the electrical panel that would raise any red flags to say that it immediately needs to be replaced. As it was asked to me if this was my parents moving into this house what would I do and I quickly said the panel will be removed immediately. For safety and a piece of mind that would be my definite answer. As my electrical manager explained to me that over his years he’s seen more of these panels burned up than any other. I attached an estimate for the panel to be replaced. We will have to pull a permit through the county to get the panel replaced. Today we rebuilt the master shower Moen valve, valve was already disassembled and handle broken upon arrival. Replaced cartridge and leak has stopped.

Return to purge house filtration system after 48 hour soak period. All is turned on and working properly

Came out because the customer was concerned about the system not cooling After fully diagnosing the 2023 conventional system I found that the thermostat had failed and that on of the wires was to the control board was broken. I replaced the thermostat and repaired the broken wire. I then ran the system in cool for 30 minutes and the system is now working according to specifications.

Troubleshoot garage door tripping.

No power

Installed new gfci outlet for dishwasher, gfci breaker for garage circuit, and replaced outlet upstairs which fixed open neutral on the bedroom outlets.

Arrived on site. Homeowner showed me to garage where water heater temperature and pressure relief valve line was PVC piping. Homeowner also showed me to kitchen sink where standard P-trap. was tubular corrugated. Replaced temperature of pressure relief valve on outside. No leaks at this time.

Called out for a backed up kitchen sink. Took trap apart and ran sewer machine throughout line to clear blockage. the issue was food and grease . The line is open and flowing. Thanks for choosing TE.

Came out for leak found that kitchen sink drain leaking have estimate customer agreed cut out old piping reworked drain new basket strainer and p trap tested no failure at this time

Installed 20a gfi for sauna in garage.

Troubleshoot front porch light not working, upstairs hallway bath shower light not working, two den can lights not working. Provide and replace the front porch light, replace upstairs hallway smoke detector.

Called out to replace overflow and tub drain boot. Also potential leak coming from under kitchen sink checked under kitchen sink unable to re-create a leak gave estimate to replace overflow plate and drain boot. Customer agreed performed work tested with no leaks at this time.

Replacing damaged devices on first floor of house

Came out to install new Ecobee tstat. Ensured normal operations for heating and cooling. Set up wifi and App on customer's phone. Educated them on fan feature that allows system to circulate air a certain amount of time per hour. Currently set to 15 minutes every hour. Customer is aware.

Came out to complete quoted work from Home Care visit yesterday. Replaced Aprilaire 410 filter (16x25x4). Chemically cleaned indoor coil. Pulled and cleaned blower wheel. Installed APCO-X with Air Scrubber. Installed TE Standard wet switch. Chemically cleaned outdoor coil. Ensured normal operations after all work completed. System cooling and heating at this time. Recommended customer upgrade to Ecobee tstat for better IAQ control, customer agreed. Will need to come back with C wire adapter for Ecobee install. Set up for this upcoming Monday 1/12/26

Remove two chandeliers and one ceiling fan

As we arrived back today, we came back to finish trimming out all of the devices we installed last week. We purchased and installed five countertop lights. We installed a customer supplied microwave over the oven. We performed a troubleshoot on the master bedroom fan. We found the wires that were crossed and removed them and rewired it properly so the three-way controlled the light on the fan and the single pole switch controlled the fan only. Finished running all wires into the electrical panel and installed all dual function and GFI breakers. Once everything was landed and installed installed all breakers and power worked properly throughout the kitchen area. The kitchen island was not finished being installed so for now the wire is rolled up in the garage area. Once the island is finished and the countertop is installed, we will come back to install the customer supplied countertop receptacle and wiring. Hope all of you have a happy new year! As we arrived back here today, Tuesday, December 23, we’ve come back to fulfill the estimate of roughing in the new kitchen area. We installed seven new dedicated circuits for the kitchen area. We pulled wire through a chase in the basement above the electrical panel all the way across the basement floor up into the areas where we installed new receptacles. We installed six 120 V dedicated circuits. One for the microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal and two separate countertop circuits. Installed one 240 V circuit for the oven. We mainly used the holes that are opened up by the plumbers to pull all of our wires through. We did have to cut a few holes in the sheet rock ourselves. We also installed a new switch leg and wiring for countertop lights, which will be installed under the cabinets once they are put in.
