Gavin had a big, muddy, messy job that required digging and replacing underground plumbing parts out at my barn. I needed a new shutoff valve to turn the water on and off. The old valve was plastic, and I finally broke it because it was on so tight that I had to use whatever tools I could find to get it open. The new, sturdier brass parts he installed made it much easier for me to open without having to force anything. This is especially important because I have to open this valve about once a week. After he and his assistant were finished, they raked up all the dirt around the new box and smoothed it out neatly, so I didn’t have to clean up after them. It works great and it looks great. It wasn’t a cheap job, but it needed to be done and it was done very well.

My tech texted prior to his arrival and he was on time for my appointment. He fully explained what my problem was and provided an estimate for the work. He completed the work while he was at my house. My tech is knowledgeable, proficient, and very courteous. This is the 3rd time I have used TC Electric and all visits have gone very well.
