Update the grounding system with search protection - a note on the grounding system: I recommend going ahead and updating the ground wire that’s bonded to the water pipe because it is sized for a smaller system. If we do the grounding system, we would do a full grounding system updating that wire to what we would normally put on a 200 amp service. This would mean when updating your service in the future the grounding system would already be done Install two dual function breakers on ungrounded circuits Install junction box or disconnect wire running to doorbell Old disconnect downstairs needs to be turned off or changed out AC disconnect Not mounted properly and the cover is bent needs to be replaced Junction box downstairs needs a jumbo metal cover, and wire connectors Outlet by toilet needs to be GFCI protected Both vent fans in the master bathroom need to be vented Plug hole in panel Update the grounding system with surge protection - a note on the grounding system: I recommend

Today I was called out because the breaker for the oven was tripping. Upon diagnosis, I discovered that the cord on the oven is not wired properly and also did not have a connector. I rewired the cord and installed a connector and tested the oven. Everything is working properly. While I was working, I examined the main electrical panel and found a 15 amp wire on a 20 amp breaker. this is a safety issue because the breaker will allow the wire to pull more power than the wire can handle. Causing overheating, damage and potentially injury. I changed the breaker to the proper size. The breaker that I replaced (according to the panel cover) is circuit number 19. From an electrician standpoint going from the top right down it is circuit number 12.

Homeowner had us out today because the system isn’t heating or cooling at all. Upon arrival we notice that there is a heat pump system from 2021. We set the system to cooling and noticed that only the indoor system was running. After further testing we’ve found the system was wired incorrectly from third party company. We tested 45/5 capacitor that was out of range at 43. We also seen the coil needs a clean and there is growth on bottom side of coil and the filter is really dirty

Upon arrival, customer stated furnace was new but wasn’t working. Upon inspection of the unit found 2024 Goodman, gas furnace that is partially installed with the flue vent disconnected, high wire not up to code or have a kill switch, all the ductwork is messed up and destroyed. Unit has no low-voltage wire to it. Existing flue vent cannot be used because it’s not up to code. We have to install a side vent power ventor. We’ll have to hook up ductwork and bring unit up to code before I can perform a wire up and start up. Crawlspace is very low. recommending getting install manager out to replace all new ductwork and install 90% gas furnace for proper installation. Sent email to customer of all estimates.

Dalton did an excellent job reviewing the problem with my AC. He spent time to discuss issues to look out for in the future, as well as ensuring the current job was done in accordance with customer's expectations. I would highly recommend Dalton and TE Certified to others for repairing and serving their AC/heating units. Great job!
