20OCT2026: Today We Installed A New Electrical Service On The Home. We Mounted The 200A Electrical Meter And Lined Up Where The Mast And Load Side Would Go. While I Set Up The Meter, Joe Removed The Old Panel, Julian Installed The Grounding System, And Erfan Installed The Smoke Detectors. We Installed The Mast, Roof Boot, Eyebolt, And Weather Head. We Tightened The Straps And Ran Our Conductors Up The Mast. I Terminated Connections On The Line Side Of The Meter. Next We Ran The Wire For The Load Side Over To The Panel. Erfan Secured The Wire To The Joist In The Crawlspace I Terminated Connections For The Load Side Of The Meter And Installed The Surge Protector. Joe Installed The New Electrical Panel And Prepared The Wires For Me To Install The Breakers. Julian And Erfan Worked Together To Finish The Smoke Detectors. Lastly I Installed All The Breakers In The Electrical Panel. 21OCT2026: Today I Waited On The Inspector To Arrive For The TPR. While I Waited I Replaced A Keyless Pul

2 system homecare inspection Upstairs system Refrigerant levels look good, delta T temperature drop looks good, checked amp draw of all components and found that compressor was pulling high amps on startup, recommended adding hardstart kit to lower anp draw of compressor, replaced 1-16x20x1 filter, blower wheel and condenser are both clean, cycles system to both heat and cool, tested defrost mode, all units and electrical components are working properly at this time m, recommended adding inline float switch to system to help prevent any water damage from occurring in the future. Also recommended adding meadow filter to system. Downstairs system Refrigerant levels look good, delta T temperature drop also looks good, checked amp draw of all components, dual capacitor is within tolerance rating, cleaned flame sensor, checks gas pressure, cycles system to both heat and cool, changed 1-16x25x4 filter, all units and electrical components are working properly at this time. Came out today to complete one system HVAC no cool service call. Upon arrival found 2019 3 1/2 ton carrier heat pump/air handler that is zoned for upstairs and downstairs. For the ductwork on the supply side had 14 inch for the upstairs and a 12 inch zone that fed 2 8 inch duct runs for the main floor zone. The return had a 14 inch return and 2 8 inch returns. This is low airflow for a 3 1/2 ton system. Upon full evaluation of system found initially that the pressures were completely steady reading low refrigerant. Also at this time found that the compressor is over amping on startup, there is no TE standard flood protection, there is biological growth present, the filters were dirty, the t stat upstairs was not set up properly, causing the reversing valve to operate in heat mode instead of AC mode when calling for ac, the capacitor is jumped together, which is not up to code, the blower will is dirty. Install a outlet for tankless water heater

For this job, I performed a troubleshoot for a bedroom that had several outlets without power. After inspecting the panel, checking every breaker for proper voltage, taking out the outlets and switches on that circuit inspecting the wiring, I came to an outlet that had been burned by a space heater. The wiring connected to the outlet device had become corroded causing it to prevent current from flowing to the other outlets in that bedroom. The solution provided involved me cutting off that charred conductors, re-splicing, and replacing the outlet. Power has been restored to the bedroom and the customer has been notified to not use that space heater which consumes 12.5amps on a 15amp circuit. It also has been brought up to the customer that the panel is a long way past its recommended age and should be replaced if planning to keep the home In the family.
