Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the mainfloor hall bathroom and the upstairs hall bathroom. I tested to make sure both toilet clogs were only affecting the toilets. Customer stated that they think their son put something down the upstairs one. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to start with running a closet auger down the line. I ran the closet auger down the mainfloor hall bathroom, successfully clearing the blockage. Then tested multiple times with large amounts of toilet paper. I then ran the closet auger down the upstairs hall bathroom and retrieved a toothbrush. I tested the toilet throughly with large amounts of toilet paper. Cleaned up both areas.

Completed a full inspection of the main floor HVAC system serving the home. The system consists of a 2019 ICP builder-grade air handler paired with a 2019 Goodman heat pump. During today’s evaluation, several maintenance, drainage, airflow, and equipment condition concerns were documented with photos for homeowner review. Inspection found heavy debris and biological growth accumulation on the blower wheel, blower motor area, and indoor evaporator coil. Build-up in these areas can reduce airflow, increase operating costs, and put additional stress on the system and components. The condensate drain configuration was found to be improperly arranged, the drain tubing was clogged, and the current sediment trap arrangement is allowing moisture-related issues to affect system operation. The system currently lacks recommended flood protection devices. No secondary overflow protection was present, creating an increased risk of water damage if a drainage blockage occurs. Added condensate pump in upstairs air handler to eliminate any concerns with the drain line. Also added new water safeties into the system. Cleaned the evaporator coil and blower wheel. Drain line very badly clogged. Very poorly ran in the attic as well. Drain line needs to be removed and a condensate pump installed with a new drain pan and two water safeties. Excessive dust and dirt buildup on indoor unit as well. This needs to be cleaned and preventatives added. Several estimates attached. For this job, we installed a car charger using an existing 6/2 Romex in the ceiling. We installed the charger on a 40 amp circuit and programmed the charger to charge at 32 amps. We left the customer with options to go to 60 if he chooses to in the future.

Customer called us out to her home because she wanted a few electrical upgrades. She wanted a fan installed replacing one of her can lights. She also wanted some floor outlets to get rid of the extension cords in the living room. Lastly there was a gfci outlet in to light fixture by the crawl space entrance that went bad. Today we solved all her wants and also installed a whole home surge protector.
