I performed a troubleshoot on a garage light not working. I tested voltages and connections at the breakers, devices, and fixtures. The Gfci below the switch was tripped and the homeowner did not know, and thus was causing the loss of power to the garage light. We did some testing and found that his freezer trips the Gfci everytime its plugged in so he’s going to purchase a new freezer. 3 kitchen gfcis were checked as well as the fan in the living room and the light in the upstairs bedroom. The fan in the living room has a bad light kit and the fixture upstairs had bad bulbs. Everything has been tested and is working properly

Performed diagnostic on whole home system found capacitor failed. Replace capacitor and found pressures restricted, unit does not have correct temp split, no te flood protection, and unit is mismatch. Customer would like estimate to replace ac coil because furnace is 2 years old. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. 11-2

For both systems tech diagnosed main level system and downstairs mini split system… upon diagnosis tech recommended options for both upstairs and downstairs systems… customer wanted to just focus on downstairs mini split system at this time… tech cleaned indoor and outdoor coils and cleared water drain line from backing up… system drain line is clear and indoor and outdoor coils are cleaned at this time… Customer signed up with monthly homecare service for mini split system only… *tech tried to use Homeowner c.c. On file but was declined tech tried reach out to L.L. Arrived on site for no cool cal. Hecked in with customer and checked thermostat for power and functionality. Thermostat turned on for maybe 2 mins and shut off. Checked out furnace in attic space, fuse is still good, tested fan mod and cooling. Both turned on and kept running. Thermostat did turn on when I turned on cooling but as soon as I took off jumpers, 30 seconds later thermostat died. Thermostat is a goggle nest. Customer stated that he has had problems with it since he bought it. Customer is going to return thermostat to store and get another himself.

Performed diagnostic on upstairs system. Found unit non operational, rusted evap coil, improper gas connections, improper drains, no te flood protection. Recommend replacing full system and even possibly replacing the second unit as well. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replaced Prv that had gone bad causing high pressure. Replaced hose Bibb on the front of the house that was leaking

Cut Sheetrock in basement ceiling to gain access to front hose bib water line to cut and attach new water line ran with newly installed hose bib outside. Water turned on and tested to ensure proper function.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Replaced 2 defective switches under warranty for a nice lady in Lawrenceville.

Cut drywall to locate leak. Leak looks to be coming from the roof above and not the water line in the wall.

Customer has 7 y/o Trane heat pump system that operates for upper level. Water was in pan due to clogged drain line. Noticed that drain line had an extra p-trap, which was preventing proper water removal. Removed second p-trap and repaired drain line. Tested drain line. Recommend water protection upgrade. Recommend UV BlueTube for biological growth prevention. Blower wheel clean. 16x25x4 media filter was clean. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

Installed new thermal expansion tank with bracket. Installed new hose Bibb and vacuum breaker. Replaced moen shower cartridge. Installed customer supplied lavatory faucet. Ran water and tested all work for proper operations and leaks.
