Came today because system was presenting issues and being loud. When testing system found that evaporation coil was leaking refrigerant causing the compressor to cycle on and off and make loud noises. Also found corrosion and biological growth in indoor unit. Customer wanted quote for dehumidification. Inspected equipment and found systems lack ductwork. Estimates will be sent via email.

Customer called us out today due to high water pressure and a leaking basement tub spout. Upon evaluation, the homes water pressure was measured at 80 psi at the time of arrival, and the expansion tank was found to be waterlogged. The home is equipped with an 11-year-old 50-gallon gas water heater. I explained to the customer that the aging water heater is nearing its expected life span and went over several options to address both the high pressure issue and the condition of the water heater. At this time, the customer chose to only address the pressure-related concerns. Today we replaced the homes main water shutoff, pressure reducing valve (PRV), and expansion tank. We also replaced the basement shower cartridge due to the tub spout continuously leaking. After installation, all connections were tested for leaks, the water lines were fully purged, and the final water pressure reading is now holding steady at 65 psi. All work is functioning properly at this time.

Repaired ac system today. Disconnect is broken and will also need to be replaced soon. Unit is 14 years old and at end of life. Many parts are worn and should consider replacement options at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Performed HC on Lennox AC located in attic which services upstairs and Goodman AC located in basement which services main floor. Found upstairs circuit board with corrosion. Upstairs unit has no flood protection. Coil rusted and corroded. Outdoor starting components are out of tolerance. Main floor AC has outdoor starting components out of tolerance as well. Outdoor breakers are not properly sized. Customer moved forward with immediate repairs. Replaced upstairs circuit board. Replaced outdoor starting components. Installed TE flood protection on upstairs unit. Tested equipment. Treated drain lines. System is cooling at this time.

Replaced shower cartridge in master bathroom. Tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Did walk-through with homeowner. Unable to test water pressure for home, hose bibs were off, and I was unable to find this shut offs for them. Informed homeowner about if they are able to turn on the hose bibs and test the water pressure to ensure that it is below 80 psi, or to give us a call so we can check the pressure.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was not working and cooling home. Stated that last year system felt as if it was declining and not cooling properly and today system completely went out. Did full inspection of 16 year old furnace and 9 year old ac unit. Started system and noticed that thermostat clicked and then reclick before unit came all the way on. Customer stated that at random times the heat turned on even if ac was calling.Found that outdoor unit had a failed capacitor. Along with a failed capacitor, contactor is showing signs of pitting, outdoor disconnect is bad and very rusted falling apart and has a hole in the bottom, condenser coils were very dirty. There is no line hide on line set coming from attic. Upon checking the indoor unit, found that nest thermostat was in a delay mode and system was clicking on and off. Troubleshot loss of power to her foyer/dining room/ and family room. Checked the breaker and everything tested and is working properly. I found loose connections in the wire nuts in the foyer switch box. The switches were back stabbed so we went ahead and replaced the, while we were fixing the connections. Two new switches and plate were installed and all lights are now working properly again.

Re energize 3 outlets along the back wall of the bonus room upstairs , tap off of the switch at the doorway of the bonus room.

For this job, we did a full system install, re wrapped a supply plenum, cut a new return in, did 2 condensate pumps, and ran 2 PVC Flue vents. We also changed the thermostat but customer is not happy with it so will needs to order a different thermostat

Well, this job is required to replace our clients 10-year-old water heater. The heater was replaced and no one was tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Our client water pressure 60 psi. A client relief line on the water heater did not meet code there for a new line was ran. I claim very satisfied with the service that was provided today.

Replace breaker that was removed because circuit was tripping. Found that wire going to outlet was faulty. Recommend to replace wire to restore power to that outlet
