Removed and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater. Pumped up expansion tank to 70 psi and strapped it to the wall . Thoroughly checked for leaks on gas connections, and water line connections. No leaks were found on either pipe. Cut out and installed new washer box in laundry room. Thoroughly tested for leaks on waterlines and connections. Going to the washer . No leaks were found. Caulked upstairs, hallway bathroom shower handle, tub spout, and tub and overflow. Also removed showerhead that was leaking prior, applied Teflon tape and tightened back down. Thoroughly tested showerhead for leaks. No leaks were found. Did walk-through with the homeowners family to make sure all concerns were addressed.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why can light in the hallway stopped working. after doing my thorough inspection, it turns out the neutral wires were barely stripped and we’re not making full contact, causing the light to not function properly. I turned off power to the light fixture, re-stripped all connections and resecured them with our lifetime warranty. left several estimates and recommendation with homeowner.

During my investigation, I introduced compressed air to the hot side of the washer box, and listened along the floor throughout the home. Leak coming from the recirculation pump line and fittings. Shut off the water and drained, removed the faulty components and replaced. Also replaced the shut off valve for the recirc pump. Turned on the water and tested. No further leaks detected.

I replaced a Moen shower cartridge in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Removed old cartridge and cleaned out the body valve to ensure no debris was inside. Installed new shower cartridge and tested for leaks, no leaks were found. After installing the shower trim back. I tested the shower-head and tub-spout For continuous dripping, it took approximately four minutes for residual water to stop dripping. Did walk-through with homeowners son. I also purged out the waterlines from any trapped air.
