Tech inspected all 3 systems indoor and outdoor. Tech made some recommendations for all 3 systems to help with best peak performance. Customer wants to have a comfort advisor out tomorrow between 10am -2pm to quote new system upgrade for main level, possibly upstairs as well. Technician cut gas off to upstairs due to flue pipe needing modifications to bring back up to code. All systems are cooling and all systems are heating except upstairs level. Troubleshoot issue

Completed system inspection by the time of arrival client mentioned that the HOA is requesting an air handler disconnect inspection due to some incident with the electrical that has happened in the past. Tested indoor and outdoor disconnect both up to code no sign or burning or overheating or wires are secure and tighten.

Includes: New Supply Plenum & Filtration Upgrade Install full system with drain pan, safety switches, new supply plenum and bump box. Remove zone system back into whole house system. Install new pad and disconnect with whip. Braze, pressure with nitrogen, vacuum and charge system. Test system on heat and cool. Test drain with 2 gallon of water. Unit is working. We removed the attic stairs and need a handyman to come put it back up.

Air handler installed. New drain pan and safeties Had to break down old unit to get out and new unit to get in.

System not cooling for the upstairs level. Found a failed condenser fan motor that was previously replaced with the wrong motor and the blades are bent. This was causing the unit to shake vigorously. The outdoor condenser coil and the indoor blower motor are very dirty along with the return Plenum. Also subpar flood protections are installed on the system. Today we completed The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running which included replacing the fan motor and blade.

Completed repairs including replacing the failed compressor. Also, repaired line set. Noticed low side service valve was leaking and went ahead and replaced it at this time. Pulled a vacuum, recharged system and tested fully. Found no failures at this time. Zoning system should have a bypass installed. Subpar flood protection on unit.

Shut off water to the home and drained the water system. Removed and replaced tub/shower cartridge in the upstairs hall bath. Removed section of copper pipe in the basement that was leaking. Properly secure toilet to the floor on the main level. Turned on the water, purged and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.

HVAC UNITS IN NEIGHBORHOOD HAVE BEEN HAZARDOUS ALUMINUM CONNECTIONS IN DISCONNECT WAS A TURN AND HALF LOOSE. TIGHTEN AND RECOMMEND COOPER WIRE TO FURNACE. WASHER CIRCUIT WAS TRIPPED (EATON CH) TESTED BREAKER BLINKED SIX TIMES IN WHICH MEANS THE BREAKER FAIL SELF TEST AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

Removed and replaced 50 gallon electric water heater, installed pan, shut off valves, and thermal expansion tank. Filled the new unit with water and connected electrical wiring. Water heater is heating properly with no leaks detected.

Performed inspection of one system. Checked electrical disconnect for air handler in attic. All screws are tight. No exposed wires. Has 240 V. Checked amperage and all electrical. Evaporator coil and the blower wheel are clean. Heater strips are operating. Flushed and treated drain line. Filter is good. Checked electrical disconnect for outdoor condenser. All screws are tight. No exposed wires. Has 240 V. Bad capacitor at condenser. As well as pitted contactor. Checked pressures. All systems operating. Both electrical disconnects in working order.

Troubleshoot disposal tripping. Replace gen 2 Eaton CH breaker for fridge and disposal. Everything tested and working properly. Provide quote to add new sconces in the dining room and dining room foyer area.

Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Replaced existing expansion tank and properly supported the new tank to the structure with a bracket. Turned water on and tested all work for proper operations and leaks with homeowner.
