Customer says AC is not cooling. Inspected carrier AC located in attic which services whole house by zoning. Inspected zoning and dampers. Inspected furnace. Inspected AC and found AC pressures low. Did a courtesy leak search. Found evaporation coil leaking. equipment is over 15 years old. Highly recommended customer to invest in new equipment. Customer opted out on major repairs and to speak with a comfort advisor. Moved forward with topping off equipment. Added 8lbs of r410 a refrigerant. System is cooling at this time.

Replaced hose bib on side of house

Customer has 5 y/9 Goodman heat pump system that operate for basement level. System was not working due to blown 3 amp fuses for air handler and outdoor unit. Tested system for cooling and noticed that fuses would blow. Found that outdoor breaker was not receiving proper voltage (120) and that breaker was wrong size. Breaker size is currently 30A and should be 20A max. Power to outdoor unit must be established to further diagnose system. Possible damaged defrost control board. Customer will have separate electrician out to replace breaker. Noticed that drain trap was also improperly installed. Water protection is poor. 20x20x1 filter needs replacing. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently not working.

-install dedicated 50 amp circuit -install circuitry and safety breaker with gfci protection -install box and outlet under panel

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Installed multiple CAT6 jack around the home

Customer had a pvc pipe exposed under the sink that had water coming off it when ever they would run water through the upstairs bathroom. Upon inspection the technician found that the sewer line was clogged. Drain department will come out and assess the situation. The technician also capped the exposed pipe.

Replaced 1 moen 1222b shower cartridge and replaced 1 glacier bay shower cartridge Homeowner gave permission on recorded Call for tenant to sign Customer acknowledgment form.

Replaced main shut off valve for whole home with new quarter turn ball valve. Replaced 4 angle water stops for half bathroom and master bath. Also, flushed out 50 gallon gas water heater.

New kitchen circuits/ new subpanel.

Replace all polybutylene piping inside home with new PEX pipe. 3 bathrooms, one kitchen and one washing machine. Rebuild pipes on water heater. Remove all necessary drywall and ceiling for access to pipes. “TE is not responsible for drywall repairs.” Performed work above by removing all of the gray polybutylene lines inside the home. Installed new PEX piping throughout the home with new service stops on each fixture that requires them installed a new shower valve in the upstairs master bathroom to eliminate all of the polybutylene. Once installed tested pressure and leaks throughout the house and found none and found that the pressure was at a good working pressure of 60 psi. Then clean the work area. The downstairs tenant would like us to leave plastic up for the drywall crew as well as we stapled plastic to the ceilings. This was all okayed by the homeowner.

Troubleshoot Replace outlets

-replace bad gfi outlet by front door -install new cover

Clear blockage in kitchen sink Customer called us out for a sink blockage, sink not draining. Upon arrival we tested for mainline blockage. Sink was only fixture affected. Took off pTrap assembly and cleared food debris blockage. Put assembly back together and tested for leaks. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE Certified! Replaced prv due to high pressure, replaced fill valve, straight compression stop and repiped tubular drain under downstairs bathroom sink

Cleared blockage in kitchen sink with cable machine, found evidence of grease in the line. Recommended hydrojetting but customer did not wish to proceed at this time. Flow was restored in drain.

Replaced 2 hose bibs and installed 2 new vacuum breakers as well as a ball valve for backyard hose bib

Replaced defective fan motor with 5 uf capacitor

9/26-Upon arrival tenant stated that system outside had ice build up and unit was struggling to cool. Found that system is frozen at evaporator coil or outdoor unit. Spoke with landlord gave customer option to thaw system on site or return tomorrow. Customer wanted to reschedule to tomorrow. Advised tenant to leave thermostat in off mode so system can thaw. 9/27- returned today to do full diagnostic on system. Gas furnace is 24 years old, ac and coil is 4 years old. Did full evaluation if system found that unit was low on refrigerant. Did courtesy leak search and could not find a leak on equipment. Capacitor tested good, contactor tested good, evaporator coil is clean. When system shut down TXV metering device equaled out with no issues. Checked indoor unit, blower motor is bad and leaking oil, blower motor capacitor is bad, blower wheel is very impacted with dirt and restricting air flow. Inside furnace is rusted and inducer draft motor is pulling high amps and struggling to run. Gav
