Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Service FAQs
On average you'll spend between $3,500-$12,000 for HVAC replacement services from local HVAC contractors near Lawrenceville, GA. The cost of an HVAC unit in your home can vary depending on several factors, including the brand and type of the HVAC system you’re installing, the size of the house, ductwork length, and the new unit's efficiency rating.
When an AC system becomes clogged with debris such as grass, dirt, and other contaminants, it can lead to an inability of your AC system to cool the home. To keep your cooling running smoothly, make sure you check that the AC coils remain clear of any blockages. Also, check your air filter. Dirty air filters cause your AC unit to operate at a lower efficiency which means it does not cool your house as well as it should.
The typical cost of a whole-home generator installation ranges from $2,000 to $6,500. This includes both the cost of the generator itself and the cost of installation. Of course, the exact cost will vary depending on factors such as the size of your home and the type of generator you are looking to install.

There are a few ways to fix an underground water line near Lawrenceville, depending on the specific issue. Some common methods include:
- Trenchless repair involves using a small hole to access the damaged pipe and then inserting a new pipe into the existing one. This method is recommended because it is less invasive and can be completed quickly.
- Pipe bursting involves breaking the damaged pipe and pulling a new one through the existing hole.
- Open trench repair involves digging up the damaged pipe and replacing it with a new one. This method is more invasive and time-consuming but may be necessary for severe damage.
Fixing an underground water line should always be done by a professional plumber or plumbing contractor with experience in underground pipe repair.

Job Locations and Reviews
Arrived on site for home care inspection. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Went into attic space to where a furnace is. Furnace is 30 years old, doesn’t have flood protection left note and a quote for it. Tested heat, and cooling mode, all heating elements are working. Noticed the gas lines holding onto burners are held onto unit by two metal wires. Recommended replacing furnace sen it is 30 years old, customer declined stating they are moving in a couple months. All cooling elements are working as well. Blower and blower wheel are OK. When looking at the ductwork I had found that the dryer flue vent had been smashed about a foot away from connecting to outdoor. Left a quote for repairs. After that went outside to condenser, condenser is 19 years old. Contactor and capacitor are OK. Contactor looks to have been replaced within the last couple years. Coils are OK. Brand of condenser is unknown. Data tag is to sun-dried to be able to tell
Replace prv in crawlspace to stabilize pressure and protect the water system
Came to do an inspection for a one system. Homeowner decided to become a Homecare member today. Did a maintenance on both systems. Duct design isn’t correct missing 200CFM on return for both units. Dual capacitor for main unit is bad. Found a small leak on the upstairs units. Systems are both cooling but pressures are fair. Cleared out drain lines. Collected payment for Homecare paid upfront for both units. Collected signatures and confirmed email.
Inspection report to do list
HOMECARE MAINTENANCE VIST: Check Ran the heat and cooling. Checked sequence of the operations cycling well. Amps draw. Temperature differentials. Wires connections. Blower motor. Run capacitor 12.5 mfd. pleated filter 16-25-1. Flushed the drain line with 3 gallons of water. No inline or wet switches found. Checked the condenser unit amps draw. Contactor. Run capacitor 45/5 mfd is weak. Refrigerant pressures 410a needs adjustment 2 to 3 lbs to balance the super heat and sub cooling but is not warranty due to possible refrigerant leak. Mrs Taylor agreed for condenser unit deep cleaning. Checked refrigerant charge pressures and readings are low that’s indication of possible refrigerant leak. I performed courtesy leak search for indoor coil And I found the aluminum evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant and can’t be repair needs to be replaced Evap coil. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the system. Thanks for choosing te certified.
Upon arrival customer stated that outdoor fan on system stopped working and was burning hot, customer turned system off and it has not been on since. Did full evaluation of 20 year old gas furnace and ac/coil, found that outdoor condenser fan motor failed. Contactor very pitted, condenser coils were very dirty, outdoor capacitor is bad. Checked indoor unit, evaporator coil is very rusted, rust is falling into drain line, drain line does not have enough elevation to drain properly. Blower wheel is very dirty, blower motor is pulling high amps. System is a 3.5 ton unit and under supplied on duct work. Spoke with customer about issues with equipment, gave customer estimate for repairs and also recommended updating system. Customer does not want to do any repairs, customer would like to speak with install supervisor about updating system and having an all electric system and also changing water heater to electric as well, called office to schedule appointment for today. System not working

Replace meter housing Replace main disconnect Install new grounding rods Install grounding bridge
For this job, I completed a two system homecare maintenance. I tested both units and its functions to ensure that everything was working. I inspected the blower and burners and cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. Customer filter sizes : Upstairs (413 April aire ) Main level ( 16x25x1)
They were on time, clean up after the job and explain the operations of the system. I will definitely refer them to friends.

For this job, we did a full system install, transition to the supply
Install ev charger in new home
Inspected Armstrong AC and found faulty contactor and dual cap. Condensor fan motor over amping. System is r22. Highly recommended customer invest in new AC due to age and repair cost. Customer said furnace is not operating. Inspected furnace and found restricted combustion motor. Cleared motor and confirmed furnace operation. Customer wants to speak with sales tech to upgrade AC and coil only. System is not cooling at this time.
Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Found pan full of water, pump continuously running, evap coil rusted, no charge left on unit, condenser is crooked on the pad, dual cap is fail, dirty blower wheel, no te flood protection, blower motor drawing high amps. System is non operational. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Returned today to rejuvenate the upstairs blower motor. Installed a wet switch in attic. Flushed the drain. Two deep cleaning on the condenser coils outside. Checked the refrigerant pressures 410A. All systems are running fine at this time. However my recommendations are about: 1) The main level requires a wet switch to avert the water damage. 2) To upgrade the old condensate pump. For an excellent operation. Thank you for choosing T. E Certified. We truly appreciate your business

Customer opted for replacement quote instead of any repairs. Customer is also interested in replacing main system due to it be manufactured in 1987. Have an installed supervisor scheduled for Friday, May 29 8 to 10. Customer would like to install supervisor arriving as close to eight as possible. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Cody was fantastic. Answered all of our questions and walked us through everything when he was completed. He was very friendly and professional.
I have nothing but good to say about Mr. Rizo and his work. He was very communicative and forward with the entire process and even managed to communicate different options for the goal very well. Very easy to work around as my father and I continued with our renovations and did an excellent job with install. If I were to need further electrical services, I wouldn’t hesitate to request him again. I am very happy with my installs.
Corey was a professional and courteous technician. Not just an HVAC salesman. He tried to give me every option and let me the customer choose what was done next. He did this without putting too much pressure on me or trying to get me to buy a new unit per se. Great technician.
Arnaldo was thorough and a great communicator. If I could request him personally for all future work, I would.
Nolan & Corey were were very professional & I enjoyed my time with them.
Outstanding service, workmanship and customer service!!
Print an very courteous highly recommended by my experience
Great quality workmanship.
Martin the technician was very helpful and worked very quickly and efficient.
We were not told we had to be so far away from the gas meter until someone came out. When we rescheduled again which you wanted to reschedule again someone dropped off parts then when some came HOURS later they said the cement platform wouldn’t permit the condensers to be correct. Which the guy who quoted us knew where we were going to set up the cement forms. So rescheduled again. The workers did not clean up after themselves. We were expecting them to rip out the overflow pvc lines since they ripped out the condenser lines
Quick response! When a/c is not working everyone needs a fastest response. TE send technician really quick. The technician was very professional, explained me everything in details so I can understand the problem and the solution. He respects my house, wore shoe covers and left everything as clean as possible. Will recommend them to my friends and family.
Matthew Nelson addressed my plumbing issues in a timely manner. He was so friendly and left me feeling like I just let someone in my home that I can trust! He even offered to come back and help me with a project that I am thinking about doing in the near future! You can tell this guy knows what he is doing. I felt like I was in good hands with this guy and will definitely be asking for him in the future.

Ron and his partner were awesome. Very professional and informative. They were here for quite awhile to see what my electrical issue was and explained it well. I’m not sure about the price however because I honestly don’t know what to compare it to. But the work was great
