Used a mighty pump and poured two gallons of water with five pan treatment tablets. System turned on after evacuating eight gallons of water. System is running at this time collected payment and signatures.

Customer is having issues with both her systems not cooling. Noticed upstairs system is low on refrigerant, has a defective TXV, and does not have proper TE water safeties. Main floor is low on refrigerant and does not have proper water safeties on it. Customer approved to add refrigerant to main floor system. Customer stated she will want her systems replaced next year.

Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet and 4th hole cover plate. Installed 2 new straight stops for hot and cold to faucet. Turned water on and tested all work for proper operations and leaks.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completing service call found the system low on refrigerant Perform a refrigerant leak surge Client asked to recharge the system until it gets replaced.

Customer is having issues with her upstairs vents sweating. Noticed boots weren’t insulated properly. Also noticed the system is a 3.5 ton system which requires 1400 cfm, but only has 1080 cfm of return (10/10/12 ducts). Supply is only 1155 cfm (10/10/12/6 ducts). System is low on supply by 245 cfm and low on return by 320cfm. Recommend speaking to an install supervisor to determine if the upstairs system is the correct tonnage and check if we can add extra ductwork. Customer wants to get quote 07/29 at 11-2.

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: half the house has no power LOCATION: half the house is affected FINDINGS: after checking out the main electrical components, it turns out their electrical panel in the garage is overheating to the point where several breakers are affected and are not putting out the correct voltage. The panel itself is 53 years old. RESOLUTION: replace the electrical panel at the minimum. highly recommend replacing entire service due to the meter and service wire is the same age as the panel.

Trouble shooting weird smell from outlet

Homeowner state ceiling has water damage in HVAC is leaking. Observed the area of the water damage. It appears to be directly below the HVAC unit for the main floor. Found a very visible duct leak. Recommended resealing the duct because that can be an area of perfume sweating being as the duct is outside of the pan. Homeowner stated she has not had issues with water filling up the drain pan, a family friend mentioned her drain line might be clogged. Recommend water safeties as there are no water safeties in her evaporator drain pan. Also noticed the flue pipe was not flashed in properly. There is no issues with the upstairs unit flashing. Pictures are provided. Added SS2 coil safety. Also added wet switch to the pan. Explain to the homeowner a roofer would need to come out to properly flash the flue pipe. A full inspection was not performed at today’s visit. I offered to clean up any insulation that fell from the attic, the homeowner told me not to worry about it.

Upon arrival, found that Water service line by penetration was leaking. Dug Water service line by penetration and performed a repair. Replaced pressure reducing valve and main after shut off valve.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Arrive checked indoor unit. No auxiliary pan and no water safeties. Blower wheel dirty. Failing run capacitor. Rusted evaporator coil and heat exchanger. No space to access. Hot water heater in front of furnace. Unit is rattling. Checked outdoor unit. Found burnt compressor and compressor harness. Standing pressures are low. Outdoor fan motor and fan blade in poor condition. Condenser coil is dirty. AC 1988 R 22. Furnace 2008. TE certified will not do any repairs to system. Highly recommend system replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replaced trim on shower. Customer was notified that the trim plate he acquired would not work with his current shower valve and wanted just trim for shower head, shower arm and handle temporarily until his shower is remolded. We also provided an estimate for installing new shower valve when tile shower is removed on opposite side of wall or moved over. As well as a new gas water heater and 2 CS faucets.

For this job we made up 7 cat 6 male ends by the Poe switch for security cameras that will be installed in the future. We tested and labeled the ones we could find. We also provided and installed 2 new receptacles for under computer desks using metal cut in boxes and Mc. Tested voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

Our client pressure assist Kohler toilet bladder is not functioning correctly. Replacement item has been allocated. Once client signs estimate we were scheduled an installation date.

Cut out old PRV. Furnished and installed a Wilkins 3/4 PRV. Repressurized water to home. Set home pressure to 62psi. Disconnected and removed old lavatory faucet. Cleaned and prepped area. Installed customer supplied lavatory faucet. Tested for leaks. Removed old tub spot diverter. Installed customer supplied tub spout diverter. Removed old tub drain. Furnished and installed a tub drain. Customer purchased incorrect trim for shower handle. Discounted task by half and informed customer on which trim to purchase for shower.

Homeowner experiencing high water bills and moisture/wet spots showing up in mechanical room that can not be consistently recreated. Found pin hole leak in main water line in crawlspace. Repaired leaking water main in crawlspace. After pressurizing the home, clocked the meter for 10 minutes and it did not spin. Observed major cracks on inside and outside of the master toilet. Quoted to replace. Left estimate to replace water heater and cut out ceiling to do a leak detection for potential draining/water line leaks.
