-install outlets for bidet in bathrooms -connect to existing bathroom outlet circuit

For this job, I worked on providing and replacing one electrical outlet that had melted on the connection side. Checked voltage and connections upon completing, outlet is working properly again. left several estimates Replace other outlets that were broken.

Customer says she has a home warranty and upstairs AC and main floor AC is not cooling properly. Inspected upstairs furnace found furnace is of 2002. Run cap for blower is out of specs. Blower motor is over amping. Coil is rusted and corroded. Inspected AC and found pressures low on r410 refrigerant. Informed customer there is a fee to find leak and additional fees for repairs. Main floor AC is also low on r410 a leak search is also needed for system. Customer will speak with warranty company on findings. Estimates will be sent via email.

Replaced shower valve and tub spout. Installed a remodel plate because I had to replace the valve from the front.

Provide and install power for customer supplied charger from main underneath the panel

Our client was interested in changing out her half bathroom faucet to one that matches the decor. This particular brand of faucet is not endorse by us nor can we back the warranty up on this faucet if anything happens. I informed our client up so. The new faucet has been installed works perfectly, but does not tighten well to the base. This has been related to the homeowner, which is OK with it for now.

Came in today because costumer second floor system was not cooling, when testing system found that compressor is on his way out and electrical components had failed. Also found bio growth at evap coil. System is 10 yo and uses 410A. SERVICE CALL: Upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not Working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the first floor system amana 2 ton capacity 27 years old Is in poor maintenance conditions the outdoor unit is r 22 refrigerant type Which is already phased out the dual run capacitor is out of spec from manufacturer and compressor is overheating and test internal windings resistance is less than 20 mega ohms that’s indication of failure DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS PLUS R 22 is already phased out Recommend to UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the equipment he declined minimum repairs and declined any consultation. We offer financing rebates discounts and promotions. Check valve on the main water service is leaking. Removed and replaced and added a new shut off valve. Turned on the water and pressurized the line. No further leaks detected at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated that system was not keeping up during the hot afternoon time. Air handler is 2 years old, heat pump is 2 years old. Did full evaluation of system, noticed that system was only getting a 9 degree temperature split. Found that TXV metering device has failed. Metering device is not opening properly to allow refrigerant to flow properly. Part is under warranty gave customer estimate for part installation. Customer approved estimate ordered part. Will return Friday to complete repair. System not working at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated that main level system had no power at thermostat and was not working. Gas furnace is 9 years old, ac and coil is 9 years old. Did full evaluation of system found that system had a failed thermostat and condensation pump. Blower motor capacitor was testing bad. Drain line for condensation pump was very clogged. Checked outdoor system, capacitor was testing bad contactor was very pitted. Gave customer estimates for repairs customer approved all repairs today. Completed all repairs and system is back up and cooling with no other issues at this time. Year leak, dug down to expose the water line removed damaged section of pipe. The condition of the main water line has a good amount of wear and tear. Made a spot repair. Tested with no leaks. No warranty included due to the existing pipe.

Replaced hall bath pop up assembly and master trap for hall bathroom.

Looked at customers PRV was told that it has high pressure examined it. It does not have high pressure.

Tech completed a full system inspection on upstairs and downstairs systems… tech noticed lots of major and minor repairs needed for both upstairs and downstairs systems…. On this visit I Replaced a wall timer for porch lights with new wall timer, and replaced a broken switch in upstairs kids bedroom.

Called out for an issue with the disposal Disposal wasn’t functioning properly replaced half horsepower disposal With three-quarter horsepower disposal Tested thoroughly line is open. Everything is working properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Rebuild the toilet in the upstairs hall bathroom

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 24 y/o Goodman furnace matched with 8 y/o Goodman AC that operates for main level. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Replaced 45/5 MFD capacitor. Performed condenser coil cleaning. Pressure levels were normal. Noticed during inspection that water protection is poor. Blower wheel is very dirty. Run capacitor is bad. Ignitor is also bad. Buildup on inducer motor. Rust entering heat exchanger. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Offered HomeCare maintenance program, but was declined.

Replaced existing PRV with new. Installed new ball valve for water heater, new thermal expansion tank and bracket. Replaced existing icemaker box with new. Tested all work for proper operations and leaks.

Replaced existing recirculation pump with new, replaced and relocated 1/2”check valve, installed new 3/4” check valve, replaced expansion tank and brought up to code with new support bracket. Purged plumbing system and tested for proper operations.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
