For this job, I worked on replacing the recirculating pump above the heater and capping off direct line in the attic. Also went ahead and took out all shark bites from heater and replaced failed expansion tank. Went ahead and strapped expansion tank to the wall. Toilet in the hallway bathroom was wobbly so I went ahead and did a reset. Also went ahead and replaced cartridge in the master as a courtesy. Added a crossover T in the master right vanity sink.

Homeowner had two Moen Positemp shower valves with failing cartridges. The upstairs bedroom bathroom shower would no longer turn on. The master bathroom shower was constantly dripping. I tested the expansion tank and found it to be functioning. I tested the water pressure and found it to be 50 PSI. I replaced both the shower cartridges. The upstairs bedroom bathroom shower cartridge swap was textbook, nothing out of the ordinary. The master bathroom shower cartridge was rather difficult to remove, and I noticed some buildup in the valve. I cleaned out the valve and replaced the cartridge with a new OEM Moen cartridge. I repressurized the system, and tested both the cartridges before reinstalling the trim. I found no signs of any leaking, and both cartridges appear to be functioning as intended now. Homeowner also wanted to have his kitchen faucet replaced while I was there. Homeowner provided a Delta single hole kitchen faucet. The kitchen faucet swap was normal with no difficulties. I

For this job, I changed an existing three phase 80 amp breaker to a three phase 50 amp breaker for the new water heater. The breaker is located in the subpanel and is circuit numbers 7,9 and 11. TE Certified did not hook up the water heater. Note: While working in the panel, I noticed that previous to our arrival there are screws that are not manufactured to hold down the bolt in breakers. TE Certified is not responsible for any damage or injury that may result from the existing conditions.

For this job, I installed a customer supplied car charger. I ran a new 60 amp circuit to the garage and ran conduit along the garage wall to bring the charger to the middle of the garage. I installed the 60 amp breaker in the panel to the left since it had the least amperage usage according to my load calculation.

No heat whole home. Upon arrival discovered unit did not appear to have low voltage at indoor equipment. Visually inspected outdoor equipment as well. When walking up to outdoor equipment the electrical compartment of heat pump was open to the elements for an unknown period of time as the cover was laying on the ground with large amount of dirt and debris on top of it. Informed homeowner of my findings and advised due to the condition of equipment prior to my arrival there would be no telling what I was going to determine needed replacing. Upon inspection found the fuse had blown in unit, indoor control board had failed, blower motor has play in shaft indicating bearing failure, large amounts of biological growth inside unit, very rusty evap coil, outdoor control board has corroded soldier joints on back of board and a very strong smell of burning radiating from board, contactor is very rusty due to element exposer along with capacitor as well.
