Cleaned shower head. Homeowner is very happy with the pressure now. If problem arises in the future, a new shower head may need to be installed. No warranty for cleaning shower head.

Install new attic fan.

Customer informed me that the outdoor condenser unit was a bit unlevel according to the inspector. She also told me that the outdoor unit could use a bit more refrigerant according to the inspector. I Checked refrigerant pressures outside and they were just fine and not low at all. I checked the temperature split across the supply and return and was at about 23°. I checked the positioning of the condenser and confirm that it was not tilted or leaning. With my level, I could see that the unit was sitting just about right. The outdoor unit is sitting on a condenser pad and in good condition. I only recommend that the customer join our homecare program to help maintain the health of the system.

Removed 3 way switch

Installed new shower valve with cover plate. Put tiles back but I told them to still get a tile guy to make sure it’s sealed properly. Installed three new faucets with six shutoff valves in each bathroom. Tested for leaks and everything is good.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Ceased contactor blew fuse. Replaced part and checked unit. Dirty condenser coil likely the cause of high subcool, advised customer and quoted maintenance.

Installed meter main outside and built service. Ran service wire to panel location and installed grounding system

Install receptacle and breaker for microwave

Troubleshoot power outage in the upstairs. Replace all outlets and switches to correct faulty connections.

Replaced water heater with new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater. Repaired damaged cast iron piping in crawlspace with pvc. Pulled and reset toilet on new flange and piping.

Repair service mast on the right side of the home. This is to include pulling a permit, installing a new service cable, cleaning out the meter can and re securing it, straps, weather head, eyebolt, pvc pipe with fitting and terminating the new connections. The panel is a Homeline and is located in the bedroom on the left hand side. The panel board is not burnt however I did discover that it has over spray on the enclosure along with all the breakers inside so not belong with that manufacturer (Siemens brand). I made the homeowner aware of this and she is declining any additional repairs.

Replace outlets

Installed customer supplied disposal. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Found a leak on the recirculating pump. Suggest replacement of this fixture ASAP. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

noise from furnace. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the sticker on the inside of the furnace door had been sucked into the blower wheel causing the sound, the float switch in the pan below the furnace was stuck not allowing the switch to turn the system off in a flooding situation, the airflow was set too high for the ac, and the ac was overcharged on refrigerant because of the high airflow. I removed the sticker from inside the wheel, adjusted the airflow to manufacturer specifications, adjusted the refrigerant to manufacturer specifications, and cleaned the float switch so it would operate properly in the future. I also spoke with Pam about installing an APCO-X for better air quality & to help with the litter box smell.

Cleared blockage in upstairs hallway bathroom tub and sink.

Installed 2 new tankless water heater with ionizer In basement area. Installed gas regulators for meter upgrade. Tested and checked for leaks.

Today I came out to troubleshoot a dishwasher, not working and tripping the breaker. Checked voltage at breaker and at dishwasher and voltage was perfect everywhere. Concluded that the problem must be the dishwasher itself. During troubleshoot, I noticed double tapped neutrals and inlanded grounds in panel. Customer agreed to my estimate to separate neutrals and install a whole home surge protector. In the process of separating neutrals, I had to install a new ground bar and move all existing grounds to that bar in order to use what was the existing ground bar as another neutral bar. I landed the service ground on the new ground bar I installed, I installed a 4/0 jumper between the existing neutral bar and what I came to use as the second neutral bar and I removed the bonding jumper from the second neutral bar.

Installed double check valve backflow assembly and new shutoff at the front of the neighborhood per Cobb county requirements. Turned on water supply to check for leaks and everything is working properly. Installed new meter box and laid pea gravel inside of both valve boxes. Replaced grass around area. Water is currently on but hoa will need to call someone approved by Cobb county to come out and test the device. Cobb county left a number of approved vendors they would like to test backflow. Per code company who installed device is not allowed to test the device.

Caulked base of toilet with clear caulk and installed tub trim and tub spout in upstairs hall bath. Tested for leaks and proper operation.

Added doorbell transformer and chime

System has 18 degrees delta, both indoor and outdoor capacitors are within tolerance. System doesn’t have enough return air for the tonnage AC, also coil needs a transition adapter to ensure proper airflow across the coil. There are no water safeties, condenser is leaning and should be leveled

Supplied and installed all new batteries in all of the smoke detectors on the upstairs floor. The homeowner replaced the batteries in all of the smoke detectors on the main floor. We replaced the batteries for the basement smoke detectors as a courtesy on the previous visit. We tested all smoke detectors and they are working properly.

Estimate is to replace main HVAC system and a complementary year of HomeCare plan.

Performed a Homecare inspection on 2 systems

Install ceiling fan rated box in nursery along with customer supplies ceiling fan.

Inspection

Installed recessed lighting in the front office. The chandelier was hanging by a piece of romex and the canopy was broken. Replaced the canopy and reinstalled the chandelier.
