Came out today to complete one system HVAC no cool. Upon arrival found the wet switch was triggered with water inside of the drain pan. On today’s visit the drain line to be clear, the blower will to be dirty, the drain line does not have proper slope, the contactor is burnt/pitted, the compressor is over amping on startup, the condenser fan motor is pulling over Max amps, the return airflow is low, the heat exchanger has rust spots, the indoor coil is extremely rusty, there is no UV protection, the gas settlement trap is not proper/up to code, and this system is low on 410 a refrigerant. On today’s visit customer just wanted to add refrigerant to the system and understands all the possibilities and that there is no warranty for this repair. At this time, customer declines updating the system. View estimates for any further concerns.

Today I’m installed two surge protectors one in each of the electrical panels in the basement. I also removed two outside receptacles on the bottom back patio and replaced them with new ones and also two new weatherproof covers. I caulked around the edges as well just for extra protection and waterproofing. Earlier this week, the house was pressure washed, and when that happened, one of the circuits tripped controlling power to the bottom part of the basement office area. It also controlled power to the Wi-Fi after a couple of days it started working properly again. I found some moisture inside of one of the receptacles outside. More than likely water has gotten inside of it and once it dried up, the circuit started working properly again. Unfortunately, water can get on wiring elements and start to corrode them, which will make them go bad quickly. For this job, we replaced the yard hydrant located in front of the big barn due to water constantly running underground.

Replaced the downstairs toilet in the basement, supplied new wax ring, closet bolts and supply line, shimmed and caulked the base to the floor, tested several times.

Customers half bath toilet constantly running, provided options for repair and replacement, upon approval did a minor repair on the toilet, replaced the fill valve and supply line, mad an adjustment to the universal handle to not block fill valve float. Restored water to the fixture and tested.

Called out for high water bill checked the meter it was moving found that leak was coming from an old filter in the crawlspace, made repair by eliminating the filter and ran copper pipe in its place tested no more leaks at this time. Meter is no longer constantly spinning.

Performed diagnostic on 13yr old main floor Payne unit, upon arrival customer stated the other day she got a message from her google thermostat stated temp had raised 4 degrees, and she thought maybe the grass guy cut the line again, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, unit started up, went to attic to inspect, found no flood protection in either unit, recommend adding flood protection to prevent ceiling damage, checked filter, blower wheel, blower capacitor, recommend flushing and cleaning drain line, duct work is poor, recommend updating duct work, inspected outdoor unit, checked capacitor, contactor, both checked ok, checked amp draws, found compressor over amping on LRA, recommend hard start kit, explain compressor can still fail, condenser fan motor over amping , recommend replacing condenser fan motor, explained if motor get to hot it can shut down, check pressures and temp split, unit working at time, went over all repair options customer declined at time, customer is aware unit

Called out for a clogged toilet. Customer thinks that someone dropped a piece of medical equipment down the toilet. Pulled the toilet to clear the blockage. Ran a sewer cable through the toilet to push out a small glass vile. Reset the toilet with a new wax ring and tested with water and paper thoroughly. Toilet is now flushing and draining properly. Performed installation of the new tankless water heater and whole-home water filtration system per approved estimate. Scope of work included installation of the tankless water heater, filtration system, required connections, and a new gas line with gas line regulator to properly supply the new equipment. All plumbing, water, gas, and filtration connections were completed and secured. The gas system was tested for proper operation and the new regulator was verified. The tankless water heater and filtration system were tested after installation and confirmed to be operating properly with no leaks or issues observed at the time of completion. System was left operational and homeowner was advised of proper operation and basic system functionality.

This estimate is contingent upon the homeowner having all content removed down to the slab before we get on site. Sawcut/jackhammer/concrete in located area to expose damaged section of pipe, remove concrete and excavate at located area. Once uncovered, we will cut out the damage section of pipe, and replaced with new section of pipe, we will then test the new system for leaks, put back the dirt, put back the concrete, and clean up. Before starting, we will cover everything with plastic, all surfaces, all fixtures, all furniture, all electronics, all HVAC vents and registers, ECT. Is conduct a lead detection service for homeowner on slab. Homeowner had kitchen cabinets removed so that we could gain access to the concrete underneath. I introduced compressed air onto the plumbing system via the cold side of the washer box. During my investigation, I observed air, escaping the line on the riser between The 90 under the slab and the valve stop on the cold side in the kitchen for the kitchen faucet. The leak appears to be in the riser inside of the concrete. The job is scheduled for today.

Replaced the 2 8” wide spread faucets in the master bathroom, also replaced the 4” 3 piece faucets in the upstairs hall bath and the downstairs hall bath, replaced all supply lines, tested faucets, filled the sinks and dumped to test drains

We installed a 200 amp exterior panel and then (3) 30 amp rv outlets and (1) 50 amp rv outlet. The wire ran in the conduits is all ran for 50 amp circuits in anticipation of any future upgrades needed without having to run new wire.

Homeowner has a leak under the slab somewhere in his kitchen between the island and underneath the sink sink. I was not able to carry out leak detection because the floors are down and I cannot hear through LVP because of the mat underneath., Also I would not be able to get close enough to the leak if it were in fact underneath the Cabinetry that holds the sink basin. Homeowner is calling his insurance company. They are going to remove the floors, encounters in the kitchen so that we can do a proper leak detection. As soon as that is removed, he will call us back out for the full leak detection. Isolated the main service from the home and there was no leak on the main service. After that, I open the main shut off and the meter is reading 0.01 GPM is approximately . 6 gallons per hour. The area behind the kitchen in his daughter’s bedroom is wet, this includes the corner adjacent, the kitchen against the common wall that they share and a little bit above in the sheet rock. Came out today to complete two system HVAC full system inspection. This is a two story house with a finished basement. The house layout has a system for the bedrooms and a separate system for the living room, kitchen and dining room. There is only one 8 inch supply vent ran off of the main floor system that feeds the upstairs area, which is currently not enough airflow to maintain temperature. Upon inspection of the bedrooms system found carrier, infinity, air handler, and heat pump that is a 2 1/2 ton from 2015.Upon evaluation of the system found condenser coil clean, the capacitor has been replaced and is reading good, the compressor is over amping on startup pulling 77 A, which is rated for 72, the system is double filtered, there is rust on the evaporator coil, there is biological growth inside of the system, the current UV protection on the system is not working, the refrigerant levels are good, water drains into a condensate pump which pumps into the plumbing of the home by a s

Called out for a clogged toilet. Tested with a flush and the toilet did back up. Also tested running water in the sinks to rule out a mainline blockage or a branch blockage. It appears that there is something stuck in the toilet. Ran sewer cable throughout toilet to clear blockage of paper/waste. Tested the toilet thoroughly with multiple flushes with and without paper.
