Arrive to perform single system inspection. All components were checked in both furnace and condenser. Contactor operating to manufacturer specifications all components within furnace are operating to manufacture specifications. Capacitor is currently operating but is reading at 67.6 which is just about 5% under the rated rating for the capacitor recommendation replace capacitor. Compressor is slightly over. Everything would suggest a hard start. Blower wheel was also checked and is slightly impacted recommendation is to have a blower wheel cleaning condenser coil is clean and filters were changed. customer does not have TE standard flood protection will be recommending a wet switch.

As we arrived today, we’re here to do multiple issues throughout the complex. First, we checked why the video cameras were not recording properly on the barn. We found the power was constant to them at all times but the Wi-Fi evidently is not working properly on the cameras. After talking with Mrs. Walton, she explained that the Wi-Fi had been cut so that would explain it. We also removed permanent power from the pole barn, including removing the electrical panel and disconnect off of the wall so that they can tear down the pole barn. We also removed AC disconnects that were mounted on the house close to the garage and installed weatherproof boxes on those. Last we removed the smoke detectors in the bunny barn and replaced them with brand new ones that are made from a different brand. These are linked together through the ring doorbell system. They have to have Wi-Fi to sync up to your phone. This won’t be able to happen until Wi-Fi is fixed throughout the complex. Power is working p

As we arrived today, it was explained to us that the washing machine breaker has been tripping randomly more and more frequently. The breaker even tripped when just the the iron is plugged into it without the washing machine running. It even trips when nothing is plugged into it at all. Unfortunately, this style breaker is notorious for having defective breakers. This breaker is just a little over three years old, which is not a bad lifespan for this style breaker. We thoroughly checked the upstairs washing machine receptacle. It was taken out of the wall and inspected. There was no signs of any wires, touching or any burned or melted wires and the receptacle was in good shape as well. Let’s panel was also in good shape with no signs of distress anywhere. For this job, we ran power from the panel inside to under the porch and transitioned to THHN to run in conduit to the building in the backyard. We then installed an outside disconnect, grounding system, sub panel, surge protector and wired the shed per the homeowner’s specifications.

No Cool – Single System Diagnostic Came out to a no cool on a 2015 R-410A conventional system. After completing a full diagnostic evaluation, I found multiple issues affecting system performance and airflow. The indoor unit is heavily impacted with dirt buildup on the evaporator coil and blower wheel, causing significant airflow restriction throughout the system. The blower motor capacitor tested within manufacturer specifications at this time; however, the blower motor itself is pulling high amperage, indicating the motor is under stress from the airflow restrictions and overall system condition. I also noted that the system does not currently have any TE Certified Flood Protection installed, which can help prevent potential ceiling or water damage from condensate drain backups. The system is also lacking indoor air quality products that could help reduce biological growth, improve air quality, and keep the system cleaner internally. Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the main level kitchen. Customer has an in-unit icemaker with a hub drain behind. The drain clogged and caused a small amount of water to leak onto the customer’s basement ceiling. I began by running the kitchen sink which did not affect the water level confirming this hub drain is not tied into the kitchen line. The vinyl tube discharge line for the icemaker was below the water seal level of the trap when I arrived. I informed the customer that this can also cause drainage issues when the pump in the unit tries to pump out water. Presented customer with options to clear the drain line and after getting signature approval began work. Pulled vinyl discharge tube above the trap seal and zip tied it to the water supply line to keep it in place. Ran tub machine roughly 10’ downstream through the fixture drain and cleared soft blockage. Poured two bottles of water down drain and confir

Troubleshoot and replace 5 breakers

Replace all switches and outlets in affected bedrooms to ensure long lasting power

replaced the 40 gallon electric water heater in the basement with a new 50 gallon electric water heater replaced expansion tank, added a pan and water alarm, replaced ball valve for water heater. Replaced the toilet in the upstairs half bath with a new kohler elongated comfort height toilet, caulked base and tested. Replaced Cpvc straight stop for the toilet as well

Customer is responsible for sheet rock repair. Came out today to perform quoted repair. Upon arrival removed old duct run and cut out sheet rock that was contaminated with mold, customer sign, drywall, waiver, stating that customer is responsible to repair the drywall. After removing old duct run, installed new duct and insulated boot to ensure no more sweating. At this time, the system is up and running, and there are no further concerns.

Removed front cover and the air intake filter found it was blocked by grease and bugs, cleaned out the filter screen with a wire brush and washed it out with hot water, dried it and re installed the air intake filter , cleaned the cold water filter and re installed. Turned off the water to the 2nd heater and tested the one I worked on, in use light came on and ran for approximately 5 minutes with no codes or issues.

Install a new flat panel led light in existing setup above office in back.

Bored a new 1in conduit under the street to connect the two sides, ran a new 20a circuit in conduit, new outlet on both sides, replaced meter, added a disconnect with breaker spaces, new surge protector and grounding system. Lights on both side are working, the side with the electrical meter seems to be working normal and the solar eye looks to be turning it off, the other side is turning on but won’t turn off unless you switch it off. Multiple lights are not working, some have tons of ants, others are filled with water, some have broken stems.

Installed new 50 gas water heater in basement with all code upgrades. Tested and inspected. Working properly.
