Tested system not heating for the whole home. When I arrived, the system was on emergency heat. Flipped the thermostat to the regular heat mode and tested it. Found that the emergency heat mode was not working because there was a wiring issue. I fixed the wiring to the thermostat and tested both heat modes along with cooling. The tenant that they should keep the thermostat on the regular heat mode instead of the EM heat. The water heater is not functioning because the gas is off to the home. After inspecting, I informed the homeowner that they should redo the drain line because it does not have a P-trap and it does not pitched to drain correctly. There is also zero flood protection installed on the system.

Came out today to complete quoted repairs. Found arrival customer stated that after completion of repairs she would like for the refrigerant charge to be checked. Upon starting work, pulled old Plenum off of the system, pulled and cleaned the blower wheel and evaporator coil, also installed wet, switch flood protection. Upon completion tested the system in both heat and cool to ensure proper function. After ensuring system was running properly check the refrigerant charge per customer request, refrigerant charges were perfect, informed customer of this finding. At this time system is up and running properly, and there are no further concerns.

Called out to install kitchen sink and faucet gave estimate to install faucet basin, tubular piping customer agreed removed old kitchen, basin and faucet and drain along with angle stops for dishwasher and hot and cold side installed stops and tubular drain as courtesy installed new customer supplied sink basin and faucet tested. No leaks at this time and working properly.

Replaced damaged expansion tank and mounted to a bracket using all copper pipe/ fittings connecting to the water heater, turned temperature up on downstairs delta scald guard shower cartridge, replaced basement bathroom toilet and upstairs hall bath toilet with extra tall Kohler Highline Arc toilets and replaced exposed 4” double wall B-Vent for furnace in basement that was recently installed unsafe and incorrect by another contractor. Tested everything, working properly.

Called out for a backed up master bathroom. Pulled the toilet ran sewer machine throughout sewer line. Blockage was wipes and waste. Tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time. Thanks for choosing TE certified.

Replaced cs pop up assembly. Rebuilt toilet in master bathroom. Tested to confirm proper function and no leaks.

Installed new panel with safety breakers, grounding system, and smokes

Called out for back of house leaking hose bib, and to run water heater pan outside. repaired hose bib no warranty, and ran a pan line outside to code. Recommend new whole house shut off valve.

Came out for high pressure and faucet leaking gave estimate customer agreed replaced pressure regulator and installed customer supplied faucet tested all no failure at this time.

Whole home electrical inspection. Initial call was for a bad GFCI on back porch. See Detailed report in email attachments.

Upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t heating, Diagnosis on 10 year old 80% furnace, upon arrival I turned thermostat on and system started working, checked amp draw of blower motor as well as inducer motor, all within specs, flue pipe is starting to rust, also flue vent cap that is completely rusted out and will need to be replaced, homeowner stated that he would replace cap to flue vent, checked capacitor and found that capacitor was reading 3.9/5, we replaced 5 mfd capacitor, inspected evaporator coil, evaporator coil is a little dirty however coil is still getting good airflow, blower wheel is very dirty recommended cleaning blower wheel, customer stated he was not interested in anything other than replacing capacitor. Also recommended flood protection to prevent any water damage.

For this job rendered leak detection services for homeowner upon arrival I witnessed that the homeowner had the floors removed and the matting underneath removed down to the bare concrete. I then used my Thermo imaging camera to isolate the area visually once I had an idea of the location. I closed the water heater valve and administered compressed air to the hot line via the hot valve on the washing machine box once the line was compressed. I used a probe with sonar to zero in on the leak underneath the kitchen floor just underneath the stove. The area has been marked with blue paint. I do expect an area of variance of about a foot on all sides of the naked area.

For this job is that elite troubleshoot for homeowner. They pulled up a couple pieces of their flooring, but the leak was not there so we decided just to do a troubleshoot. The homeowner asked me for a quote for a partial re-pipe which I have sent to him.
