Replaced/installed new toilets in downstairs hallway bathroom and upstairs jack and Jill bathroom with new wax rings, toilet bolts, and supply lines. Let homeowner know we accidentally broke the flange for the j&j bath but we fixed it. Also silicone the toilets tested and check for leaks.

Complete the following in the home: *In the living room troubleshoot the (6) recess lights due to (4) not working *In the kitchen area check ceiling fan to ensure proper switching/controlling has been established. *Troubleshoot power loss to master bathroom jacuzzi *Test for power at the (2) outside floodlight *In the basement convert (3) 4’ fluorescent fixtures to LEDs The issue with the recess lights in the living room was located in he first can to the right by the wall that has the switch. After removing the housing I found (3) sets of 14/2 Romex wires coming into the junction box. I removed the wire nut for the black wire and found it to be burnt and corroded. I cleaned up the wiring by exposing fresh copper and pre twisted the wires before installing a new wire nut. I also did this for the neutrals wires as well to be on the safe side. I replaced a broken switch in the 3g switch box by the garage door along with replacing the other two switches free of charge with a new plate

Customer was concerned with noise coming from outside unit. Found compressor very noisy. Checked pressures and delta T. Found liquid line spliced with a wrong size pipe and line set had no filter drier. Suggest an install supervisor to address line set. Informed customer that thermostat will continuously bring alerts about EXV error due to the nature the lineset is in.
