Completed installing system thermostat client mentioned that she had high humidity in the basement. She has a company that will install to the humidifier and then I mentioned to her that the reason why she had high humidity is because her system is not able to remove it out of the basement. Advise client to get a quote for a new system for the basement. The existing equipment is 20 years old has dirty evaporator coil and return and supplied air leaks. More return vent will have to be added. The system is running and just one return. She also mentioned that the upstairs system for the main floor hesitate to maintain temperature throughout the house so part of the house is cold. Some part of the house is hot. She would like for the supervisor to run a quote to see how can that be fixed? Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Customer signed up for 3 system HomeCare Membership. Customer has 18 y/o Gibson furnace matched with 7 y/o Lennox AC that operates for upper level. System was not cooling properly due to very dirty filter. Replaced 16x25x1 filter for all 3 systems. Inefficient water protection for all 3 systems. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.

For this job, we worked on replacing 3 customer provided smoke detectors and 1 pantry light fixture. We also replaced a defective switch for a bedroom light/fan. We upgraded the main electrical panel and installed AFCI/GFCI breakers and a whole house surge protector. Replaced defective pull chain fixture in attic.

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday afternoon and we wanted to check the electric circuit since it was the second refrigerator in a year. TE Certified was out at 8:30 Monday morning. Nathan did a thorough test and even checked our lights in the garage. Thank you for saving the day and making us the first customer of the day.

Charley quickly isolated the problem and corrected it. This would be a 5 star review but the price of the visit was about three times what we felt it should be for a 12’’ piece of hose a few connectors and 25 minutes work.
