Today’s visit was for the unit not cooling and leaking water. Upon inspection I found the drain line clogged and the return plenum and return flex full of water. Also no flood protection as well. I gave estimate for immediate repair and also installation of uv light to help prevent biological growth and to clean the air. Customer approved the immediate repair. Went and got supplies and returned and completed work. Removed water from safety pan and return plenum. Replaced the water damaged flex. Installed flood protection and tested. Installed blue tube uv light. The system is undersized on supply and return. It’s a 3 ton heat pump with 1-12” and 1-8” return. I gave estimate for adding supply and return ductwork. Checked the cooling operation. The system is cooling at this time. I got all the water from the unit that I could. I informed customer that they will still see some water until the insulation on the return plenum dries out. Thank you for choosing TE certified

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I perform a thorough diagnosis, and I noticed that the condensate pump was intermittently failing, causing the unit to shut off. I proceeded to provide all the estimates to the customer. I explained to her that her system is over 20 years old with a lot of deteriorating parts, and I highly recommend that she considers looking into a new system. She is fully aware but at the moment wanted to go with the basic repair. I proceeded to replace the condensate pump and fully tested everything to ensure that it was working. Today’s visit was for the system not cooling. Customer had the system turned off. I turned the thermostat on and the system came on. I checked the I indoor unit. It doesn’t have flood protection. I informed the customer and gave estimate for flood protection. The unit has a bad blower motor capacitor and also biological growth present inside it as well. The unit is a 5 ton heat pump and only has 2-12” and 1-8” returns. It’s severely undersized. Also no disconnect is present for the air handler. And it only has a 7kw strip heater. The evaporator coil is also deteriorating badly. Checked the outdoor unit. The condenser coils are extremely dirty and the system is running abnormal pressure. It is most likely low on refrigerant. The customer said they have had high humidity issues upstairs. I told the customer that the unit is most likely over sized for the space. Customer called us out for Moen disposal that was jammed. Was able to manually reset disposal and restore function.

Troubleshoot a garbage disposal We provide and install a 1/2 HP Customer called us out for a garbage disposal that was not functioning properly. Upon arrival the customers stated their disposal was making a humming sound and it’s the first time they are experiencing the his issue. We took a look at the disposal and noticed rust buildup inside and the disposal was about seven years old. We took a look inside disposal and did not see any debris around the teeth. We tested to ensure there was proper drain flow in both sides of the sink. The customer wanted to attempt to troubleshoot the disposal first, we noticed the customer that we noticed the disposal had some water coming from the bottom and when we unjammed the disposal it would automatically start humming again. We recommended to the customer to replace the unit as it has failed and they agreed. We removed the old disposal along with the mounting bracket. We cleaned the master trap out as a courtesy and installed the garbage dispos

Homeowner had called in for a no cool, homeowner tells me he flipped the breaker to reset the equipment, unit was cooling at my arrival. Replaced smart thermostat with Pro 1. Homeowner wants a quote for replacement. Unit does not have flood protection, suction line may be undersized. Homeowner is not interested in having a heat pump

Upon arrival customer stated that main level ac unit had stopped working yesterday. Gas furnace is 4 years old, ac and coil is 4 years old. Did full evaluation of system found that ants got inside outdoor contactor and caused contactor to fail. Capacitor tested good. Checked indoor unit inside system is clean, (16x25x1) system filter is clean. Blower wheel is clean. Condensate pump is working properly. Gave customer estimates for repairs on equipment. Customer chose to only do the contactor at this time. Installed new contactor tested system and unit is back up and cooling. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 8 y/o Lennox heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. System is not cooling due to low pressure levels indicating refrigerant loss. Bad evaporator coil. Noticed during inspection condenser coils are dirty. Water protection is poor. Drain trap installed improperly. Blower wheel dirty. Charged 3 lbs. of 410A refrigerant. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

-install dedicated 50 amp circuit for electric range -run wire through attic and down the wall to the range location -install safety breaker with gfci protection -install new 4 prong outlet for range

Found no issues at my arrival, cycled system three times. Could not replicate the issue. System is cooling 20 degrees. Left recommendation for contactor and flood protection.

Customer called about high and low water pressure in home. Customer has just moved in to home and has been dealing with issue from the start. TE arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be high. Ran water at kitchen faucet and pressure dropped significantly. Inspected water heater set up and found that dual 50 gal gas system has an undersized thermal expansion tank. Advised to replace Pressure Reducing valve and up size thermal expansion tank to meet the demand of two water heaters. Turned water off to home and removed old PRV and thermal expansion tank. Furnished and installed a new PRV and thermal expansion tank. Secured tank with a mounted bracket. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks and home pressure is set to 70psi.

Inspection after lightning hit home

Came out to customers house for a no cool. Once’s arrived customer stated the outdoor system wasn’t turning on a few days back, but after he rested the breakers system came back on. Checked dual capacitor and contactor no issues, refrigerant pressures are good, condenser fan motor is pulling good amps, compressor is pulling good amps, blower motor is pulling good amps, condenser coil is clean, and filter is clean. Tested system a few times and came back on every single time. System is cooling properly at this moment. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Replaced blower motor for guest house due to tech error. Replaced 35/5 MFD capacitor. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working.

Major rebuild performed on 5 different toilet in home. All toilets include fill valve, flush valve, flapper, flush handle, supply line, all bolts and gaskets. Turned water on to test and ensure proper function.
