System went into lockout mode due to condenser coil blockage. Cleaned condenser and ran a system test . System is cooling fine .

For this job, we did a full system install, new zoning for communicating system, re wrapped new zone dampers, new drain line for 10ft, new wire low voltage 70 ft, new disconnect and whip, new communicating smart T-stats, Hodge did away with the 3.5 tin system and went with a 3 ton system after we had everything so I did charge wrong equipment for our wait time and Michael agreed with it

During today’s visit, we returned to address an issue with the right side water heater located in the basement. The unit was experiencing a failure with the gas control valve. During our previous visit, the technician performed repairs to the gas line and observed that the dial on the gas control valve was not operating properly. We contacted RHEEM at that time and were able to order the necessary replacement parts on behalf of the homeowner, which were shipped directly to the residence. On today’s visit, we: • Fully drained the water heater • Isolated both the gas and water supply to the unit • Installed the new gas control valve After installing the valve and reconnecting all components, we tested the system. The unit initially failed to hold its pilot, indicating a problem with the burner/pilot assembly. Fortunately, RHEEM had also provided a replacement pilot assembly, which we installed. The unit is approximately 5 years old and is covered under a 9 year manufacturer warranty

Customer is renovating the downstairs bathroom. I removed the existing vanity light and installed two new sconce lights with new boxes. I replaced exsisting switch with new dimmer.

I replaced a 50 gallon gas water heater with a 10 year warranty an anode rod kit. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

No cool upstairs on 2017 trane 3 ton ac with 2004 Trane furnace. Found system to have failed dual capacitor, Improperly pitched drain line, dirty blower with play in blower motor shaft. System lacked wet switch had biological growth on evap drain pan, and a cracked heat exchanger. Recommend replacement of furnace to be quoted tomorrow. Customer agreed to have us fix both drain lines in attics pitch and replace dual capacitor on upstairs ac. Properly pitched drain, flushed pumped and tested systems afterward. Drains working properly at this time with no leaks present.

Cut the drywall in downstairs kitchen around the main waterline to expose where it comes through the foundation. Noticed water seeping through where the main line comes through. Turned off the water valve for the water to the home inside and checked the meter. The meter was spinning. Dig down on the outside to the water line, cut outside and inside and replaced new water line through the foundation with soft copper. Replaced main water valve and Prv as well. After work was completed we turned the water back on and checked the meter and it was no longer spinning. We sealed both outside and inside with silicone, hydro cement, and tar. Homeowner has a delta widespread faucet that is leaking. Homeowner has a replacement onsite. Homeowner also has a toilet that is running. Homeowner has a drain in the master bathroom that is draining slowly. Isolated faucet via stop valves beneath sink. Removed and disposed of leaking delta faucet. Cleaned countertop before installing new faucet. Installed new customer supplied delta faucet. Connected to existing stop valves via new stainless steel braided supply lines. Removed and disposed of existing popup assembly. Installed new provided popup assembly. Filled sink basin to test for leaks. Ran faucet for approximately 5 minutes to further test for leaks. Faucet is functioning as intended. Removed popup stopper from master bathroom vanity. Cleaned popup stopper. Reassembled popup and ran water. Sink appears to be draining better now. Informed homeowner that if issue persists, then that would be indicative of a blockage further down the line, in which case, a drain technician would

Upon arrival we met with the customer. The customer expressed an issue with a slow draining tub. We also ran water in the bathroom sinks and they held water as well. We then informed the customer on our findings and wrote options to perform work. The customer signed off and we grabbed materials to perform work. The tub and sinks are draining fine at this time. We also poured the first dose of endure into the upstairs drains. We finished with a super clean up. The customer is happy and satisfied at this time. Provided options for components that would leak with no warranty repair tag applied ** estimates reflect all possible scenarios for leaks system due to no refrigerant in system ** Provided option for line sets , indoor coil and outdoor coil individually and added line set to repairs ** Let disconnect off so unit won’t freeze and cause additional damages Lead booked for 06/02/26**

Replaced both hose bibbs on the house

Replaced laundry tub for customer. Did a minor rebuild with customer supplied. Fill tube and Kohler washer for toilet.

Pull toilet and clear blockage Set up camera inspection Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer called us out for a mainline blockage affecting whole house. Clean out in the front yard was not holding any water indicating blockage was inside the home.Powder room was holding water and master bathroom fixtures. Pulled the toilet in the powder room and ran cable machine to clear blockage. After several runs, we were able to successfully clear blockage. When bringing the cable back I was bringing residue of soft tissue. After clearing blockage, we ran a stress test on the house by running water in multiple fixtures for a long duration of time. I was able to hear the water passing through the front clean out of the home and from the drains in the basement. clearing successful. Arrived spoke with customer he stated the second floor system is not cooling. Checked in indoor unit. No wet switch. Checked evaporator coil and blower wheel. Checked run capacitor. Changed customer provided filter 16×25×1. Checked outdoor unit found failed capacitor and dirty condenser coil. Customer approved Band-Aid option. Installed wet switch and tested. Installed dual capacitor and super boost. Performed condenser coil wash. Powered system off. Removed motor top panel and side panels. Chemically washed and rinsed condenser coil. Reinstalled side panels and motor top. Cycled system on. Systems now operating. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Toilet rebuild and new laundry tub

Replaced customers PRV did a leak search in the ceiling in the basement found leak was coming under kitchen sink upstairs. Fix the line and change the stop on the cold side.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Upstairs: Found system off because of float safety switch.pan was full of water. Found that system was also low in charge. This was showing that saturation temperature was below freezing. Used water in pantry to flush the drain lines and found no obstruction after flushing. Noticed all 3 drain lines upstairs are running along the floor with hardly and pitch for ideal flow and water removal from the home. I recommend redoing the drain line to have proper slope on all 3 systems. I also recommend advanced water detection devices to be installed as there are 3 systems in the attic.

For this call, homeowner recently got a new fridge that did not have any need for a ice maker line. The issue was the valve for the existing ice maker box would not completely shut off so they could not remove the old fridge otherwise it would continue to leak. Wrote up a few estimates to cap the line or put in a new box with new ice maker valve to which the homeowner agreed to a new box in case in the future a fridge that has an ice maker can be put in. Cut out the old box and replaced with the new box and valve and left the valve closed at this time. Tested our work for leaks and all is working as it should at this time. Raised the dining area chandelier approximately 20”. Showed customer the discoloration on the busbar, this is a trait of Siemans panels but this also could be related to previous lightning event.

Replaced condenser fan motor for main, replaced breaker for furnace panel A, added doghouse.

Replace expansion tank, mounted to the wall and replace PRV for customer.
