Full zoning system installed with: 2 new smart thermostat 3 dampers New whip and disconnect New condensate pump New drain line 1 duct run New zone board New outdoor pad
Pedro did such a wonderful job with our new A/C unit installation. He was timely, kind and hard working despite the rain. We also appreciated him patiently taking his time to setup and explain the new thermostat.
Full system Bluetube
Customer called us out for a sewage ejector pump in the basement that was tripping a breaker. An electrician had already been out when this first started and confirmed it was an issue with the pump. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the pump replaced. I removed the old pump and check valve combo and replaced them with a new ejector pump and check valve combo. I reset the lid caulked around it and tested the line throughly. I cleaned up while testing. Everything was working well. Psi was 120. Customer did not want this replaced at this time. I informed them of the risks.
For this job we looked at failed pressure regulator. Psi was 95 which is causing toilets to run and could cause leaks on plastic and rubber fittings/gaskets on fixtures. We also noticed heater was over 20 years old. Estimate is signed for water heater and pressure regulator replacement. We are scheduled for Monday between 11-2 pm. Thank you for choosing TE certified
Tested system for potential causes of whooshing/gurgling noise. Unable to recreate the issue. Client has had issues with drainage in the past and has never had a camera inspection done. Recommended having camera inspection completed to verify there are no obstructions, root intrusions, or bellies in the line that could be causing the gurgling issue. Also left quotes for plumbing upgrades at clients request as well as replacement of an aging water heater.
Install 2 light fixtures in upstairs bedrooms
Added outlet
Install new Chandlier
Customer had a toilet that was running consistently and also making a whistling noise when flushed, the flapper was worn out causing the toilet to run and the fill valve was failing as well and causing the noise, I left he customer multiple for rebuilds as well as toilet replacement options, the customer decided to just do the minor rebuild today and take care of the immediate issues, I drained the tank and vacuumed it out before taking off the fill valve, I replaced it with a fluid master brass shank fill valve, I then replaced the flapper, after filling the tank and testing I noticed the flapper was not holding and the toilet continued to run, i went to the store and purchased a Korky universal flapper instead, i came back and installed the new flapper, i let it sit for 10 minutes to ensure it was functioning properly and wouldn’t cause the toilet to run, I then flushed it 3-4 times to ensure the flushing mechanisms were working properly
We install ac,coil and supply plenum
For this job customer seemed to have taken a small surge from a storm. The Tesla charger was red and four GFCI devices were tripped. Everything reset and is now functioning as it should. Left estimates to replace the landscape light transformers and add a photocell.
Install new customer supplied switches, speaker volume control and wireless access point. We also ran a new cat6 cable through the tubing previously installed to hardwire the TV
On today’s visit, I replaced a GFCI outlet in the basement with a standard outlet and replaces the breaker for that circuit with a Dual Function Breaker. To accomplish this I had to replace a tandem breaker with the dual function, so with the customer’s approval I put both the bath GFCI circuit and the basement gym receptacles on the same breaker. I also installed a customer supplied fan in one of the bedrooms.
Performed spring maintenance on 2 systems. Replaced air filters, checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations. Dirty condenser coil Dirty air filter
Arnaldo did an amazing job servicing our A/C units. He had an on time arrival, was a knowledgeable professional, and handled all the necessary repairs same day. House was back cool before my daughter returned from school.
Run constant power from the outlet with no switch and install a motion floodlight that will only work at dark
For this job, we Installed an Aladdin lift system, rated for a maximum load of 200 pounds, in the great room to accommodate the customer-provided chandelier. Prior to installation of the lift, my helper and I safely removed the existing ceiling fan and the electrical box supporting the fan. The existing wiring was safely disconnected, and the ceiling framing was modified and reframed as necessary to provide proper structural support for the Aladdin lift system. Power for the Aladdin lift motor was supplied from an existing electrical outlet located in the attic. The motor requires constant power for proper operation, so the lift was wired accordingly. The existing switch leg that previously controlled the ceiling fan is now being used to operate the chandelier. After installation, the Aladdin lift was checked for proper voltage and tested to verify proper motor operation and functionality. The lift was confirmed to be receiving the required power and operating as intended. Durin
Full system swap out communicating Daikin system
Returned to finish second part of work. We set up in the master bathroom and neighboring laundry room. We ran a mini hydrojetter down both lav drains and laundry sink drain. Found heavy grease in the right hand lav drain, and some in the left side. Reset p-traps, tested and provided Endure for maintenance. Everything functioning properly with no leaks or errors at this time. Perform sink drain line cleaning using hydro jetter. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.
Removed the existing failed water heater condensate drain line and installed a new CPVC line to the same termination point. I also installed an air vent and increased the drain line size from 1/2” to 3/4”. The drain terminates into a condensate pump. I tested the pump to make sure it was working properly.
Customer had two primary issues: a whining toilet and the water not getting hot enough. The temperature of the water seems pretty consistent all around. Last time I was out here the heater temp was set to ‘C’ It was set to ‘A’ today. We tested the temp at a fixture and it reached 98° F. I believe the thermostat is beginning to fail on the water heater. The water heater is 10 years old with a failed expansion tank. I left several options and included a new PRV, main shutoff, and hose shutoff for peace of mind. This can be removed otherwise if the homeowners prefer since the PRV is functioning. We opted for only doing the fill valve today. customers would like some more time before committing to replacing the water heater. Since the expansion tank has failed, I cannot guarantee this issue will not come back soon since it’s exposing this part to excessive pressure after the water heater fires. Customer understands this. Water pressure is at 65 PSI. Thank you for choosing TE Certifed
Replace internal parts in the hallway toilet Customer called us out for a potential internal toilet replacement. Upon arrival the customer stated the toilet in the hallway was filling up super slow. The customer stated this issue has been going on for a while and we noticed the toilet was a bit older. The customer wanted to proceed with the internal parts of the toilet to be replaced. We removed the old parts and installed new ones for them. The toilet is giving intermittent flushes and we let the customer know about this , as there was no signs of a toilet blockage after running our auger. We also tested the bathroom group to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on. We strongly recommended to the customer to consider a toilet replacement as the existing toilet is giving intermittent flushes and could cause backups. We will be sending estimates over and thank you for choosing Te Certified.
Replaced existing 50 gallon water heater, reworked all water lines above, replaced pressure reducing valve, recirculation pump, check valves and gas whip. This unit comes a ten year warranty through Rheem. House pressure is set to 65 psi, system has been aired out as well as the dedicated recirculation line. Everything is working properly.
Customer called us out today because she was having a problem with some lighting in her kitchen. After a troubleshoot, I found that one of the switches was not sending power through when it was turned on. I replaced the switch and the other switches in that switch box because She had say that she had problems with it previously and we just wanted to make sure we took care of everything. Now, all the lights work properly and everything is on. In the sub panel, it is a semen sub panel. There are four breakers that are not Siemens breakers that should be replaced. In panel two there is a Challenger breaker that needs to be replaced. On panels one and two there’s surge protection, but the subpanel does not have surge protection, and I recommend we add a surge protector to the subpanel.
For this year, I worked on replacing outlets as well as rewiring an incorrect outlet to have all outlets in garage work properly
Customer says system not cooling properly. Inspected furnace. System does not have TE flood protection. System is short about 400 cfm of ductwork. Inspected outdoor equipment and found condensor fan motor with faulty bearings. Recommended maintenancing equipment by joining home care. Recommended replacing condenser fan motor and installing water safety’s. Customer moved forward with recommendations. Picked up motor. Installed motor. Cleaned outdoor coils. Cleared drain line. Installed water safety’s. System is cooling at this time.
Efficient, effective, communicative, the leak was found. Excellent service.
Thorough, professional and very informative throughout visit
I can’t thank Melissa and Hannah enough for getting someone out to help me repair a leak caused by another home contractor. Andrew showed up late Friday afternoon and worked for several hours helping get the leak fixed but also installing new faucets and reconnecting the garbage disposal in the kitchen.
