Install new junction box below sink to capped off expose wires

Homeowner has a water stain and leak coming from the master bathroom into the Garage. Gave options to open ceiling and locate exactly where the leak is coming from. Without visual confirmation we cannon guarantee where the leak is coming from or if the leaking has been stopped. Pulled the toilet and found multiple issues: The original flange was broken and was attempted to be repaired, and also a stainless steel ring was screwed over the the broken flange. Upon removing the broken flange found that it was not glued, all of which could contribute to the leak into the garage. Installed new flange and mounted to the floor. Set the toilet with new wax ring, bolts, and supply line. Pressurized and flushed multiple times to test.

I performed a home care electrical safety inspection. In my inspection I noticed the bedrooms did not have smoke detectors, the water lines did not have a bonding jumper, and the panel was overloaded. Today we installed a bonding jumper between the hot and cold water lines and left estimates for other safety updates.

All smoke alarms are approximately 10 years old. It is getting time to replace them

Demo master bathroom lavatory faucets. Removed faucets and capped off drains and turned off supply valves. Cleaned the faucet and drains as best as I could. Wrapped up both sets of faucets and all parts that goes with them. Boxed each separately so parts stay with faucet. Cleaned up area. Left floor coverings per customer’s request. No leaks

Remove rosebush on top of water main service penetration dig down at marked area to expose water main service. Remove damage section of pipe repair damage section of pipe, cover hole and clean up.

Performed a pressure test on the gas system for the lanterns. No leaks in the system and backfilled the main lines and installed boxes for the shut off valves. Will need a set plan on whose installing the post and the lanterns.

Replaced kitchen faucet

Homecare inspection 2 systems. Checked electrical components, checked refrigerant pressures, checked blower wheels and cabins, flushed drains, tested condensate pump, added pan treat tabs, cleaned flame sensors, replaced all filters, tested heating and cooling operations at thermostat, everything running as it should. Recommended IAQ products. Customer paid in full for 2 system Homecare plan.

Add a 240 volt circuit and wire tank booster.

Replaced water service pipe, main valve, and PRV. Installed customer supplied pedestal sink and faucet. Installed 2 new toilets. Replaced a flange. Tested all for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Came back to job after mitigation fixed the floor so that the flange could be set properly. Rebuilt drain going to toilet. Installed toilet from prior job. Checked and tested for leaks.

We replaced the oversized breaker and replaced the bad outlet.

Repaired condensate drain line for both tankless units. Original lines were copper and deteriorated to the point of failure. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank and installed a ball valve for isolation. Completed a descale for both units.

No cool upper floor. Found system to have large restriction causing compressor to run dry on vapor side. Recommend replacing coil, and compressor. Customer to follow up with builder of home to verify any existing warranty from them as system is barely 2 years old. Also quoted adding floor protection and correct open drain pipe.

Homeowner had a problem with the existing water heater it was removed prior to our arrival. Due to width restrictions and first hour rating requirements we were able to install a 40 gallon tank with a tank booster. In addition to the water heater installation we replaced both of the hose shut off valves with 1/4 turn valves. Once all connections were made we pressurized the system and verified. All piping was insulated.

Installed Streamlabs water leak detection device. Installed two 50 gallon gas water heaters with extended warranty anode rod kits in each and Halo ion6 water filtration pre-treatment system for water heaters.

Replace faulty Eaton dual function breaker in panel. Replaced batteries in upstairs smoke detector as courtesy .
