Install water heater

Repaired mainline leak at meter, reconnected original irrigation valve and reconnected to original 1in pex line to service house. Also replaced meter box the city left out by the meter. Re pressurized waterlines and leak checked with no leaks present.

Shut water off to home to replace customer furnished Roman tub deck mount faucet in master bath. New access panel cut in to gain full access below. Also installed 2 ball valves for each hot and cold in access panel for Roman tub. Finally put trim back on and tested to ensure proper function.

Today we came to the home to run a new circuit for the RV, and a new circuit for the sauna that is being built.

Replace Eaton ch dual function breakers for microwave and fridge.

Bathtub and twin sinks in master bathroom have a shared blockage only the sink on the left affected, use tub gun cable machine to clear blockage, after multiple attempts, had to use k400 to clear blockage. Attach various pop ups that are disconnected as a courtesy. Used 1 customer supplied ball link and one truck stock. Tested all fixtures for leaks. Kitchen sink draining slowly only on left side, cleared sink trap assembly to find grease deposits. Recommended a hydro jetting especially if draining gets slower, customer would like to wait. Tested drain and for leaks and is draining good at this time.

Loose toilet. Leak on ceiling below toilet. Pulled toilet to discover “repaired flange”.Removed flange and replaced with flange with steel ring. Reset toilet. No leaks.

I was called out to the Cuevas‘ residence for a humidity issue. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the humidity was much high near the window sill indicating that the seal on the windows were very poor and allowing the humidity into the house & setting off the alarm on the ecobee. Once the windows are repaired or replaced we can reassess the humidity if the issue persists.

$59 special Due to age and cost of repairs I recommend a full system replacement. Install supervisor scheduled today. 7/26 12-2pm. Credit back $59 towards new system.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Shut off at washing machine box leaking. Replaced entire washing machine box. Tankless we installed recently started throwing “Exhaust blockage”. Diagnosed tankless.

Replace faulty BR dual function breaker in panel for microwave

Rebuilt flush valve in women’s bathroom (put in a 1.6gfp) and rebuilt flush valve urinal in men’s bathroom on production line (0.5 gpf)

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Install new customer supplied chandelier in the keeping room. Install dimmer switch on keeping room chandelier.

Troubleshoot

Troubleshooting The Sun Room Ceiling Fan Customer had a handyman installed the Sun Room Ceiling Fan- Customer had a concern about the Kitchen Warmer-7.5amps 120v per unit Recommended Kitchen Warmer be on a dedicated 20a 120v circuit per appliance

AGL was out and found two gas leaks in the home. 1. At the connection from the flex line to the control valve of the fireplace. 2. The connection behind the gas lamp at the outside patio doors. Removed the flex line connector to the control valve and the fitting had no thread sealant. Applied thread sealant, reinstalled the fitting, pressurized and tested for leaks. Inspected the gas lamp and the leak is coming from the 1/4” soft copper line where it connects to the lamp. We do not work on gas lamps and referred the homeowner to contact other contractors

Install toilet tank

Flush tower broken. Replaced with new tower and replaced fill valve.

Replaced the TVV for the upstairs system, installed a condensation pump and 3/8 vinyl tubing. Replaced the secondary drain pan and installed a wet switch. Also, added a 12” return in the hallway and added an electrical whip for the outdoor unit.

Repaired a section of their waterline on the side of the house up against the foundation.

Repiped drainage under the kitchen sink with new connector for dishwasher discharge. Tested drains for leaks.

Replaced shower cartridge in upstairs guest bathroom shower valve. Provided an additional cartridge per homeowner request. Replaced tub spout as a courtesy.
