Inspected for issue. Flushed toilet a total of 15 times. Flushed other toilet in next stall 15 times. No water was found. Pulled and reset toilet at owners request. No water found under the toilet. Inspected flange. It was in good condition. Replaced wax ring, closet bolts, and supply line. Tested, or leaks and function, all good. Sealed with silicone. Tech was out Saturday, system was frozen from inside to condenser. Checked filter and found filter impacted. Tech was unable to check system. Due to completely frozen . Tech made a return visit Monday to check system and found the following. Outdoor temperature 57 Indoor temperature 65. Tech turned on heat to get home 70 degrees . Once home reach 70 tech turned on ac Checked delta T system has a 19 d.t. Checked pressure. Passed . There is no wet switch in drain pan. Drain line is needing to be cleared to verify no clogs. Condenser is needing to chemically cleaned. Spoke with customer about issues and repairs customer has declined.

For this job, we conduct a leak detection services for original technician Jeff Curry during our investigation we discover there is a leak on the cold side of the supply piping underneath the master bathroom floor. Homeowner has had leaks under his slab before on supply piping in other parts of the home.

For this job I came out and replaced existing water heater with new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater, also replaced existing pressure regulating valve. Cut out tile on Roman tub faucet siding to access faucet cut out faucet and replaced with new Roman tub faucet. Upon cutting out old faucet due to heavy corrosion the tub was lightly scratched when cutting out old Roman tub faucet. Customer was okay with receiving $150 discount in return. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Performed system inspection to confirm diagnosis from another company. Found both service valves to be leaking. Advised of findings and customer states he will order parts and request a return visit to complete repairs. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. **TE does not install customer supplied parts or equipment **

Install a basic chime kit and 2 buttons provided by the customer.

Run new gas line to inside of furnace and remove flexible line . Made changes to gas line and tested gas furnace. The drain was also tested and cleaned.

Over the past few days, we replaced the existing fire damaged panel with a brand new 42 space QO panel. We installed whole home surge protection. We replaced the existing smoke/carbon detectors and installed one new smoke/carbon detector upstairs along with five new smoke detectors, one per bedroom. We also installed a new grounding system at the meter outside. We also installed GFCI breakers to satisfy modern code GFCI protection requirements.

Install a new kitchen light.

Replaced all copper pipes in home with pex. Replaced all valves and hose bibs. Replaced all supplies for fixtures. Replaced prv as well. Installed new ice maker box for fridge. Restored water and flushed air from all lines and tested for leaks. Cleaned out all aerators for faucets to clear debris. Removed all flooring protection and wall protection and swept and vacuumed all areas where work was preformed. Walked through with customer and showed all new pex piping. For this job came out and conducted a spot repair on main water service line that is 3/4 and polybutylene pipe. Replaced section of pipe and connected back to control flow fitting replacing gasket inside. Tested and checked for leaks, conducted a super clean up.

Customer called about a leak in the wall. Upon examination, it was confirmed a screw was drilled into a drain pipe in the garage. After getting confirmation to cut wall and begin work, we cut the section of pipe out and added two fernco couplings and a replacement section of PVC back into the drain line. Tightened the ferncos down and tested the drain line for any leakages. Everything was tested thoroughly and there are no leaks at this time. Benny called us out to his home because he has had issues with squirrels in his attic. He bought a light that strobes and is supposed to deter the squirrels from his attic. Today we installed a switch in the living room and added a switched outlet in the attic for the strobe light

We troubleshot breakers tripping for the landscape lights and outlet for the front entrance. We found that one of the wires in the light was causing the breaker to trip. We capped the wire off and all of the lights are working

Troubleshoot why the kitchen light quit working.

Completed 2 system maintenance verified and changed filters cleared drain lines with 2 gallons of cleaner each. Checked all safety and components while maintaining the system take notice the following. Filters are needing to change and out door units are needing to be cleaned. Spoke with customer about what tech has came a crossed customer is only wanting filters replaced

Called out to install a customer supplied Grundfos booster pump in the garage. Begin by isolating the existing booster pump and cutting out the old pump. Built a small platform for the new pump to sit on and mounted it to the ground. Counted the new Grundfos booster pump to the platform and connected the existing waterlines. Primed the booster pump with 1.7 L of water as the instructions say to. Once primed introduce water to the system and started running water in the furthest fixture. While the fixture was running, plugged in the pump to initiate the boosters pressure. Found that once the pump is initiated, it is raising the pressure from 35 psi to 75 psi. Just a little work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is not functioning properly. I advise the homeowner that there is still low pressure coming in from the street so it will affect the sprinkler system. Advise the homeowner also to have the city or county come out and inspect as to why they have such low pressur
