Arrived on site to install new 300w landscape light transfer. After installing the new transformer, I noticed the outdoor outlet was not weather rated. After walking around the home, I notice there were no weather rated outlets installed. I installed new weather rated outlets and bubble covers along the outside of the home and on the back patio. We installed two usb-c outlets on the back patio. We also install three new switches in the butlers pantry, powder bath, and master bath. We installed a new whole home surge protection system for the entire home. We tested everything and it is working as it should.

Inspected for leak. Found water inside the bottom of the water heater where the insulation is located. Replaced leaking water heater with new 6 year manufacturers warranty 50 gallon water heater. Repiped gas to correctly supply the water heater and gas dryer. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Ran hydro jet and 450 to clear blockage

Installed new, larger customer provided garbage disposal on the left side of the kitchen sink, previous disposal, being on the right. Reconstructed drain and hot water lines accordingly. New basket strainer was installed on the right side of kitchen sink. All exposed tubular drain pipe and PVC drain piping were replaced. A new Studor vent installed. Accordion style extension tube in main floor powder bathroom was also replaced as a courtesy to customer. Tested all work performed for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work areas.

For this job we came out and inspected panel and main meter disconnect, upon inspection we noticed that the panel had double tapped neutrals and no surge protection. The grounding was redone at disconnect to add an additional grounding rod. Prv and water bond was intact and recently updated.

Replaced media filter. Cleaned drain, flame sensor and inducer port. Checked all operations. Save money in long run by not buying carbon filters. Use regular medial filters with I wave or apco x for even better results. Will pay for itself while Keeping air you breathe healthy and odor free.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Provided estimates for different things around home

During our visit, the old stainless sink was removed, along with the faucet. A new customer supplied faucet and sink were installed. A new p-trap was added as well as a basket strainer. All new quarter turn emergency valves were added for the kitchen faucet and dishwasher. A new hose bib and isolation valve was also added.

We were called out to perform a water heater flush. On inspection we found that the water heater is 9 years old and thermal expansion tank has failed. This estimate includes replacing the thermal expansion tank (includes properly supporting the expansion tank) and flushing the water heater. Due to age of the water heater, flushing this unit is done with no warranty. Performed work as per estimate. Pressurized expansion tank to 70psi
