Today I installed a new outlet and dedicated circuit for a freezer in the garage.

Upon arrival client stated the UL system leaked out of the system onto the ceiling below in the master bedroom. There was not any extensive damage to the ceiling that is observable at this time. Water has been drying for a few days. UL drain line is clogged and pumped the drain out, flushed 2 gallons of water with enzymes and drain is currently clear. 16x25x4 filter is clean and upon cycling system on in cooling mode, all operating parameters are within range at this time. These systems are 12 years old and reaching their life expectancy. I recommend our annual preventative homecare maintenance plan to ensure your systems are operating to the best of their abilities.

Thermostat lost power due to a clogged drain line. I was able to clear the drain line (mighty pump, vinegar , nitrogen) and it’s clear now. If it happen again, next option would be to install a condensate pump to the system. System is working properly at this visit with no other issue.

We will replace all the breakers with new dual function breakers to protect the whole home. We will also add a new surge protector.

Today we came out for only system not cooling daikin 3 ton straight ac. House is a little over 1000 sf and has 3 ton of cooling which is to big and there is not enough return duct. Checked operations found impacted condenser coil causing strain on system. In addition compressor has failed due to failed metering device in evaporator coil. Electrical disconnect at outdoor unit is bypassed and a safety issue. Scheduled install supervisor to give option on updating ac and coil.

We returned back to this house from a quote we did previously a week or so ago to install outdoor rated switches and a ceiling fan on the back screened in patio we also changed out the breaker to a dual function.

For this job, the customer called us out today because their home took a lighting strike surge and several items in the home got damaged. We replaced four LED wafer lights that were damaged due to the surge and we installed a whole home surge protector. Thank you for choosing TE Certified Electricians!

I troubleshot a power loss in the basement and discovered a GFI outlet that had become faulty. I then replaced the faulty device.

Technician installed the client-supplied kitchen faucet and verified proper operation. The dishwasher supply line was replaced, and a hammer arrestor was installed to help reduce water hammer and protect the plumbing system. Under the kitchen sink, the PVC drain piping was rerouted to provide proper drainage, and a new garbage disposal was installed. The basket strainer was replaced as a courtesy, along with the Studor vent (air admittance valve), to ensure the drain system vents properly. At the water heater, the existing thermal expansion tank was replaced, pressurized to 70 PSI and securely mounted to the wall for added support. Once all work was completed, the plumbing system was filled, air was purged from the lines. At the time of completion, everything was operating properly with no leaks observed.

Installed smoke carbon alarms per floor. Original only had one smoke alarm in upper hallway. Not up to 2026 standard but code time home was build.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a garbage disposal they wanted removed. I wrote up some estimates to perform work and received approval. I removed the existing garbage disposal and put in new basket strainer and tubular as well. I put wire nuts on the wiring and cut off the breaker at the panel. I leak tested to confirm everything was draining with no leaks. I set a lead for an electrician to come out 8/3/26 to properly terminate the garbage disposal. I also have a lead set for service to come out for a PRV estimate. The customer is now happy and satisfied with the work that was performed. Remove basket strainer and collar, includes replacement of: strainer, collar, tail piece extension, trap, and p-trap for one compartment sink, test and clean up work area.

No cool upstairs. Upon arrival found 2019 Lennox 1.5 ton heat pump system was off and it was 81 degrees upstairs. Turned system on to find indoor fan would run but outdoor unit would not kick on. Upon inspection found the dual capacitor had failed, contactor was pitting, condenser was dirty, blower was dirty, drain line had a cracked fitting and system lacked TE standard flood protection. Gave options to customer in regards to repairs. Customer wished to proceed with all necessary repairs and sign up for Homecare plan. Cleaned condenser and blower, fixed drain line, added wet switch and inline drain switch. Replaced contactor and dual capacitor. Tested system after repairs made and flushed 2 gallons of water and coil cleaner down drain to clean and verify no leaks. System is operating at the time of departure. Did notify customer it will take an hour to an hour and a half per degree for system to catch up to set point of 70 on thermostat.

Install NEMA 14-50 for hybrid vehicle

Homeowner has a flood in the basement. There is a flowing water noise right by the PRV. Looking down into the wall, I can see water pouring from the penetration through the wall. Cut Sheetrock and found wall penetration. Leak is coming from inside the wall. Dug down to pipe on outside of house. Located pipe, water is pouring out on both sides. Pipe is PVC threads transitioning to copper. Cut out and removed PVC 90°s and PVC Male. Cut pipe inside and removed piping. Wrapped and Installed approximately 1’ of new 3/4” type L soft copper through wall. Installed 1” PVCxPRESS fitting. Installed 1x3/4 reducer. Connected onto new penetration through wall. Installed 90° and connected onto existing plumbing system. Pressurized water system and tested for leaks. Let system sit for approximately 30 minutes. Sealed both inside and outside using hydraulic cement and tar.

Upstairs 2 ton Goodman system not working and tstat is blank I noticed water in the pan when checking IDU which also looks like it leaked at the secondary port onto the ceiling causing water stains I siliconed that to close that off Vacuumed out water and pumped out and cleared drain line Tested with 2 gallons of water and endure Installed a wet switch per homeowner approval System is operational and draining adequately Tested wet switch and float switch Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Troubleshoot dishwasher issue.

Customer had issues with toilet not being secured to the floor with customer approval I pull the toilet to find that the original flange had been replaced with a 3x2 gasket flange and wasn’t secured properly to the floor. So after going over everything with customer i was approved to install a new flange once everything was installed I reset the toilet and Tested everything no other issues was found thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Checked a faulty outlet in the kitchen. Found the gfci had gone bad.

For this job the customer stated the washer machine would cut off due to no water being detected especially when the shower was ran at the same time. Checking the pressure to the home showed 65 psi, however, when I began running the shower I noticed a significant pressure drop to 40 psi. I explained to the customer they had a pressure issue due to a bad pressure regulator. I also noticed the expansion tank not strapped and brought that to the customers attention as well. The customer agreed to replace both. Water was shut off to the home and a new pressure regulator and expansion tank was put in. I then set the pressure to 65 psi and started a load of laundry while running the shower. The washer finished its cycle with no error codes.

Arrived on site for a no cool. Thermostat was blank and they had no cooling. After getting some history on the system and its performance they also shared with me how poorly it’s been keeping the space all summer. They said on hot days it won’t even get down to 80 degrees and they can seldom get below 75 degrees in the lobby. We began by locating the wet switch that tripped due to a drip from the supply plenum sweating. We also flushed and cleared the drain, ensuring it is functional, which it was. The system only has 1 return and it’s partially blocked from a wall they had put up. They also haven’t changed the filter is an extremely long time which affects system performance. The ultimate smoking gun was the fresh air intake that was ducted to the return plenum pulling in outside air into the air stream. The the space was 77 degrees but the temperature at my filter was 88 degrees. Also there was no filter door so attic air was being pulled in as well. All duct work is original and wou

Upon arrival spoke to customer about a leak above the water heater on a polybutylene tee. Water heater is 9 years old and needs to be replaced due to being very out of code. No thermal expansion protection is on the system and water heater will have to be repiped and brought up to code to add expansion tank. Removed section of polybutylene and rebuilt section in pex. Made two connections to polybutylene with poly to pex adapters. Te certified takes no responsibility for any connections made to polybutylene or any polybutylene in the home as polybutylene is a condemned piping system. Almost all of the home has been repiped with pex but according to the customer a few small sections remain in the home. Restored water to the home and no leaks were present.

Arrived on site to look at replacing an outlet. Upon inspection, we noticed an outlet showing severe signs of heat and damage. The homeowner stated they have smelt a burning smell from this outlet. They also mention two outlets in the breakfast are that they can hear popping and crackling. We replaced two outlets in the breaker fast area and one in the play room. We discussed doing a whole home redevice and adding arc fault protection to the electrical circuits. We also discussed some issues with the electrical isl panels. Everything is working upon departure.

Replace half inch ball valve in room 17 and connect water cooler to supply line. Restore water and check for proper function. Filter on water cooler was leaking so we removed the filter and tied the supply directly into it. Customer will need to find replacement filter housing.
