Customers hosebib broke off due to having old grey poly that was badly deteriorated. We added a new shut off to the hosebib because of the old one being hard to access. We anchored it to the brick with tapcons and added silicon around the edges of it.

For this job, we installed a customer supplied charger in the garage.

For this job, we replaced an outdoor GFCI, bubble cover and outdoor box. The wire was compromised and causing the breaker to trip.

Today we replaced a faulty gfci receptacle, a standard receptacle, and separated neutrals in the main panel.

During our on site inspection, we met with the prospective buyer and their realtor to evaluate the overall condition of the home’s plumbing system. The inspection began in the basement, where the plumbing is exposed along the ceiling, allowing for clear observation of both the water supply and drainage systems. Upon review, we identified significant corrosion present on both the drain lines and the existing water service lines. The home’s original copper piping, which is approximately 51 years old, is showing clear signs of deterioration, including multiple pinhole leaks. While no active leaks were observed during operational testing, the condition of the piping indicates a high likelihood of continued failures moving forward. Additional concerns were identified with the drainage system. The sump pump discharge line and washing machine drain lines were found to be improperly installed, with back-fall present and inadequate support. This improper pitch can lead to inefficient drainage

Today we replaced a burned exterior outlet that had no gfci protection and a cover that is not in- use weather rated, with a new weather resistant gfci outlet and an in use weather resistant cover, replaced a second unprotected exterior outlet with a weather resistant gfci outlet and an in use weather resistant cover, and replaced an improperly sized 20 amp circuit breaker with a 15 amp circuit breaker due to the 14 awg wiring on the circuit.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Service call one system. We had recently performed home care inspection and the drain was stopped up . Cleaned drain and tested. I also added flood protection to unit . Everything is working properly now .

No Cool System is significantly low on refrigerant, condenser coil and blower wheel are both heavily impacted. Heat exchanger is cracked and condensate pump motor sounds weak. Came out today to install and trim out two vanities in the master bathroom. Previously removed two vanities on a past visit. Shut down house. Rerouted the water lines into the wall behind the vanities and added valves to both vanities. Removed baseboards to allow vanities to sit flush against the wall. Installed both vanities. Set the counter tops and back splashes on both vanities. Installed wide spread faucets on both vanities and connected the the water distribution system. Installed pop ups and new p traps for both sinks. Water was restored to the home. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

Upon arrival we met with the homeowner they expressed an issue with a clogged shower drain. The shower drain was holding water due to a p trap. The shower was draining properly. We explained to the customer the reason for the drain holding water. The customer also wanted an estimate to replace four toilets. We wrote up estimates to replace the toilets. The customer signed off and we went to get material to perform work. We installed four new Kohler Kingston toilets. We installed new wax rings, new supply lines and closet bolts to all toilets. We also did a super clean up. The customer is happy and satisfied at this time. Provide and replace the existing toilet with Kohler Kingston high efficiency 1.28 GPF toilet w/ soft close seat. Disconnect water supply from the toilet, remove water from the tank, remove tank and bowl from the floor, check drain and flange condition, install a new toilet, check proper flush and clean up the work area. Includes toilet and seat.

For this call, we were out here for a Homecare inspection. Through our inspection we found multiple miscellaneous items that needed addressing. Our estimates ranged from urgent repairs, to replacement of a few fixtures, as well as reworking drain work in a few areas of the home. Informed homeowner that the PRV is having irregular pressure drops when running multiple fixtures and informed that it could cause other issues down the road. Homeowner agreed with the expansion tank replacement and adding a ball valve for the water heater to which we included reworking a few feet of pipe work to copper as black iron and pex were connected to the top of the heater and are not code approved connections on a gas water heater. Shut off water to home to complete the replacement of said parts. Upon completion, we tested all of our work and confirmed there were no leaks at this time. Today we added two new convenience outlets in the master bedroom

Came out today to install 75 gallon power vent. Removed old unit and recirculation pump. Installed new heater in a pan with a water alarm. Connected to water distribution system with a new expansion tank mounted to a bracket to the structure and new ball valve. Installed new recirculation pump with new shut off and check valves. Pump was set to always on. Customer was not home to walk through app connectivity. All new gas fittings were used. Vent was cut out and replaced. Restored water to home and bled air from system. Piping was insulated, supported and valve tags were added. Ran condensate line to the plastic utility sink as it wasn’t feasible to discharge outside due to location of heater. Set heater to 120 degrees. All work was tested for leaks and functionality.

I troubleshot why a switch for the attic fan was not working and left quotes for ideas to fix the doorbell issue.

I was called out to Corey and Karen‘s house for a Homecare maintenance. Corey and Karen have lived here for about 5 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the systems are past normal life expectancy with many older components and style of installation that needs to be updated. Due to the cost of potential repairs, lack of warranty, and reliability replacement is a viable option to update the systems to today’s standards.

Not blowing Deep clean outdoor coil and replace blower. Customer wanted to do the very min to get the air going . The furnace is a 97 model furnace the heat exchanger is showing a lot of wear and is past its lifespan. Also the furnace vent is rusting bad it is single wall pipe that’s not up to code . I replaced blower motor and cleaned outdoor coil. Tested work after repairs. Everything is operating properly now.

This is a single system with two zones. Both Nest thermostats are cycling off prematurely for the cooling system. The technician performed a process of elimination. The technician confirmed that the outside unit, furnace circuit board, zone board, and thermostats are operating properly. Technician discovered that both thermostats are not connected to the common terminals. This allows the internal battery of the thermostat to lose its ability to consistently apply voltage needed to operate properly. The technician connected the common wires to the terminals. The technician monitored each zone for twenty minutes and there were no interruptions in service. Technician recommended additional flood protection to prevent water damage. Also, recommended a Homecare Membership to have the system maintained.

Customer contacted us regarding an old 2011 water heater. Due to the age and condition of the unit, the homeowner elected to replace the water heater. We removed the existing unit and installed a new 50-gallon gas water heater with a 10-year manufacturer warranty. After installation, we tested the system and verified that all components were operating properly and functioning as intended.
