Came out previously to give an estimate on a master bathroom renovation. Returned today to begin the first part of the job. Bath vanities in the master bathroom were disassembled and removed. All debris was removed from the job, hauled away and disposed of. Will return at a later date once the tile is installed to install the new vanities and trim out the fixtures.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with them regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed me inside and upstairs to their master bathroom. Customer experienced a clogged toilet last night and while plunging it sewage began backing up from the shower drain. Shower drain was open because customer has had the shower removed. Customer removed the damaged carpet from the backup themselves. Blockage is isolated to the upstairs and downstairs fixtures are not backing up. Presented customer with options to clear the line. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Shut off water to toilet and emptied it. Removed toilet and ran k-400 drain machine roughly 20-30’ downstream and cleared a soft blockage. Line is now draining. Ran all fixtures inside the bathroom for several minutes to ensure line did not back up again. Reinstalled toilet with new wax ring and nylon bolts. Connected new stainless steel supply line. Installed china caps. Turned water back

Run a new circuit and wire outlets, lighting, and a smoke detector for the basement room.

Installed new prv and ball valve due to pressure being to high. Replaced 17 year old a.o. Smith 40 gallon water heater with new Rheem 50 due to age.

Both dampers have failed and are not operating properly. Also, no bypass damper. Estimates declined at this time, but are attached. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Install new pex piping from meter to home, making new penetration through slab in garage, installing new PRV and shutoff, will run piping across garage to tie in to main line. New line will be insulated. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

We replaced PRV and main shutoff in meter box outside, cut Sheetrock in the upstairs hall bathroom and replaced shower head as quoted by the previous technician.

The existing hose bib at the rear of the property was replaced after failure due to an improperly installed temporary fitting. A new hose bib was installed, along with an isolation valve on the supply line to allow for controlled shutoff. The piping was properly secured to the structure to ensure stability and code compliance. The system was then pressurized, tested, and inspected, confirming proper operation with no detectable leaks.

Arrived on site and customer was trying to replace the insides of their upstairs hallway bathroom toilet . They stated that after they installed the insides they had a leak which spilled all over the bathroom floor . I went ahead and gave them the option to replace the toilet, but decided just to have the insides properly installed and replaced. I moved forward with rebuilding the toilet as requested and was able to secure the tank properly. After repair was made , I went ahead and turned the water back on and flushed the toilet a few times to ensure no further issues .

For this job, customer wanted all new toilets in the high line arc extra tall style. Also wanted to change out the PRV and hose bibs shut off valves as they were the cpvc ball valves. Took out the existing toilets, installed all toilets and siliconed in white. PRV was set to 65 PSI and ball valves were replaced for that and the two hose bibs. Also put in new straight stop and supply line for the cold side under the sink upstairs that was connected to the hose bib ball valve line. We replaced two exterior hose bibs—one located on the right side of the residence and one on the left side. The existing fixtures were removed and the new hose bibs were installed and properly secured. All connections were cleaned, sealed, and tightened to ensure a reliable fit. The system was then pressurized and tested for leaks, and both units were verified to be functioning correctly with proper water flow and shutoff operation.

Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Traced a hole for the Apco-X mounting bracket. Installed the mounting bracket with tape. Installed the ballast and UV light in the supply plenum. Cut into the air handler and installed a BlueTube UV light. Ran the wiring to the air handler and installed a dedicated transformer for all of the new air quality components. Also replaced the wire nuts for high voltage connection with Polaris lugs. Reported results to the customer.

Replaced hose in with customer supplied parts.

We performed a service upgrade to give the customer the availability to get the full use out of his new Tesla charger. We also installed the charger. Josh story performed a panel replacment here about 4 years ago and he installed the smoke detectors, grounding system, and surge protection.

Inspected for issue. Flushed toilet a total of 15 times. Flushed other toilet in next stall 15 times. No water was found. Pulled and reset toilet at owners request. No water found under the toilet. Inspected flange. It was in good condition. Replaced wax ring, closet bolts, and supply line. Tested, or leaks and function, all good. Sealed with silicone. Tech was out Saturday, system was frozen from inside to condenser. Checked filter and found filter impacted. Tech was unable to check system. Due to completely frozen . Tech made a return visit Monday to check system and found the following. Outdoor temperature 57 Indoor temperature 65. Tech turned on heat to get home 70 degrees . Once home reach 70 tech turned on ac Checked delta T system has a 19 d.t. Checked pressure. Passed . There is no wet switch in drain pan. Drain line is needing to be cleared to verify no clogs. Condenser is needing to chemically cleaned. Spoke with customer about issues and repairs customer has declined.

For this job, we conduct a leak detection services for original technician Jeff Curry during our investigation we discover there is a leak on the cold side of the supply piping underneath the master bathroom floor. Homeowner has had leaks under his slab before on supply piping in other parts of the home.

For this job I came out and replaced existing water heater with new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater, also replaced existing pressure regulating valve. Cut out tile on Roman tub faucet siding to access faucet cut out faucet and replaced with new Roman tub faucet. Upon cutting out old faucet due to heavy corrosion the tub was lightly scratched when cutting out old Roman tub faucet. Customer was okay with receiving $150 discount in return. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Performed system inspection to confirm diagnosis from another company. Found both service valves to be leaking. Advised of findings and customer states he will order parts and request a return visit to complete repairs.
