Perform schedule repair. Replace supply Plenum, support supply Plenum, sealed in mastic Plenum, added SS one and wet switch, replace pump and fabricated, custom trap, added Bluetooth UV into return Plenum right below coil, clean outdoor unit, and tested pump and clear drain line. Remove adding a new whip to the unit due to electricians already replacing it. Tested unit and cooling and heating. System is operational at this time. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Attempt to clear master bathroom sink blockage Bottle of Endure for preventative maintenance Customer was experiencing a slow draining sink in the master bathroom. Upon arrival I tested for a mainline issue, after running water for a long period of time in the fixtures only the sink was being affected. I took apart pTrap assembly and cleaned the pipes. I ran water to test for leaks and backups, after running water we were successful.

For one system diagnostic for whole home. Found unit calling for cooling however, heat pump was stuck in heating. Reset nest thermostat in properly program unit so cooling with proper. Also found unit improperly installed, supply Plenum collapse under weight of Plenum improper installation of Plenum improper electrical ran, the pump was ran into the unit as well. There is no outlet up there will need electrician to come and run an outlet, the whip from the breaker to the air handler is not in conduit and is not properly installed into unit itself, no TE protection, no P-trap, dirty filter, and a dirty condenser cool. Customer did sign up for home care and will need electrical to come out and run an outlet near the air handler and customer would also like can lights to be replaced. System is running at this time no other issues.

For this job I conducted a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. They have a slab leak and we’re not aware that their carpet and hardwood floor floors would need to come up in order for me to carry out a proper leak detection. Instead, we did a leak troubleshoot using thermal imaging cameras, and detected a hotspot, the only hotspot, Just after the threshold of the washroom, utility closet on the main level in the hallway.

Gary was assigned to perform electrical service by our pool and pavilion/entertainment area. He added a 4 gang GFCI outlet right behind the TV and surround sound under the pavilion. He added a circuit to the box where the pool pump and RV are plugged, so we could separate everything to avoid overloading the single circuit. We can now plug in everything out there. Gary performed an exemplary service and superb customer service. We are very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. The whole area was left super clean and flawless. Thank you Gary and TA for a fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!
