Total tank rebuild and water stop valve for master bathroom toilet. Installed flush valve, fill valve, water stop valve, braided supply and escutcheon for old Mansfield tank. No warranty due to age of tank and has a possibility of leakage. Quoted for toilet replacement homeowner wanted it rebuilt. Removed rusted bolts off tank and from bowl, removed old tank parts and sanded down built up to were smooth cleaned tank and installed new parts along with a tank to bowl kit for Mansfield toilets. Removed old water stop installed new water stop valve and connected to toilet tank with metal 12” supply line, filled up tank, tested fixture, flushed 7 times cleaned up area, no leaks

For this job, I came to a call that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I immediately noticed that the coil was frozen, and the unit was extremely low on refrigerant. I explained to the customer that this means that there can be a significant leak in the system, and I offered to provide a nitrogen leak search. I also gave an estimated quote on how much the indoor coil would be if that’s the point where it’s leaking from. As of now, the customer decided to add some refrigerant so I proceeded with no warranty for this repair. Thank you so much for choosing TE certified.

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I noticed that the drain pan was extremely full of water. Not only did the drain pan hold water but also a 10 inch return was filled with water. Then proceeded to open up the air handler and noticed that the wire harness had some burn marks on it. I did get it the blower motor to work, but I explained to the customer that I would highly recommend considering replacing the blower motor and the harness due to it intermittently failing. The customer agreed to have the Band-Aid option so for today I only upgraded the flood protection , cleared and repaired the drain, and replaced the existing wet flex duct. After completing the repairs, I began to test the unit to ensure that everything was working. The customer also agreed to join our homecare maintenance plan. For this job, we came to install two smart switches that customer provided and we also came to remove the existing Tesla and replace it with a new charge point charger. While here we also did a troubleshoot on the master bathroom lights.

Installed 2 new Kohler highline arc toilets throughout the home. Installed 2 customer supplied bidet toilet seats for new Kohler toilets.
