Called out for sewage and wipes backing up into downstairs shower. Upon arrival, it was observed that a lot of the floor has been taken up downstairs, customer said it is due to a water heater failure. The water heater has since been replaced. Technician got a high water pressure reading on a hose bib on the back of the home and made the customer aware of it. During the evaluation the exterior clean out in the front of the home was checked and is holding water. A sewer machine was ran through the exterior clean out to clear the blockage. All of the backed up water dropped out and drained fully as well as the water that was holding in the downstairs shower. When pulling back the cable there was a ball of wipes stuck on the end of the cable. Also a new sewer popper clean out cap was installed. Sewer supervisor is scheduled for today from 11 to 2 to come out and run a Camera to see what was causing the issue. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Dig up and repair leak,

Upon arrival customer stated that pan was filling up with water, checked drain line and found that p trap was clogged, cleared p trap and drain line, extended drain line further away from the house, checked capacitor and found that outdoor dual capacitor was reading out of tolerance, refrigerant levels look good, delta at temperature drop looks good, there is also a lot of biological growth inside of air handler, recommended adding bluetube UV light to help prevent the biological growth, customer decided to go with option A with bluetube UV light, installed turbo 200X dual capacitor, cleared drain line, and installed bluetube UV light, also cleaned biological growth inside of the air handler, recommended flood protection as well as Homecare plan.

Called out for clogged toilet. Upon arrival, it is observed that the toilet is in fact clogged and it was confirmed with a flush. Ran water in the sink and tub/shower of the bathroom to test for a branch or mainline blockage. There was no indication of a blockage further in the line. But it was also observed that the tub was slow draining. Customer decided to only address the clogged toilet today. Ran sewer cable through the toilet to clear the blockage. Cause of the clog was unknown, but customer stated that residents have used wipes before and there were currently wipes on the counter. Toilet is now flushing and draining properly. Today is we arrived we’ve come to remove all of the existing Challenger breakers in the electrical panel and replace them with the new UL listed General Electric breakers which go inside of the General Electric panel that is currently installed. We removed all of the existing incorrect breakers and replaced them with new ones. Once all connections were made all breakers worked properly. We also installed two weatherproof boxes outside on the front porch area along with GFCI weatherproof receptacles. What’s our connections were made both GFCI receptacles worked properly. I’m also attaching an estimate to install a surge protector in an electrical panel at a later date. It was great meeting both of you today! Arrived on site. Homeowner showed me to kitchen where there is a constant leak. Whenever faucet is ran. Homeowner had sink replaced approximately two weeks ago. Previous basket strainers were too long which caused continuous waste to be back pitched. Informed Homeowner that basket strainers will need to be replaced and would recommend replacing entire drain line. Kitchen drain line is underneath slab. Removed existing basket, strainers and installed new basket strainers compact. Install new P traps for both sides of sink. Connected to existing drain line. No leaks at this time.

Replaced both hose bibs on the home, cut Sheetrock in the primary bedroom to gain access, put back section of Sheetrock, removed cabinet backing under the kitchen sink to gain access for the one on the back, also added vaccume breakers on both hose bibs

Returned today to install customer approved water heater of the two water heaters. I removed the right hand water heater, which was a 40 gallon and installed new water heater pan. Replaced the piping going to both water heaters all the way up to the hot and cold line with new shut offs and installed new expansion tank mounted to the wall with new leak alarm tested everything no leaks at this time and working properly. Note did not replace the left hand water heater per customer request. only replaced the right hand water heater.

Full Daikin AC System with 80% Furnace. 2 new cut-in returns and upsized 3 existing ducts from supply side. Upon completion customer let us know he hears a humming noise in hallway. Seems to be coming from new Daikin thermostat. Not able to conclude where noise is coming from, will schedule warranty tech for second opinion. Customer paid in full at this time however, will only sign-off on work being completed once we conclude if noise is coming from system.

No-Cool Diagnostic Summary Came out for a no-cool service call and found several major issues with the HVAC system. The outdoor unit is a 2005 Payne PA10JA036-G, 3-ton R-22 air conditioner. During the inspection, I found the system was completely out of refrigerant, which indicates a significant refrigerant leak. The compressor is still operating but is struggling under load, and the dual capacitor is testing weak and out of tolerance. The contactor tested at approximately 18 ohms, and the condenser coil is dirty. The indoor blower wheel is also heavily dirty. The system does not have TE Certified flood protection or any indoor air quality equipment installed. Due to the system being approximately 21 years old, operating on obsolete R-22 refrigerant, having a major refrigerant leak, a struggling compressor, weak capacitor, and dirty components, major repairs are not recommended. I recommend complete system replacement rather than investing in multiple repairs on equipment of this

Upon arrival, customer stated that their water heater was constantly running as well as water was coming out in the backyard. On inspection I found that the TMP was releasing due to high pressure. The pressure was sitting at 150 psi. I gave the customer options to replace the TMP and PRV. Customer opted to replace both in order to get the job done. All work was tested no leaks happy customer.

Customer stated that there was still a leak on the water main somewhere, upon arrival tested and inspected all plumbing fixtures for leaks and was unable to find a leak, watched the meter for 15 mins with no movement, water authority says the majority of water movement is in the middle of the night, witch points to the toilets. Provided options for rebuilds and replacements.

You have a bad gfci outlet in the garage that is also on the circuit for your bathrooms, replacing this will restore power back to the bathroom outlets, would also replace the broken switch in the hall bathroom

Arrived to address no cool and condenser not turning on. Upon inspection I found that the capacitor was completely dead. Recommendation: -replace capacitor

Customer had a leak in the crawlspace, upon arrival found that the old solder joint had failed causing a leak, upon approval cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired the leak, restored water and checked for leaks, also noticed the pressure is high recommend replacing the pressure regulator

CPVC Flowguard Gold water pipe/ fittings. Replaced pressure reducing valve in garage due to valve failing causing excessive water pressure.

Performed diagnostic on 20yr old upstairs Rheem unit, upon arrival customer stated unit was cooling, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode,checked filter, went to attic to inspect furnace, recommend better flood protection such as wet switch, blower capacitor reading bad, recommend replacing blower capacitor, blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, system is 1.5 ton with only 480cfm of airflow, unit is short on return and supply, recommend updating ductwork, checked outdoor unit, recommend cleaning condenser coils, heavily impacted, contactor burned and pitted, recommend replacing contactor, capacitor reading below specs, recommend replacing capacitor, compressor over amping on start up, recommend hard start kit, explain compressor can still fail, checked pressures, unit shows over charged, recommend cleaning to get accurate pressure readings, temp split is only 10degree, customer stated someone was out a added refrigerant, not sure if they added correct refrigerant, recommen

Called out for leak at the meter upon inspection found that pecks piping that was connected to the meter had a bad fitting and was leaking water into the box. Gave estimate to dig it out. Make repair. Customer agreed I dug out the area removed the broken fitting installed new fittings with check valve and shut off. Installed box over the shut off tested no leaks and working properly at this time. I informed the customer of the high-pressure on the house. They are going to check and see if it’s still under warranty with the company that installed it.

Replaced the fill valve on the downstairs bathroom and replaced the angle stop feeding it

No cooling call upon arrival customer stated that they had a power outage yesterday but the system came on right before I got here, cycled system on and off about 6 times to ensure that system would cycle on and off checked safety switches for any water, no water at wet switch or inline float switch, system is cooling properly at this time.

Troubleshoot outlet for alarm system. Found that wire taps in switch needed to be redone. Outlet is working properly now.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that the AC has not worked in several days and all it does is blow warm air. Perform full system evaluation upon customers approval. On today’s visit found this is a 2018 Amana 2 1/2 ton zoned heat pump air handler. Upon inspection of this system found there is no TE standard flood protection, no UV protection on the system, the blower will is dirty, drain line is dirty and draining slow, the blower capacitor was reading well below range and is bad, the filter has recently been replaced, the evaporator coil is clean, the outdoor contractor is burnt and pitted, the outdoor capacitor has totally failed, the compressor is over amping on start up, the condenser coil has build up, all zone dampers working properly at this time. Upon going over all options of repair with homeowner customer stated they would like the Band-Aid repair and understands. This comes with no warranty due to the stress on the system

Came out today to complete one system HVAC no cool service call. Upon arrival found 3 ton gas, furnace, and straight AC. Upon visual inspection of the system found that the outdoor condenser fan motor was not coming on and completely seized up. Upon further evaluation, found that the contactor was burnt and pitted, causing a buzzing, the outdoor condenser coil to be impacted and leaves and debris in the bottom of the system, the compressor to be over amping upon start up, there is no flood protection, no UV protection, the flu pipe is not up to code, the blower will to be dirty. Upon customer’s approval made repairs to the system. Upon starting the system back up, found refrigerant levels to be 1.5 pounds of 410 a refrigerant low. At this time, customer approved to add refrigerant to the system. At this time, see estimate for any further concerns. System is back on and working properly at this time.
