Arrived on site and tenant directed me to the laundry room where the wall behind the washing machine had already been opened prior to arrival to expose the plumbing. During inspection, identified an active leak occurring on the cold-side water line at an existing SharkBite connection. Advised tenant and homeowner that drywall repairs are not included and we are not responsible for any wall restoration. Contacted homeowner by phone, explained findings and recommended repairs, then received approval to proceed with work. Removed the defective sections of piping on both the hot and cold water supply lines to ensure proper integrity of the laundry connections. Installed new sections of piping along with new washer shutoff valves and hammer arrestors to help reduce water hammer and protect the plumbing system from pressure shock caused by the washing machine valves opening and closing. All new connections were secured and tested thoroughly after installation. Turned water back on and perfor

Upon arrival, we met with the on-site contacts. The kitchen sink recently backed up and appears to not be draining at all. They recently had the piping in the cabinet replaced but it is not properly done and does not meet code. There is also an active leak in the garage that we referred for service. We went over the options and began with snaking the kitchen line up to where the PVC transitions to cast iron. Once clear, we made passes with the hydrojetter to clean the line. A large amount of grease came out of the pipe in that process. Once the line was cleaned, I removed both basket strainers and piping. I installed new basket strainers and re-piped the plumbing in the cabinet. Perform sink drain line cleaning using hydro jetter. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. We first looked at the kitchen and laundry drain in the top floor. Both are backing up into one another. There is a bar sink directly below that has had drain issues before so he removed the p-trap and capped the trap adapter. We opened the cap, to find the line holding water, indicating the clog is in the slab after the three fixtures tie together. From the bar sink, we ran the 400 cable and were able to clear the blockage however there was a lot of grease chunks backing up from the pipe. I highly advise hydrojetting to bring a long term resolution to this issue. The line at this time is open and flowing. Perform sink drain cleaning with cable machine. Clear sink drain only. Does not include repairs or main line cleaning. No warranty on drain cleaning.

Replaced worn out pressure reducing valve which was allowing excessive water pressure into home. High pressure caused the expansion tank to pop and damaged the master bath toilet fill valve. Also replaced the expansion tank with bracket and performed minor rebuild on master bath toilet fill valve, including new fill valve, flapper and supply line. Tested and inspected. No other leaks. These repairs were the cause of the high water bill.

Customer called us out for a clog affecting a line of town homes. I inspected all of the cleanouts and recommended running a cable machine down the line to clear the blockage. I attempted to run the machine down and was unable to reach the issue. I then moved to the last one and ran it down successfully clearing the blockage. A sewer supervisor will be out tomorrow between 8 and 11.

As we arrived today, Mr. White explained to us that he had multiple lights outside that were not functioning properly. He also explained that he had a ceiling fan in the sunroom that was not working. The ceiling fan in the sunroom remote was missing. Fortunately there were pull chains on it. We rewired the ceiling fan to work with the pull chains and now it works fine. There were three outside lights from the front of the house around the back that were defective. Two floodlights and one big area light. We purchased all three of the lights and removed the existing ones. We replaced the existing lights with the new lights and all three lights worked properly. It was very nice to meet all of you today, Mr. White! If you have any questions about anything else, please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon and Nylan

No-Cool Diagnostic Report Arrived on site for a no-cool service call. The customer stated that a previous company had diagnosed the middle-level system as being low on refrigerant. Upon inspection, we verified that the system is significantly low on refrigerant. Pressure readings indicate the system is nearly empty. Subcooling measured at 0, and superheat was extremely high, confirming that the system is not receiving adequate refrigerant and is unable to operate properly. Based on these findings, the system has a refrigerant leak that must be addressed before normal operation can be restored. Recommendations:    •   Perform a comprehensive leak search to identify the source of refrigerant loss    •   Repair the leak if accessible, or replace the failed component as necessary    •   Evacuate the system to proper micron levels and recharge to manufacturer specifications

For this job, I conducted leak detection services for original technician Dalton. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air into the water main service via the front hose bib, I listen along the line until I can determine the exact location of the break. I discovered the brake about 3 feet off of a pine tree that has just been taken down a week or so prior area has been marked with flags.
