No cooling call, upon arrival there was water leaking, found that drain line did not have correct slope, water was back feeding into unit causing water to backup, added webbing to pipe to have drain line on a declined slope, checked capacitors and found that both capacitors are out of tolerance recommended replacing both run capacitor as well as dual capacitor p, contactor is pitted, compressor is also overamping, breaker going to out door unit is bad breaker is still supplying system voltage when breaker is off, flushed and cleared drain line, refrigerant levels look okay however compressor is overamping, cycled system back on after checking capacitors and compressor did not want to cycle on, compressor is likely gonna fail when we reach hotter temperatures outside, condenser coil is also dirty causing high pressure, recommended replacing system due to age of equiptment as well as system not being maintained.

Today we installed a GFI 40 amp Siemens breaker in the electrical panel and ran 40 feet of wire up into the attic space and across over to the wall in the garage where we went down in the wall to the location of the new EV charger. Install a new car charger outlet and the customer supplied car charger, which plugged into it. Once everything was done, we tested out the car charger and everything worked properly. Mrs. Harris also explained to me that her sprinkler system outside keeps tripping the GFI when it comes on. After testing the GFI you could tell that it was definitely defective. It’s original with the house so it’s got a lot of age and wear and tear on it. We replaced the GFI and after that everything worked properly. Thank you for allowing us to do your electrical work for you! If we can ever help you with anything else, please feel free to give me a call anytime. Thank you, Brandon

Today we install a new single receptacle beside an existing receptacle. Multiple outlets inside the warehouse have lost power. We traced everything out and could not find the box with the problem in it. There is a box somewhere covered up that we do not have access to. We blanked off the other existing receptacles in the warehouse since they will not be used anymore. Once all connections were made on the new outlet both it and existing one worked properly. We did install a GFI receptacle on the first in line receptacle so that both will be protected. It was good meeting you today! If we can ever help you with anything else, please let us know.

Upon arrival, the technician met with the homeowner in the front yard near the water meter, where visibly wet ground conditions were present. Initial observations indicated that the yard slopes downward toward the meter location, suggesting that a potential water service leak could have originated farther uphill on the property and migrated toward the low point near the meter. The homeowner was advised that leak detection services might be necessary if the source of the leak could not be readily identified. The technician proceeded with careful hand excavation in the affected area to avoid damaging underground utilities and existing systems. During excavation, an irrigation system was discovered. Further investigation revealed that the leak was not associated with the domestic water service line but was instead occurring at an irrigation zone connection. The homeowner stated that the irrigation system is not currently in use. To eliminate the leak, the defective irrigation zone was r

Greg was very thorough in asking the right questions to narrow down the potential causes and source of the electrical problem causing a circuit breaker shutdown. After discovering and confirming the source of the problem, he explained the options and associated costs for resolving the issue. He was very credible & professional in answering my questions regarding the pros and cons relative to the propsed options, and did an excellent job in fixing the problem based on my elected option at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommended him or use his service for any other electrical problem.
