Called out for backing up kitchen sink. Running water for a couple minutes confirmed back up. Ran sewer machine through sink drain to clear blockage of food and grease. Tested thoroughly with 10 min of running water. Sink is now clear and flowing. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Upon arrival, the homeowner directed the technician to the front yard and pointed out water surfacing through the driveway. After evaluating the situation, the homeowner was informed that the existing water service line was likely routed beneath the driveway and was the probable source of the leak. To accurately locate the failure point, leak detection services were recommended and authorized. The leak detection team conducted an assessment and identified signs of leakage near the left side of the driveway. Based on the findings and the location of the existing water line beneath the driveway, replacement of the water service line was recommended as the most effective long-term solution. This approach would eliminate the need to excavate or repair beneath the driveway and reduce the likelihood of future issues. A new water service route was established along the left side of the home. The installation involved trenching a new water service line from the water meter to the residence.
