I titled this review Unexpected Service because I truly wasn't expecting the exceptional level of service I received. Usually, a technician comes out, completes the job, collects payment, and leaves. However, Gavin went far beyond that. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, why it was necessary, and how it would help protect my home. He kept me informed and involved every step of the way, making sure I understood the process and felt comfortable with the work being performed. Gavin's professionalism, kindness, and extensive knowledge were truly outstanding. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about educating and serving their customers. Because of this experience, I will gladly recommend both Gavin and TE Certified to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional service.

Austin was absolutely amazing. They couldn’t have sent a better tech. My AC breaker switch had tripped and we thought that after replacing it that the air would come on but unfortunately it didn’t. At least He still diagnosed my entire electrical panel for any foreseen future problems. He also gave me a one on one electrical overview and explained how each wire and component worked together to keep electricity in the household. In my opinion he went above and beyond. I am in customer service and just his first initial approach he greeted me not only with a handshake but a smile. In my book that goes a long way. I had work done on the gas connection to our furnace - it was leaking slightly, Jason identified the problem quickly, throughouly checked that there were no other leaks, and made the connection better so I don't have to worry about the leak in the future!
