He serviced my expansion tank and water heater, and throughout the entire process, he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. What I appreciated most was how he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He never made me feel like my questions were silly or that I should already know the answers. He was patient, respectful, and happy to answer every question I had. It’s rare to find someone who not only does excellent work but also genuinely cares about making sure the customer feels informed and comfortable. Our client need an outdoor faucet replaced. At several contractors told her that it was a major job. I was able to exchange the faucet with no issues. The new item has been installed and tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. I did inform our client of their age in water heater in an estimate was left for the replacement. Clients water pressure 50 psi.

Our client noticed water surfacing on the ceiling in the living room. At the diagnosing a notice half inch copper line had pinhole leak. This particular section of copper was repaired and tested for leaks and no leaks for phone. A client also has some coat violation of the water heater which they are going to address here in the days to come.

I had work done on the gas connection to our furnace - it was leaking slightly, Jason identified the problem quickly, throughouly checked that there were no other leaks, and made the connection better so I don't have to worry about the leak in the future!
