TE Certified will replace the existing pvc above the solan ceiling. In order to gain access to the piping, Sheetrock will need to be cut. The customer understands te certified is not responsible for the replacement of Sheetrock. Installation: For this job, we replaced the 3 inch trunk line that ran over the salon and insured that all of the grease blockages were cleared on said line. Installed two AAVs under the two bar sinks in the kitchen. Re-piped the center island bar sink in order to restore flow. Was not able to do anything with the second bar sink. I told the customer that we would schedule out, drained to come jet the line. Tested everything thoroughly ensuring no leaks and proper drainage. Cleaned up work area.

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: outlets in master bedroom and living room went out late last year LOCATION: master bedroom and living room FINDINGS: both rooms had power, but homeowner still wanted me to look at outlets and circuits to see if we noticed anything RESOLUTION: highly recommend replacing all switches and plugs as they are original to when the house was built. Also explained the potential of using space heaters in those areas as they draw 12.5 A each and rooms are wired on 15 amp circuits.

Arrived on site and homeowner showed me to the second home where they wanted a new exterior water connection installed for garden use. After evaluating the layout and water service location, recommended installing a proper frost-resistant hose bibb/yard hydrant setup to provide a more reliable and durable outdoor water source. Existing water service was located at the rear of the home. Connected to the existing PEX water service and installed a new isolation valve along with a frost-free hose bibb to help protect against freezing temperatures. Piping was properly encased and spray foamed to provide additional protection from weather exposure and environmental conditions. System was pressurized and tested thoroughly after installation. No leaks were present at this time. Homeowner was informed that no warranty is provided on exposed PEX connections due to environmental exposure and outdoor conditions. Searched for gas leaks within the home, found that the flex line in the closet containing the furnace had a leak on it. Replaced the flex line going to the furnace.

TE Certified will perform a partial drain line repipe. We will be replacing aproximately 50’ of drain lines. In addition, we will also be removing the RO for the kitchen sink per customer request.

Customer called us out for a laundry drain that backed up and overflowed with sewage causing water damage to laundry room as well as leaking through the basement ceiling into crawl space. Upon initial testing was not able to recreate blockage so I recommended having our camera technician come out to scope drains. Camera technician and I pulled main floor hallway bathroom toilet to locate blockage but did not locate. We did however observe a mild buildup of gunk to which we provided an estimate for a proactive drain clearing of that drain line. We were eventually able to locate the source of backup we were originally called out for and quoted to run cable machine to attempt to clear blockage. Attempt was unsuccessful and quotes were provided for partial repipe. I collected payment for the proactive drain clearing portion of job. Also provided a bottle of Endure drain maintenance cleaner.

Came out for Home Care System Check on 2020 Lennox Heat Pump. Changed out 18x20x1 filter. Cleared condensate line and ensured draining properly. No wet switch or secondary switch, recommend adding each for TE Standard Flood Protection. Found build up on indoor and outdoor coils as well as blower wheel. Recommend full chemical cleanings for both coils as well as pulling and cleaning blower wheel. Found no UV protection. Recommend Blue-Tube UV Light to combat bacterial growth. Verified system cooling and heating at this time. Spoke to customer over the phone he was not present during visit. He approved UV Light and Flood Protection for now and will consider cleanings for a future date. Installed Blue-Tube UV Light with secondary float switch and wet switch for added flood protection. Ensured normal system operations after work was completed. Sent inspection report and quotes via email
