System leaking water onto ceiling, ran diagnostics on the system. While running diagnostics found the drain pan to be full of water, drain line found to be extremely dirty with lots of mildew and bacteria built up. Also tested the systems refrigerant pressures, they were slightly off likely due to large kink in the suction side of the line set and a bad set up of the duct work. The system is too large for this zoning design. Highly recommend replacement to completely fix these issues. Also found the blower wheel dirty and the outdoor unit dirty and stained orange. Due to issues with duct work, condition of system, and no warranty on the system replacement is recommended. Today we did the bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Cleared out the drain line and added an Ss1 flood protection device. System operating at this time.
