New water line to outside fountain .. client had a frozen and busted frostproof hosebibb directly behind the fountain. Explain to client since the frostproof line needs to be fixed I will offer a water supply from the frostproof hose bib inside out to the fountain directly in front of the building at hose bib side. client agreed to have the hose bib fixed with drywall removal in unit 111. While in the wall, correcting the frostproof hose bib, T was added to supply water to the fountain as needed only. The isolation valve in the wall was installed by the client before today’s project and was used to supply water. Unable to bore through the concrete floor because of distance away from exterior wall, and after attempting to tunnel under foundation, noticing it was peered. After showing manager on site, he agreed not to break the vapor barrier and the concrete pier in order to get the line undergrade before leaving structure. I was called out to Bradley’s house for a no heating diagnostic in his main floor system. Bradley and his family has lived here for awhile but may be moving in a few years. Upon my arrival Bradley showed me to the thermostat and it was set to 70 but it was 60. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the pressure switch was stuck closed and not allowing the system to start. I tapped the switch to get it unstuck and the system began to function normally but this will happen again if not replaced. Due to the advanced age of the system being from 2006, the cost of potential repairs, and overpayment for running an older style system replacement is a viable option.

Upon arrival customer had a bad bulb in a can light fixture in kitchen that was stuck and couldn’t remove it. We removed old bulb and installed new customer supplied light bulb. Also left customer a estimate to replace the existing can trims with new led can trims. Tested all and everything is working properly at this time?

For this job I worked on helping Lisa replace several customer supplied outlets and switches. All exterior outlets were broken. Had power coming in, but GFCI‘s were shot due to age of device. checked all connections and voltage after each replacement. Everything is working properly again.
