Customer has 2 y/o 3-zone Lennox heat pump system that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Replaced 45/7.5 MFD capacitor. Filter is clean. Drain line is clear. Dampers are operational. Recommend water protection upgrade. Recommend UV BlueTube for mold prevention. Pressure levels were normal. Coils are fair.
Customer has 19 y/o Carrier system that operates for upper level. System is not cooling due to refrigerant leak. R22 based system. Noticed during inspection that evaporator coil is rusted. Gas valve is also leaking. Run capacitor is bad. Blower wheel is dirty. Water protection is poor. Condenser coils are dirty. Informed customer of all findings. Pull and reset basement toilet and caulk base Installed high water alarm on sewer ejector system and test it Possibly remediation due to sewer flooding under carpets
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system Is not working properly. After complete troubleshooting I found the third floor thermostat Honeywell failed. Customer stated he will order his own thermostat and will call us back to install the thermostat. Thanks for choosing te certified. Complete system is 2 Years old.
We were going to replace the check valve and install a high water alarm however after doing so we found the pump is also failing Today I Removed and replaced sewer ejector pump and check valve and bAll valve
The scope of today’s work included: replacement of existing hot water recirculation pump with a new Grundfos pump, rerouting of recirculation line for easier access and securing pump, a new 3/4” one way spring check valve on the incoming cold water line, a new 1/2” one way spring check valve on the recirculation return line, an air purge valve and a supply stop to isolate the line. We installed a new MOEN single handle shower cartridge and replaced a failed insta hot under the kitchen sink. Water was restored to the home, air was removed from the lines, air was purged from the recirculation line, all connections were checked for leaks, the shower valve and insta hot were tested and the new pump’s settings were configured for the home. At this time everything is working properly.

Found 2022 single stage Lennox zoned system with a secondary drain pan with water in it. Found that the unit is 3.5 ton system with no bypass damper and slightly short on duck work. System needs a bypass damper to prevent the unit from freezing up. Unit is potentially freezing up when AC runs and not all the zones are open I verified that the drain line was not clogged and added a clean out T. I checked the zoning diapers and board. I checked the contractors and capacitors and the refrigerant pressures. I verify that the blower motor, condenser fan motor and compressor were all operating. The wire running to the air handler from the disconnect is under sized; 8 awg needs to be 6 awg copper wire (10 kw strip heat). The system needs better flood protection and approx 1 lbs of refrigerant. A UV light is recommended as well because system does have a small amount of black biological growth growing in the air handler. I went over the finding with the homeowner. Ideally system should be a va
Installed smoke detectors in bedrooms, installed wires. Replaced smokes detectors in hallways. Replaced breaker for dual function breaker to smoke detectors upstairs.

Estimate is to replace main level HVAC system, media filtration system and permit all work with Johns Creek.
Rebuilt toilet for commercial salon.
Replaced 10 existing breakers with new homeowner provided dual function breakers (2 15s and 8 20s). New outlet for a bidet toilet seat was added in the master toilet room and was tied off of the master bedroom circuit. I discussed with the homeowner the potential of the lights flickering when the bidet is on full power since it pulls about 12 amps, but he was fine with this and we talked about running a dedicated circuit to the outlet if issues present themselves.
Leak from free standing tub in primary bathroom Found no leak on drain or on faucet Cut drywall to access pipes to check for leaks Water from hand sprayer and from splashing on floor is causing water to leak through the uncaulked seam behind the tub where tub meets floor Recommend to caulk entire back of tub and around faucet plate to stop water from leaking through Due to tub/faucet design, it’s recommended to hang hand sprayer over tub edge to drain into tub after every use until it stops draining out Also try to keep the water in the tub when kiddos are bathing
Provide detailed estimate for system corrections & upgrades to adjust airflow
Troubleshoot
For this job we troubleshot a tripping arc fault breaker. And the inspection we determined the middle pendant light on the front porch had gone bad. Unwired the light and put it back up as customer was taking pictures to sell the home. Left estimates to replace it.

Great Service
This review is 95% for one of two jobs I had scheduled: one plumbing, one electrical. I have used TE a few times. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. Everything was clearly explained to me along the way. Isaac made a very good effort to do a great job. Their prices are high, but worth it in this case. However, my experience with the electric was enough to not call again for this service anytime soon. I needed ONE new outlet installed within 10’ of an existing, available line. I also needed 3 garage ceiling mounted fixtures to replace 3 existing. All parts laid out. Nothing unusual or intricate. That estimate was over $1,300. For one of the simplest jobs one could ask for. I had no confidence that the tech knew what he was doing. He told me that putting the ceiling fixture up was complicated. I asked him to show me on the unit. What was the complicated part? It’s three wires and four screws. I’ve already received 2 estimates for less than half the above.
Joshua was great to work with. He diagnosed my problem, told me how he’d address it and followed through. Everything was neat and tidy when he finished.
Excellent Service!!
Ryan and his partner were great. Efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Explained our issue and actually found another leaking problem we did not know about.

We had a terrible clog in a home we just moved into. Max came out with hours of our call and was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of the pipes inside and out. He shared a detailed plan and cost with us before proceeding. The company is a bit pricey, but Max did a great job.
