2 50 gallon gas water heater change
I called TE Plumbing to diagnose a slow-running hands-free kitchen faucet. Arlon arrived, did a quick look around the property, checking water pressure at each outside bib to make sure the issue was specific to the kitchen. Within 20 minutes, he has disassembled the solenoid for the faucet, identified the specific part, gave me the part number and suggested I file a warranty claim for the part, which I've done. Because it was a custom part, he didn't have one (nor did I expect him to have one) but I have ordered the part and should have it within the week. Oh yeah, the good news is that he adjusted the solenoid so that the faucet is 100% operational in manual mode, so we have water, no problem. Every interaction I've had with TE, be it plumbing or electrical, has been top notch. Highly recommended.
Provide and replace the shower cartridge in the bathroom, replace 2 stop valves with 1/2” comp by 1/2” MIP for the faucet. My customer was continuing to have issues with lukewarm water in one of the showers as if it were an off and on issue. Last we checked, it took 3 minutes before the water had gotten hot. He mentioned it only took less than a minute before getting hot water after he initially installed the recirculating pump. We set up the Grundfos Go app, reset the parameters and changed them to be better accustomed to the setup, and priced a schedule for efficiency. He will keep me posted on the results. Left estimates for dedicated Recirculation, Dual Tankless, and dedicated Recirculation for the tankless. I notified the customer that the water leaving the fixture was over 130°F. We opted to drop the temperature of the water heater from C to in between A and B. Thank you for choosing TE Certifed
Replace water heater with equivalent fixture, only making modifications required by code standards. This would NOT increase the speed of delivery of hot water Standard 6 year warranty provided by manufacturer and TE’s lifetime craftsmanship warranty

Attempt to restore proper flow in master shower Bottle of endure for preventive maintenance Customer called us out for a shower that was experiencing a slow drain in the master bathroom and a pot filler that was not working. Upon arrival the customer expressed to me that the pot filler was not turning on and they recently had it installed. I took look under the kitchen sink and noticed the valve was turned off, we turned it back on and the pot filler was working. The customer took me to the master shower and we first tested the bathroom groups to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on, but after running for a long period of time only the shower was being affected. I recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow in the drain and they decided to move forward. We first started by removing the cover and we noticed some buildup. We removed any buildup by hand first and then we ran our cable machine multiple times in the drain. We were successful in restoring proper d
Homeowners back yard sprinkler had low pressure. Checked water pressure at the hose bib and read 95 psi. Checked the water pressure at the 2ater heaters and was 95 psi. UL drain line has been leaking at the exterior section over lower concrete patio revealing a coupling that was not glued disconnected causing the leak. Glued fitting and flushed 2 gallons of water down the drain confirming it is clear at this time. This system has an auxiliary drain pan with a secondary drain. The rubber seal is dry rotting and if the drain ever backs up it can potentially leak from this fitting before the float switch can shut the system off. This type of flood protection is limited in this application. We recommend upgrading to a wet switch that only allows 1/16” of water before it shuts system down. This reduces the risk of this fitting leaking. While in the attic I also observed the left duct trunk line has a closed manual damper that will reduce airflow and cooling capabilities for these rooms. The right duct trunk line is fully open. I recommend opening the closed damper at least half way to reduce system inefficiencies and longer run times. Cycled system in coo
Replaced old faucet with new customer supplied faucet, relocated hose bib in front yard about 1 foot up higher for easier access and new isolation ball valve installed in crawl space. Water turned on and all tested to ensure proper function.
I performed a troubleshoot for two outlets not working. After researching the breaker, outlets, and connections , I found a junction box in the attic that those particular outlets are getting power from. All of the connections were loose and short. I pulled more romex sheathing into the box and remade the connections. Power has been restored to the outlets.
Customer was having problems with their GFCI outlets in their bathroom. There were multiple GFCI‘s on the same circuit that were wired protecting each other. I replaced the first GFCI and replaced the GFCI’s down the line with normal outlets. The customer stated that her hair dryer kept tripping the old circuit GFCI when I was all done. We tested with her hairdryer and everything was working.
Replaced 3 faulty dimmer switches

We also installed a new expansion tank and strapped it to the wall for support. We are returning Monday to insulate the water heater.
