Installed new water heater in the garage. After install I pressurized the system, checked for leaks, bleed the air, and checked for proper function. Everything is good to go. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Troubleshot switches not working properly in the kitchen and upstairs hallways. We replaced 8 switches and they now work properly. 2 new surge protectors were installed. One circuit was moved from the main to the sub panel to make room for the water heater breaker. New water heater circuit was ran with an ac disconnect in the closet. Whip was left and the av disconnect is in the off position currently. New outlet was added in the same closet as well as a new keyless light and bulb. 2 new ceiling fans were installed in the garage with new fan rated boxes and one new high ceiling fan was installed in the living room.

For this job, I came to look at a system in which the thermostat was intermittently working. Once I arrived, I went into the furnace and noticed that the condensate pump had failed. Due to the pump, failing it would trigger the float switch to turn off the system on and off on and off. I began by replacing the pump with a brand new one and properly securing all its connections. I wired it back to the safety switch and tested it with several gallons of water to ensure that the pump was properly working as it should.

Replace bulbs in master bathroom

Replaced shower valve supplied by customer. No leaks. Water getting hot.

Performed diagnostic on main level unit found dirty blower, failed outdoor capacitor, no te flood protection, dirty condenser. Offer customer homecare but Custimer only want capacitor n replaced at this time. No warranty for any other part of the system due to a capacitor replacement only .

Replaced two smoke detectors

Come back do pilot holes and rough in plumbing

Perform three system home care. Checked filters and filters are clean. Customer recently replaced all three filters. Checked and clean flame sensor for main floor and upstairs. Blower wheels for main floor and basement are clean and upstairs is dirty. all systems have proper TE flood protection. check electrical for indoor and outdoor systems and notice all three outdoor capacitors are out of tolerance and for indoor main floor and basement run capacitors are out of tolerance. Blower fan motor is running high amps. Do you recommend replacing fan motor. For Upstairs I would recommend upgrading float switch to wet switch. Treated drain line with endure and main floor, and basement go into sump pump and upstairs goes outside. also noticed for basement system delta T was at 5° and pressure were really low. upstairs and Main floor delta T are up to standards. For today performed bare minimum and replaced due capacitor for outdoor and run capacitor for main floor and did a condenser coil cle

For this job, the customer had a toilet in the basement which overflowed. The toilet was clogged and running causing the toilet to overflow from the bowl. I snaked the toilet to confirm, but could not test toilet due to the floor being removed, and the toilet is rocking and not sealed at the base.

Customers toilet was running continuously so we replaced the fill valve and flush valve. Customers toilet was also rocking so we shimmed it and caulked it as a courtesy.

Troubleshoot lights not working in laundry room and bypassed ballast in light fixture in order for light to work again.

Locate and repair underground wiring that was damaged

Today we came out and performed one system hvac inspection 2013 Lennox 4 ton ac with matching 90k furnace builder grade. Inspected all electrical components and connections found weak run capacitor in furnace located in attic damaging blower motor on start up. Also found pitted contactor on condenser part could fail at anytime. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked refrigerant levels found system low on charge due to leaking rotted out condenser coil. Client has minimal flood protection and fiber glass ductboard plenums. Flushed and treated drain line, replaced filter and inspected supply and return ductwork found system light on return duct. Cleaned condenser coil and scheduled client with project manager for Friday morning first call to give options on updating.

Arrived to search for condensation leak and found both units have dry pans. Both units have clear drains. Both units have good safety flood protection. Units are working properly.

Outlet replacement

No cool on the main level system, due to a bad compressor. Pressures are equal and not cooling the house. Compressor is making very loud noise and not pumping Freon into the evaporator coil. Tried to pump down the system and it’s not pumping. Installed kick start capacitor, to help compressor to but it didn’t help. Compressor LRA is at 20 (shouldn’t be higher than 152 amps- it’s too low) and RLA is at 7.93 amps (shouldn’t be higher than 23 amps - it’s too low also ). Compressor will need to be replaced, in order to do a full diagnostic. Other parts may have been affected and will know only after compressor being replaced. Sent estimates to replace compressor, but best option would be to upgrade the ac system, with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. System is a 5.0 tons , 5 years old and it’s under parts warranty. Customer will try to get in touch with the company that installed the system, for warranty purposes.

For this job, I worked on installing a new circuit for EV charger the right way. As a courtesy, I demoed previously poor install done.

Replaced customer supplied kitchen faucet.

Demo undercab lights

System went into lockout mode due to condenser coil blockage. Cleaned condenser and ran a system test . System is cooling fine .

For this job, we did a full system install, new zoning for communicating system, re wrapped new zone dampers, new drain line for 10ft, new wire low voltage 70 ft, new disconnect and whip, new communicating smart T-stats, Hodge did away with the 3.5 tin system and went with a 3 ton system after we had everything so I did charge wrong equipment for our wait time and Michael agreed with it
