Customer says system is not operating. Inspected system and found low voltage fuse popped. Recommended replacing low voltage wiring to outdoor wire and contactor. Customer needs ductwork. Could not pin point exactly where short is at. Short is intermittent. Replaced contactor and low voltage outdoor wiring. System is cooling at this time.

Preformed inspection on second system and installed freeze protection on upstairs unit. Client signed up for 2 system Homecare and requested winter inspection on their home in Jefferson.

Preformed electric leak search and found no signs of leak at this time. System is low however due to the undersized return and supply duct it is possible that when installed the lineset was not accounted for. Provided client with quote to bring duct work up to standards with. 2.5 ton system.

Tesla not charging to its full capacity. We conducted a troubleshoot, testing voltage at the disconnect and panel. We examined the bus bar, we performed a meg test on the wire and we re-torque the connections on the charger. There were no signs of overheating or damage in the panel or inside the charger. However, the cord and and connection point do have signs of wear and tear. This vehicle comes in different trim and for this particular model it only charges up to 32 amps. The homeowner indicated that this has also happened at a supercharger location, and that this issue is only happening when it is extremely hot outside. Overall, we have eliminated the electrical system as the problem.

I repairs a splice ac control wires together by adding a new 2 gang bell box and blank plate, splicing the wires together, and siliconing around the box. Ac was tested and is back up and working again.

System has a defective breaker 240v coming in 2v coming out the other side. I also noticed drain is clogged, system doesn’t have the right P trap, and noticed biological growth inside Airhandler. Thank you for choosing te certified.

Replace backyard security light

Dig and repair water line in front yard.

Replaced hose bib to front of home. Installed new shut off valve, hose bib, and code compliant vacuum breaker. Water pressure is 80 PSI. Recommended valve replacement. Quoted for whole home CPVC piping replacement.

Came out to customers house due to his main floor system not cooling. Main issue is that the system is low on R22 refrigerant (R22 refrigerant is not available anymore nor parts for the system). I also noticed the blower wheel is dirty, run capacitor is out of manufacturer specs, blower motor bearings are worn out, evaporator coil is very rusty, and system has no water safeties on it. For this job, we worked on replacing a damaged dryer outlet and cord and installed a GFCI breaker for the dryer circuit. We also installed a recessed light in the master toilet room and did a ballast bypass on the kitchen light.

Repaired section of pex hot water piping in the wall behind the fridge.

Replaced the PRV and thermal expansion tank. I set the pressure to the home at 65psi and pumped the thermal expansion tank to 73psi.

Perform two system full system inspections. Inspected indoor unit, outdoor unit, ductwork, and refrigerant pressure. For the main level unit, we did find a duct that was not insulated and hanging. That duct caused condensation and was dripping on the hardwood. There was also Water in pan caused from condensation of the air handler itself due to the room, not being insulated. Inspector evap and change filter. And there was no T for protection for the unit. The unit is operational and is zone for four thermostats. The master unit has no issues other than not having TE flow protection. Filter did not need to be changed at this time, the blower is clean, the blower motor has no capacitor, and the pressure for the outdoor unit are in manufacture. Standard ranges. Both systems are operating to manufacture standards however there are recommendations that are optional for flood protection, and better efficiency.

Replaced shut off valves on outlet box for washing machine outlet box. Installed new thermal expansion tank on water heater and secured to structure of home. Installed new shut off valve for whole home.
