Came out to customers house due to his main floor system not cooling. Main issue is that the system is low on R22 refrigerant (R22 refrigerant is not available anymore nor parts for the system). I also noticed the blower wheel is dirty, run capacitor is out of manufacturer specs, blower motor bearings are worn out, evaporator coil is very rusty, and system has no water safeties on it. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

For this job, we worked on replacing a damaged dryer outlet and cord and installed a GFCI breaker for the dryer circuit. We also installed a recessed light in the master toilet room and did a ballast bypass on the kitchen light.

Install dedicated circuit for furnace

Repaired section of pex hot water piping in the wall behind the fridge.

Replaced the PRV and thermal expansion tank. I set the pressure to the home at 65psi and pumped the thermal expansion tank to 73psi.

Perform two system full system inspections. Inspected indoor unit, outdoor unit, ductwork, and refrigerant pressure. For the main level unit, we did find a duct that was not insulated and hanging. That duct caused condensation and was dripping on the hardwood. There was also Water in pan caused from condensation of the air handler itself due to the room, not being insulated. Inspector evap and change filter. And there was no T for protection for the unit. The unit is operational and is zone for four thermostats. The master unit has no issues other than not having TE flow protection. Filter did not need to be changed at this time, the blower is clean, the blower motor has no capacitor, and the pressure for the outdoor unit are in manufacture. Standard ranges. Both systems are operating to manufacture standards however there are recommendations that are optional for flood protection, and better efficiency.

Replaced shut off valves on outlet box for washing machine outlet box. Installed new thermal expansion tank on water heater and secured to structure of home. Installed new shut off valve for whole home.

Installing a surge protector, replacing the (2) 2 pole breakers for both condensers, replacing light switches in the breakfast room, installing ground rods, and replacing two outdoor outlets

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived at her after performing a thorough diagnosis, I was able to determine that there were several low-voltage wiring issues. There were several connections that were not properly connected to the proper terminal on the block. There was a short on two of the wires. And the outdoor defrost board was not properly connected. I proceeded to properly secure all of the wiring and the unit, and test both of its modes to ensure that everything was working. Thank you so much for choosing TE certified.

for this job, I came to look at a system in which the outdoor condenser was not coming on. Once I arrived, I proceeded to perform a thorough diagnosis and noticed that there was a loose wiring in the outdoor unit. I did present several other estimates to the customer, and she did agree to upgrade her flood protection and add a wet switch device. Proceeded to properly wired the device and tested to ensure that everything was working. I did explain to the customer that due to the age and wear and tear of her equipment I highly recommend she considers replacing the system . Thank you for choosing TE certified.

For this job, we preformed a diagnostic on the circuit for the outside AC Unit.

Installed a new Wilkins, PRV and main shut off ball valve. Removed 10’ section of cpvc and tied into pex A with pex B from copper. Insulted as much of the pipes that I was able to as a courtesy because of being in a crawlspace. The new lines I installed are insulated. Turned off main at meter. Drained home. Removed bad sections of cpvc installed new fixtures, insulted pipes, pressurized house purged air out of lines, tested system, no leaks house pressure at 45psi. Recommend leaving at that pressure due to the age of the cpvc piping. No leaks

Estimate to demo cracked shower pan

Performed leak search on flat shove, first on right side. End of line on gas line. Turned gas on, light up the pilot light, checked connections from gs shut off valve to flex connector, regulator, to connection were enters the appliance. No gas leak detected. Also, second inspection bubble test. Applied bubble solution onto connections from gas shut off ball valve to the connection were enters appliance. Also, used sniffer stick on front bottom of appliance no gas leak detected. Left gas on appliance. No leaks

Performed leak search in crawlspace area. Looking for leak. Home is piped in cpvc piping. Offered to do a quote for repiping the crawlspace area. Heard the toilet running in powder room. Fill valve bad. Also, after turning off stop valve it would not shut off completely. Could not check water pressure at this time. Shut down main water supply. Drained home. Installed new water stop valve and fill valve to powder room toilet. After glue dried (1) hrs wait. pressurized home. Purged lines, Checked pressure, high pressure on home 100psi. Quoted for new Prv replacement and main shutoff valve. No leaks

Replaced existing shower cartridge and handle inside hallway bathroom. Turned water on to home and tested all work. Informed client about missing collar behind handle, client will research part himself. Client will also fix leak under sink by replacing washer.

On this visit I troubleshot the washing machine circuit that is tripping the GFCI ever since customer purchased washer.

For this job, we worked on installing 7 Safety Breakers and installed a whole house surge protector at the main panel.
