Water found in drain pan. Ran diagnostics on system and found the drain line fallen off in attic and system also low on 410a. Recommend running drain into the vent stack in the attic to prevent against pitch and clog issues. Also recommend a UV light, extra flood protection, and a condenser clean. Today we replace drain with a condensate pump, added a wet switch, cleaned the condenser coils, added 2 lbs of 410a refrigerant, and added a UV light. Tested system after and found no issues at this time.

After completing evaluation, found an evaporator coil completely frozen advise client to perform a defrost process for the evaporator coil. He declined the price. He said he will rather wait until the whole coil defrost. We will have to come back and perform a pressure check, Possibly TXV will have to be replaced
