Today we came out to troubleshoot an EV charger not turning on. Upon opening the panel door we noticed multiple mismatched breakers, including breakers much older than the house itself, and open breaker spaces revealing a lot of melting and heat damage on the bus bar. We determined the panel needs to be replaced and replaced the panel as well as updated the grounding system

Performed troubleshoot for family room circuit tripping dual function breaker. They recently had an irrigation system installed in the back yard. While installing the irrigation system, they nicked the extension cord controlling the back yard string lights. I gave an option to install an outdoor outlet on the fence so they no longer would have to have an extension cord buried underground. The homeowners are planning on moving soon and did not want to invest in the outdoor outlet at this time.

Installed a 12” bypass damper on the whole home system. Ran a 12” flex duct from the return plenum to the supply plenum and secured it. Wired in the new bypass damper to the Honeywell zone board and insulated it with duct wrap insulation. Reinstalled the Honeywell temperature sensor, as well as installed the temperature sensors for the new bypass zone damper. Adjusted dampers for the main floor and upstairs. Informed the customer that he can call us out if any issues persist with the zoning.

Upon arrival, owner stated the 2 zone single system for home upstairs zone was hot last week during high temperature days but is now cooling satisfactory. Owner wants to have HomeCare visit done today. HomeCare renewal/visit one 2 zone system. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Flushed condensate drain; clear and flowing. Checked 2 zone up/down 2019 up flow system in attic electrical components and operations, thermostats, temperatures, duct work, flue pipe, gas connections, refrigerant…system operating at this time. I am very impressed with the service provided for my HVAC inspection and service. Alex, the inspector, was extremely thorough, checking every aspect of my heating and cooling system. In addition, he provided detailed explanations of any issues he identified and provided recommendations for improving the lifespan of my system. Overall, the inspection was very informative and gave me peace of mind regarding the condition of my HVAC system. If you are looking for a maintenance plan, I would definitely recommend TE Certified.

What can I say to describe Doug and Hayden? Nothing they were indescribable. If Doug was an Avenger...He'd be Captain America! Just like you wouldn't have the Avengers with out Steve Rodgers, you cant have TE Electrician without Doug! And Hayden! Well lets just keep going with this Avengers analogy...If Hayden was an Avenger he definitely be Thor! I mean first off that beard! Second Hayden has this way about him that makes everyone around him feel welcome and worthy of his company! If Captain America (in this analogy, Doug) is the leader, Thor (aka Hayden) is the heart! Ok lets be serious, Doug and Joel original came out for a small job that turned into something bigger. I am really thankful that they were able to spot things I hadn’t seen. After Doug came back out this time with Hayden and they re did my entire breaker and installed a home surge protector and Hayden said it was as if my home had a secret service agent and he had me sold! The were awesome and I really appreciated that they made sure to wear shoe covers and put down plastic sheets and cleaned up when they were done. I have already referred Doug to my whole family and they all have a picture of his business card.
