Client has us out today because the disposal at her air bnb isn’t operating and only humming when turned on at the switch. After speaking with the owner we decided it was best to begin with attempting to unjam the disposal. I was successful and cleaned the sink and the disposal out after making sure the unit would work and wouldn’t jam again. Work is done and tested with no fails.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. System low on r22. Has a bad capacitor. So not recommended repairs due to cost and warranty. No work was done other than troubleshooting.

Performed diagnostic on 8yr old upstairs unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling properly also stated he has added r410a several times over the years, checked tstat, set at 73 reading 73, dropped to 68, inspected furnace in attic, duct work , drain line, found impacted blower, recommend pulling and cleaning, inspected evap coil, removed a booklet from coil, showed customer rust on coil, checked blower capacitor, inspected outdoor unit, found condenser coil impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, checked capacitor, contactor, check amp draws, checked pressures, upon checking pressures head pressure was very high, also sub cooling was reading 38, recommend cleaning coil for accurate readings, customer approved, Chemical cleaned condenser coil, recheck pressures, pressures normal but sub cooling still 35, recommend replacing txv, also gave option to replace evap coil, customer will make a decision and let us know, also recommend better better flood protection such as wet swi

Client has us out today because they fear that they have a leak on their main water service line coming into the home. Clients purchased the home just a little over a month ago and nothing pinged on initial inspection they had of the property. Water is pooling In front of the window on the left side of the front door. I did complete a meter isolation test which confirmed that they do NOT have an active leak on their main service line. Also the water comes into the home on the opposite side which is under the windows on the right of the front door. The t&p discharge line terminates above where all of our water is gathering thus telling me the system is reliving water either due to pressure related issues or temperature control related issues which temperature related issues I’m not confident on due to the heater being new. I presented options and today we went with just replacing the prv to drop the pressure so the t&p will stop discharging water. All work is done and water is back on w

Customer called us up for a clogged toilet. We used an auger on the toilet after testing for a mainline blockage and was unsuccessful. We then pulled and reset the toilet after finding an exercise ring in it. Tested and working as needed. Customer very satisfied.

Replace damaged GFi in master bathroom.

System operating correctly. Thermostat was satisfied upon arrival. Checked pressures and temps. Found no mechanical issues. Subpar flood protection.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. 7 yr old system. Capacitor is bad. Needs to be replaced. No flood protection and condenser coil needs a clean. Cap was replaced and system is now operating. Explained it will take rest of the day to cool the house down as it was over 85 degrees in the house.

Troubleshoot on tripping garage circuit, replaced exterior fixture that was falling out of home, replaced two bubble covers, a wr gfci and wr outlet, and added a new porch outlet with new bubble cover and gfci wr outlet, removed unlisted breaker and replaced with listed hom breaker, swapped out breaker for garage that had tripped multiple times.
