System operating correctly. Thermostat was satisfied upon arrival. Checked pressures and temps. Found no mechanical issues. Subpar flood protection.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. 7 yr old system. Capacitor is bad. Needs to be replaced. No flood protection and condenser coil needs a clean. Cap was replaced and system is now operating. Explained it will take rest of the day to cool the house down as it was over 85 degrees in the house.

Troubleshoot on tripping garage circuit, replaced exterior fixture that was falling out of home, replaced two bubble covers, a wr gfci and wr outlet, and added a new porch outlet with new bubble cover and gfci wr outlet, removed unlisted breaker and replaced with listed hom breaker, swapped out breaker for garage that had tripped multiple times.

Came out to a no cool. I started my diagnosis at the thermostat. The thermostat is 20+ years old. I than proceeded to go upstairs in the attic to look at the furnace. I found that the furnace was very dirty. The filter was also really impacted causing airflow restriction. The blower wheel on the furnace is dirty as well and will act like a thin layer of insulation that will gather and cause breakdowns. The upstairs unit also does not have TE certified ceiling protection. Without this equipment, the customer can experience a flood that can cause ceiling damage. Upon inspecting the outdoor unit I found out the unit was not leveled and very dirty. The compressor on this unit is shorted to ground and is causing the electrical breaker to trip. This unit is over 20 years old and has r22 refrigerant. Due to the government mandating that this refrigerant can no longer be manufactured. We do not service this equipment. My recommendations would be to replace the system.

Client has us out today because her outdoor hose bib is constantly dripping, this is the hose bib by the outdoor ac units located by the garage door entrance. Client has stated her water bill has been higher these last two months but with the pool and her gardening she didn’t think much of the increase. During my inspection I found that the home has higher water pressure and that’s directly effecting the water bill and the hose bib dripping. There is also a 2 gallon expansion tank on the system when there should either be 2 or one 5 gallon expansion tank due to her having two 50 gallon water heaters. I presented options and today we went with replacing the prv, as well as installing a new hose bib. All work is done and client is satisfied with the work that was done.

Due to the system being 27 yrs old no repairs are recommended. System is low on R22. Evap coil is completely clogged. Capacitor is bad. Control board is bad. Rescue blower motor wired in to always run. Ducts disconnected in crawl space. Lots of bacterial growth in system. Left system as it was before arrival. No work completed other than troubleshooting.

Came out for leak in guest bathroom gave estimate customer agreed replaced wast twist and trun and overflow trim tested no failure at this time.

Came to a no cool. I found that the r410 system had a bad blower motor and the compressor was amping high. I changed out the blower motor as well as added a hard start. The system was also overcharged with refrigerant so I recovered some of the refrigerant. Check pressures, temperatures, and everything is now working according to specification.

Came out for leak customer installed a new filter himself poked hole in sewer line gave estimate customer agreed open wall to access piping cut out bad section replaced tested no failure at this time. Customer is aware that I poked two holes in wall on back side of repair he said he would fix himself.

Attempted to install a new ceiling fan in the living room, did install a fan rated brace box for the fan in the living room.
