The client declined any repairs or replacement instead he agreed to buy a new thermostat with a censored to putting in his bedroom. Also, he agreed that the return vent needed to be upsize for better air circulation.

When I first scheduled my appointment (on a Thursday) I was told that my soonest appointment would be for Monday. They did reach out to me on Friday morning to let me know a tech would be able to come out that day and look at my garbage disposal. Elijah came out and was very professional. He was able to install my new disposal (which I purchased at Home Depot) in a timely manner. My disposal is working properly. The price for the installation was almost three times the cost of the disposal itself, but was a little cheaper than Home Depot’s installation. I reached out to TE because they have some work for me before and I haven’t had any issues/complaints about their work. I’m giving a 5 star for service, but 4 star for overall experience due to cost.

From the moment I called TE because our ac froze up to the moment TE’s technician Raul ( and his incredibly nice son) finished installing our new ac and furnace I have been beyond impressed! Everyone from phone operators, to office staff, to technicians have been professional, nice, punctual, and so helpful. I have been a TE customer for years (as well as my family) and will never go to anyone else for my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. I will shout it from the rooftops!
