Arrived on site. Homeowner approved to replace the rest of waterlines inside of crawlspace. Waterlines are being crossed over somewhere inside of home. Waterlines were crossed over at three-quarter inch copper waterlines located near second bathroom. Homeowner opted to just replace waterlines inside of crawlspace. Connected to existing drops under crawlspace. Ran three-quarter inch pecks piping from existing PRV that we installed and connected to all cold water supplies. And three-quarter inch pecks from water Heater drop and connected to all hot side fixtures under crawlspace. No leaks at this time. Hot water is going to every fixture and cold water is going to every fixture. No water lines are interconnected.

Arrived on site Homeowner showed me to water Heater located and closet in hallway. Homeowner installed water Heater themselves. Homeowner wants us to connect waterlines to existing cold and hot water lines located in crawlspace. Gave options on redoing piping as well as supporting expansion tank. Ran waterlines that were previously dropped down into crawlspace and connected to existing cold waterlines. Turned on water no leaks at this time. Pressure reducing valves were replaced previous visit. City pressure is 80 psi. House pressure is 65.

Met with owner and set up in the garage. We shut off and pulled the washer out. Shut the water off at the meter and drained the system. Cut and removed the exiting washer supply valves, cut down the existing cast iron drain and capped it. We cut into the 3” cast iron stack, installed a cleanout and tee for the new p-trap. Installed a new washer box, tied to the existing copper with PEX transitions. Ran water and confirmed no leaks or errors. From the cleanout, we ran our flex shaft down the drain line several times while running water. Reset the washer, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. Install a new washing machine drain and abandon the old drain. Tie new PVC drain into 3” cast iron stack in open wall. Add a test tee clean out to stack and run a flex shaft machine through cast iron

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the downstairs garage area where their washing machine is located. Customer experienced a backup from the laundry drain on Thursday and water got onto the floor and through the wall to the bathroom behind the laundry. I ran fixtures in the bathroom which are all draining well at this time. All of the drain lines visible are cast iron. The laundry line is a cast iron standpipe going down into the slab next to a 3” cast iron stack. Gave customer options to clear the laundry line and after getting signature approval began work. Made multiple passes with flexshaft machine and was unable to fully push through the p trap in the slab. Blockage is very hard and after removing the cable there was some mud/rust or dirt on the cable. I informed the customer that I was unable to clear the line and recommended one of our sewer supervisors visits the home to inspect the line and give the custom

Called out for a backed up kitchen sink. Ran a cable throughout the line to clear the back up. Blockage was rust and grease. Recommend sewer supervisor come and look at the pressure fittings, installed behind the wall and replace them out to DWV Tested thoroughly Line is open and flowing at this time.

For this job, I conducted leak detection services as a TGL for Marcus. This is a townhome. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air to the plumbing system via the front hose bib, and then traced from the meter along the water service until I was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak about 4 feet off the front of the meter in the green space before the parking lot across from the front of the townhome. The area where the leak is has been marked with blue flags.

Arrived on site and homeowner approved replacement of the domestic water distribution piping serving the hallway bathroom only. Began by replacing the main water distribution line in the crawlspace and tied the new piping into the existing copper water lines supplying the remainder of the home. Installed new water distribution piping from the main line to the hallway bathroom to provide a reliable water supply. Ran new hot and cold water lines to the shower valve, new hot and cold water lines to the lavatory, and a new cold water supply line to the toilet. All piping was properly routed, secured, and installed in accordance with plumbing standards to ensure dependable operation and improved water flow. Installed and secured a new ice maker supply line to provide a stable connection and help prevent movement or future leaks. To improve system efficiency and reduce the risk of condensation or freezing in the crawlspace, insulated all newly installed water lines. Also replaced the home's

For this job, I worked on returning to the home where we had to replace the meter, disconnect, mass, due to storm damage. Returned to the home to turn on main breaker outside and all breakers inside in the main electrical panel. Everything is working properly. Left several recommendations with the homeowner.

Called out for leak on the outside wall of the back of the house found leak was coming from the drain under the kitchen sink in the wall gave estimate to make repair. Customer agreed cut open section of wall where the drain was cut the drain pipe and installed Fernco fitting tested no leaks at this time.

For this job, we demolished the old meter main set up which was damaged by a fallen tree and replaced it with a new meter main combo and a new service mast in compliance to the NEC. We will return to turn on main breaker and breakers at the electrical panel inside the home once the permit has been processed. We left the roof boot on but due to the damage on the roof, the roofers will replace and fix required areas and they will put on the roof boot once the shingles have been replaced or repaired. we left it ready for them.

Today we installed a 40 gallon Rheem gas water heater to replace the leaking 40 gallon. Water heater was installed with all code upgrades and is working properly at this time.
