Upon arrival, owner stated the upstairs system has not been cooling properly. Found upstairs 2011 up flow system in attic with condenser on left side of home with multiple concerns. Removed dirty filter; owner will replace filter. System leaking refrigerant from inside coil and outside coil. System is in danger of freezing with potential to leak water into attic. It is recommended not to operate system in AC mode due to this. Our best option is to update your upstairs system rather than spend amount of money necessary to attempt keeping system in operation. We have set an appointment for an installation manager Saturday 4/20/24 3-6:00 to come out and talk about updating your upstairs system. Due to the cost of attempting to keep upstairs 2011 system in operation and the likelihood of failure, your best option is update your system.

Brandon & Jimmy were able to come by earlier than first scheduled which was extremely helpful. They found all the problems with the tankless water heater we had installed only two years ago, unfortunately by another company. Learned our lesson, will only use TE going forward. They were able to replace with a better unit and install the proper venting, etc. for less than we had paid for the previous unit. They were very thorough and made sure to update me along the way. I HIGHLY recommend TE for any Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical needs!

Fernando Diaz was the technician who serviced my hot water heater last year 2034. He was in training at the time. He came back this year to service my hot water heater and did an excellent job. This service visit he recommend replacement of the expansion tank. It was filled with water instead of air. Fernando was able to answer my why questions and explained the new code for installation of the expansion tank. He did a very neat job of installing the new expansion tank on the wall in my garage. He included a 5% forever coupon and a 5% discount for plumbing which reduce the price to an awesome affordable price. I look forward to Fernando come next year to service my hot water heater! He was pleasant and professional and he remember he was at my home last year which mean to me he getting to know the customer.
