I hired this company to investigate a possible leak in my home. Based on the initial assessment, all signs indicated there likely was no leak. Despite that, the team decided to dig into my garage floor to search for one. During the process they also told me my water heater was not up to code and that if it were removed, reinstalling it would cost essentially the same as installing a new unit. As a result, I ended up replacing my water heater. Now I am left with a hole in my garage floor that I have to pay someone else to repair, and the new water heater does not heat the water anywhere near as well as the previous one. Overall, I paid a significant amount of money and ended up in a worse situation than when the service started. I’m disappointed with the outcome and feel the work performed did not actually resolve the issue I called about.

Excellent Service

This is the second time we have called TE services to our home. The first involved a plumbing issue and the second an electrical issue. We are exceedingly pleased with their courteous and professional manner. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

We've used TE for years, for heating/ac, electrical, and plumbing. Everyone they send is prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. They don't try to upsale, but will suggest upgrades and fixes for future consideration. We recommend them to everyone. Had another good experience with electrician Kevin Dell today.
