PRV leaking. Pressure was good at 60, so no other fixtures were affected. Replaced PRV & set pressure to 65PSI. While checking water pressure, we smelled gas. Tested fittings at gas meter, to find leak on union. Replaced union and tested again. All found leaks have been corrected. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Client would like the water heater repaired on arrival. Client attempted repair himself before contacting company. on arrival found burner assembly installed at water heater and client explained it’s not working after installing the new parts. Check to make sure client installed all new parts and client did not install the new TRD. Recommend client have the burner assembly removed and the TRD installed with a burner assembly reinstall. Installed all parts supplied by the manufacturer under warranty and tested with no issues. Client provided all parts no warranty on parts only on labor. Cleaned all the soot of the burner chamber for the client. It all worked with pictures.

I needed a doorbell replaced and contacted TE Certified. I had work done with them in the past so they sent out the same repair guy. David and Henry showed up in a timely manner, they gave me about an hour or so notice, and completed the work in a fairly short amount of time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. I had an overall pleasant experience because of their professionalism and was satisfied with the results of their work.
