Drained entire water system and took apart and installed new flushometer for women’s bathroom toilet. Tested and ensured everything is working properly and no leaks are present at this time.

Arrived for today’s visit. Added three pounds to the upstairs unit of 454B refrigerant. Subcool and superheat were left at 8. System is cooling efficiently at departure. Homeowner is aware that the upstairs system will have to be monitored.

Return Visit – Defrost Board Replacement Returned today to install the new defrost control board. After installation, the system was fully tested in both heating and cooling modes to verify proper operation. The system is currently operating properly. During cooling operation, refrigerant pressures and temperatures were checked and the refrigerant charge was adjusted slightly. This is now the third visit where the refrigerant charge has required adjustment. At this time, I found no visible or detectable evidence confirming an active refrigerant leak. Because the charge has required multiple adjustments, we will continue to monitor the refrigerant levels and system performance. On the next visit, the charge should be rechecked and compared with today’s readings to determine whether refrigerant is actually being lost or whether previous adjustments were influenced by operating conditions and heat load. ( HomeCare) Did a thorough evaluation of the electrical system home was only one years old everything is up to code, including safety breakers and smoke detectors in every location. That being said homeowner wanted two outlets added in master bathroom.

Performed blower wheel cleaning, condenser coils cleaning, and upgrade water protection for upper level system. Replaced drain lines for main and upper levels to allow proper pitch and water removal. Systems are currently working.

Performed HC on Rheem HP and Goodman HP systems. Replaced x2 16x20x1 filters. Installed electrical wiring and tightened terminals as needed. Inspected thermostats operation. Inspected heating elements. Inspected amperage on all motors. Inspected blower wheel and coil cleanliness. Inspected ductwork. Inspected starting components and refrigeration pressures/levels. Recommended a run cap contactor and kickstart for basement system and a coil cleaning.

Replaced customer provided filter. Found zoning with no static bypass. 2 rooms are not being conditioned properly. Recommended installing returns. Found dual cap out of specs. Outdoor coil needs to be cleaned.

Troubleshooting microwave and oven circuit

Preformed a pull and reset on guest bath toilet as well as replaced a pop up assembly on guest

Customer has 9 y/o Goodman system that operates for upper level. Noticed that air was leaking from evaporator coil casing. Taped and mastic sealed evaporator coil to prevent air leakage. System inspection found that blower wheel is dirty. Water protection is poor. Drain line is poor pitched. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent growth on evaporator coil and within system. Ductwork sealed. Media filter in fair condition. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Dual capacitor is bad. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working. Recommend HomeCare Program for regular maintenance.

Replaced toilet with a new customer supplied toilet. Replaced PRV and main shut off.

I arrived at the property and the customer originally had a diagnosis from our company that there was a mainline blockage. There was a pre-sold estimate for $589 to perform a mainline assessment by pulling the bathroom toilet in the basement. There was no clear evidence by the shower would be backing up based off the main line having a belly approximately 70 feet away (which is an issue, but not for the shower specifically). I found that there was a shampoo bottle cap in the shower drain with a mini camera. One of my service managers has approved for the drain clearing to be included with the price of the camera assessment because the customer requested for that.

Run cable machine in sink drain leading out onto the wall, clear blockage. Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer was experiencing drain backing up on master bathroom sink and water overflowing from condensation line drain. Ran cable machine from master bathroom to attempt to clear blockage. We were able to successfully clear drain with flex shaft machine. Pulled back gunk buildup from drain line. Tested drain for a long duration of time, clearing successful. Reassembled drain line and tested for leaks. House pressure is reading 110psi. Customer is aware that pressure is high in the house and stated she will call us back out when ready to deal with pressure issue. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Located water leak. It was coming from a 2 inch condensate drain because the drain was backing up.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not Working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found The first floor thermostat ecobee lost the configuration for heat pump System after power outage. By courtesy reset thermostat ecobee for Heat pump and test cooling mode plus add first and second floor to Home network. Recommend routine maintenance this will help To improve efficiency and prevent problems on the system homeowner Is aware of the conditions of the equipment and declined HOMECARE Maintenance plan.
