Noticed gaps in the roofing that need to be properly sealed. Recommend wire mesh covering for flue venting to prevent large insect entry. Secured condensate drain pump with tape and plastic covering to prevent insect attraction. System is currently working.

Wayne did an excellent and thorough job with our electrical outlet update. He improved the outlet installation, brought the impacted breaker up to code and suggested improvements to the electrical box. He also went out of his way to help correctly install and test the new appliance.

Jamie from management was great to work with and very responsive, calling back when he would say he was calling back. Payton and his team were awesome as well. They got in gave a great estimate and installed the Tesla universal charger the same day. They had to go through the roof and out the house about 35 feet. The work was clean and tidy and no issues. They even fixed a loose breaker wire as a bonus. Definitely would recommend them.
