Completed homecare on 2 systems. Checked all electrical and mechanical parts. Tested systems fully from the thermostat. Chemically cleaned both outdoor units. Replaced upstairs condenser fan motor. Replaced main floor dual capacitor. Added 8 inch supply to upstairs master bedroom. Retested all equipment after repairs and systems are operating properly.

Upon arrival customer stated that upstairs system was not coming on and working. After inspection of system found that unit had a failed transformer at indoor unit. Transformer failed due to a bad contactor at the outdoor unit. Advised customer of issue recommended changing transformer, capacitor and contactor, customer approved repairs for today and signed up for two unit homecare. Made repairs for system and unit started up and is cooling properly. Added fuse in between 240volts on transformer. Inside system is cleaning. (16x25x1) system filter was recently changed.

Customer renewed HomeCare Membership. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 15 y/o Trane system that operates for whole house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Drain line is clear. Recommend blower wheel cleaning. Water rinsed mesh filter. Recommend Apco-X Air Scrubber for advanced air purification for whole house. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Water rinsed coils. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

Finish service upgrade

Performed 1 system diagnostic for basement level unit found condensation pump and line clogged. Replaced pvc to pump and replace weak pump, drain water and tested operations. Also added in line switch, wet switch. No other issues found at this time. Customeralso signed up for 3 system homecare. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Install hardwire charger next to panel with new 60 amp breaker Provide standard Tesla charger, install and commission.

Customer called us out for a washing machine drain line stoppage. I was successfully able to remove stoppage by snaking the drain line. I did pull back a little bit of lint from the drain line. Everything else did push out to the main drain line. I tested by running lots of water from the washing machine supply line for at least 10 minutes in the presence of the customer. Everything is draining and operating properly. Customer is very satisfied.

Replace pool breaker for gfci 40 amp 2 pole breaker Install whole home surge protection in each panel Install new 15a safety breaker for garage door and lights that was double lugged on a 20a with bathroom.

Rebuilt price pfister 3 handle shower valves with new rebuild kit inside both bathrooms. Replaced existing PRV and cold water inlet ball valve for existing water heater. Turned water on and tested all work for proper operations and leaks.

Customer called us out for a kitchen sink stoppage. The kitchen sink had a major blockage and no water was draining down. I will have to attempt to remove stoppage by snaking drain line. I was successfully able to remove stoppage by snaking kitchen drain line. I also provided the customer with maintenance recommendations to help prevent such a major clog in the future. Everything is draining properly at this time and the customer is very satisfied.

Arrived found unit leaking water due to clogged drain line, causing water to overflow drain pan and leak into auxiliary pan and outside of auxiliary pan. Also found bad blower motor and module. Have 240 V and 24 V to blower motor. No in-line safety or wet switch. Dirty blower wheel. Pitted contractor. Highly recommend getting quote for system replacement due to age and out of warranty.
