Homecare. Heat and ac checked at the stat. Proper Refrigerant amount, temperature drop is perfect. Customer supplied filter. Could use wet switch upgrade. No problems to note.

Performed full system home care on systems. Tested each system in heating and cooling from tstat, changed filters, and cleared drain lines. While testing the main floor system found the refrigerant levels low, performed an electronic leak search and found the system leaking out of the schrader. Also found no wet switch on the system recently installed in 2020. Replaced the leaking schrader and installed a wet switch. Upstairs system the blower was slightly dirty and subpar flood protection. Found no issues on the mini split on the basement. All systems operating properly at this time.

Replaced shower cartridge in main bathroom

Found a water stain on living room ceiling. Cut sheetrock to find leak comjng from master bath but not from which part of the shower. Cut sheetrock behind the shower to reveal the leak is coming from the tub spout. The shower handle was broken and the master toilet was also running periodically. Replaced the shower valve. Replaced fill valve, flapper and supply line in the master toilet as well.

For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why outdoor outlet stopped working, as well as doorbell and chime. ended up replacing outdoor GFCI and bubble cover, doorbell and chime kit and replaced a customer provided switch in his office. Checked voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. left a recommendation to update main electrical panel due to the age of the panel.

By the time of arrival, client explained that the main unit thermostat is completely dark by running an evaluation for the main system found the condensing pump not able do discharge water.also check upstairs unit. He wanted to know if he was able to use the furnace during the winter we already called them to replace the system but a supervisor we had to come out and make the calculation because they also had a drain leak problem from the condensation on the upstairs system. After I tested the furnace, I had a 10 ppm CO reading so the client wants to get the system replaced as soon as possible. They already applied for the financing. Client would like to have the Plumbers come back and check the bathroom that we worked on. She said the bathroom faucet still leaking.

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 2 systems. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Replaced condensate pump for main level. Added wet switch for water protection for main level. Replaced two customer supplied 16x25x1 filters. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Systems are currently working.
