Attempt to clear toilet blockage in ladies bathroom Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the ladies bathroom and brown water coming into the bowl in the men’s bathroom. Upon arrival the customer stated one of the toilets in the ladies bathroom is clogged and they’ve been seeing brown water in their fixtures. They stated an hvac company had shut the water off due to doing work in the area. We opened the faucets and we saw brown water come out. We notified the customer about this and we ran water for a long period of time to let air and the brown water come out til we saw clear water. We flushed the toilets as well to ensure they had proper drain flow. The toilet in the ladies room was experiencing a clog and we recommended to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We pulled and reset the toilet to clear the blockage and we were successful. We tested the toilet multiple times and they were no signs of a backup. Today we came out to replace the existing 40-gallon gas water heater with a new 50-gallon gas water heater with an extended warranty. We also replaced the homes main water shutoff valve, PRV, and front hose bibb, including the installation of an interior shutoff for the hose bibb. Once all work was completed, we restored the water supply and purged the entire home. All new and accessible connections were thoroughly inspected and tested for leaks. A final water pressure test was performed, and the homes water pressure is now holding at 70 PSI. At this time, all newly installed components are operating properly and all inspected connections are leak-free.

Replace 3x loose outlets

Today’s visit was to replace the thermostat. I checked the wiring and connected the common wire to the furnace. Tested the thermostat wires and it checked good. Installed the customer provided thermostat. Tested operation. I did a safety check on the main floor unit. I found the heat exchanger is cracked. Also the evaporator coil is leaking. No flood protection present either. Gave estimate for flood protection. The upstairs unit is cooling. After discussing things with the homeowner we decided a consultation is best for the main floor unit. Especially due to age and being R22. The system is also undersized on return ductwork. Arrived spoke with customer regarding a couple of concerns he had. Performed full system inspection on one system. Checked indoor unit. Found no in-line safety no wet switch. No gas sediment trap. Has flex gas connector going into furnace. Dirty blower wheel. heat exchanger has surface rust. Flu vent poor condition. 80% furnace in spray foam attic. Ductwork and Plenum in poor condition. Dirty condenser coil. Failing dual capacitor. Compressor very loud on startup. Compressor is failing. Has splice thermostat wire at outdoor unit. System has a lot of issues highly Recommend system upgrade ductwork and Plenum.

Pulled toilet that had been leaking so flooring can be removed that started buckling. Found disposal was leaking internally, replaced disposal with new 3/4 hp badger 5 that we provided

For this job, we worked on providing and installing a Lutron Caseta switch along with a pico for the laundry accessory lights. provided and installed the hub and helped the business owner connect to his cell phone, which we set the lights on a schedule. We had a special order a Caseta switch that will control his main lighting and ceiling fans as he does not have a neutral in those boxes and wants to be able to control them via the app as well. We will return next week so we can complete the job.

Replaced defective stright air thermostat with T1-pro.

Replaced the water heater with a new electric water heater. Installed 2 new ball valve and a thermal expansion tank.

Performed diagnostic for 1 system for the main. Blower was not running. Furnace is 46 years old. Capacitor is below its rating. Leaking duct work poor insulation. No secondary drain pan, no TE standard flood protection. Cracked flue vent piping.

Repaired leaking water line by water meter. Installed new meter connection , dual check valve, and whole house water shut off valve. Removed concrete and filled back with new box in front of meter when work was completed. TE is no responsible for the perfecting of the concrete work.

Customer signed up for 2 system home care. Preformed two system inspection

Commercial job: our client would like a shower system removed from a space to prevent damage from computer servers that will be installed in two weeks. A client prefer for a follow up call to be conducted on Monday for possible scheduling.

Troubleshoot on living outlets not working, customer decide to no get work done at this time.
