The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 5 y/o MrCool system that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to failed blower motor. Replaced ECM blower motor. Blower wheel cleaning needed. No water protection is present. Recommend condensate pump replacement. Significant biological growth presence. Recommend UV BkueTube to target and prevent growth. Pressure levels were normal. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

I have only had my TE Certified HVAC for 10 months and have had over the top positive experiences since my first contact with the sales person, the installers, and now my first service call tech, Jaron. I needed help with several issues, and I am totally satisfied with the service provided.

Devin did all he could to get my hot tub working. I have use TE before and have no complaints. If I need electrical service, I will call these guys again.
