Jeremy was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable about the issue, completed the task efficiently, and was very personable. Moreover, he didn’t try to push additional services on me to get more $. He gave suggestions to prevent the issue I had, and allowed me time to think it over. What a great representative for the company! Will definitely get my business again if needed

Call for leaking king valve, past company came out and informed customer she had a refrigerant leak and needed a new king valve installed to stop the leak. We arrived today and started doing a thorough evaluation of the system. As we worked on the indoor system we found the blower motor was powering off mid cycle, letting us know the relay was faulty as it lost power to the blower motor. We also found both the indoor and outdoor capacitors were weak and need to be replaced to avoid putting stress on the system and possibly causing a failure. We also recommend cleaning the outdoor coil before the heat starts to pickup this year, this will make sure the system can breathe and won’t be under too much load. Finally to bring the system up to our companies standard we recommend installing a wet switch in the pan as well as a safety switch in the system to stop it from flooding the pan and the system if it ever has an issue again.
