We troubleshot the outdoor ceiling fan light not working

Changed the current center light location out and installed a fan rated box and installed two new light locations centered over each half of the garage with keyless style, pull chain, light fixtures switched with the ceiling fan.

I replaced a bulb on an 18ft ceiling

Installed a customer provided dimmer switch

Customer had all the tile removed in their basement level bathroom ready for us to install a new shower valve that we supplied started by turning off the water to the house and draining and then removing the old shower manifold and then cutting a roughly 4“ x 4“ hole for the new showerhead then cut in a new shower valve and piped it all in and installed a new showerhead drop ear 90 and pipe that in as well we then slowly turn the water back onto the house and tested for leaks. There were none we went through the house and checked all fixtures for adequate flow and aeration. No further issues cleaned up and collected payment thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about no hot water. Customer has a 40 gallon gas unit from 2015. Gave options. Customer didn’t want to replace the unit today. Did a trouble shoot on the unit. Attempted to relight pilot. Pilot lit right away without issue and burner kicked on. Let unit run through a full heat cycle and ran water until the burner kicked back on again. Verified there was hot water to the fixtures and the temperature was verified with the customer. In the event the pilot goes out again replacement will be required.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a high water bill. Observed meter and it was spinning. Shut off main valve to the house and the spinning stopped. Checked all toilets and the basement toilet is running. Service valve to the toilet doesn’t work so I was unable to confirm this toilet. Gave options. Customer will schedule job for next week.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak in the front yard. Did an exploratory dig. Found a pin hole on the 1in service line. Gave options. Customer did not want to replace the main service line at this time. Service line was about 4 inches under the dirt and surrounded by roots. The customers xfinity line was hit during the excavation for the water service line and a damage form was filled out. Did a spot repair on the line and restored water to the home. Meter was still spinning and there was a second pinhole on the line. Dug up this area and made another spot repair on the line. Restored water to the home and no further spinning was observed. Area was back filled to rough grade.

Provide and replace Liberty 404 1/3HP under the sink pump. Includes removal and disposal of the old pump, new pump, ball/check combo, installation, testing, and clean-up. Does not include any necessary electrical requirements if not present. Upon arrival we met with customer and were directed to kitchen sink. We removed and disposed of the old Liberty 404 Drain pump and installed a new pump with a new check valve. No leaks or errors at this time. TE Certified provides a lifetime warranty on all repairs.

Troubleshoot back deck not working and replaced outdoor GFCI outlets with WR Gfci outlets and bubble covers

Troubleshoot: Installed a new 15a arc fault breaker to replace the old and weak arc fault for the upstairs bedroom and office.

Blower fan running constantly. Replaced blower motor and thermostat. Tested system in heating and cooling with no other issue. Fan stops after thermostat reaches temperature set.

Today I came out to perform a one-system inspection on a 2023 Goodman heat-pump system. I tested the system in both heating and cooling modes. I also checked the airflow settings, electrical functions, and major system components. As a courtesy, I replaced the customer’s air filter. The system is heating and cooling properly and operating as designed at this time. However, the system does not have adequate flood protection or an indoor air-quality device. I discussed these recommendations with the customer to help protect the home from potential water damage and improve the indoor air quality. Other than those recommendations, there are no issues at this time. The system is ready for the fall season.

Tech was for an inspection on one system the following is what tech has came a crossed. Drain line needing to be cleaned. Uv Ight for evaporator coil. Condenser cleaning chemically. Removing 10 inch and adding 12 inch , system isn’t pulling enough cfm . Spoke with customer about issues. Customer has declined repairs.

We installed a garbage disposal in the kitchen and a new angle stop. We also did a toilet rebuild in the upstairs hall bath.

Troubleshoot why the washing machine is tripping the circuit breaker. Install a single new breaker for the washer as a short term fix until the whole panel is replaced.

We replaced a bad Eaton dual function breaker

No cool on the only system in the house due to system being flat on Freon. Added 1 lb of Freon, to find any leak. Found multiple leaks in the evaporator coil. Evaporator coil will need to be replaced, in order to do a complete diagnostic. Carrier supply house doesn’t have any evaporator coil (410a Freon) available and no estimate on time. Will need to install an ADP coil instead. (14” , 3 tons , up-flow). Customer will contact the builder ( house is 4 years old only) for repair. Sent estimates to replace evaporator coil.
