Job Locations and Reviews

Today I tightened all connection points in the main electrical panel. I also changed an overrated breaker from a 35 to a 30 and change a breaker from a 20 to a 25 both of these breakers go to the AC systems and we’re not correct. I also installed whole home surge protection. The breakers I changed are circuit numbers (2 & 4) and (38 & 40) both two pole.

Upon arrival, the homeowner showed us to the water heater located in the basement. The homeowner states periodic losses of hot water in showers and sinks. With no visible issues to the system or installation, the customer approved tankless diagnostics. We removed the cover and performed a system evaluation and load testing. We did identify the exhaust vent was not fully installed resulting in condensate buildup around the vent collar during extensive use. We were able to successfully adjust the exhaust to proper insertion depth. All systems appear to be fully operational and all parameters are properly set, there are no relevant error codes in the control board. We were unable to re-create the issue at this time. We have advised the homeowner that based on description of the issue this is likely a failing flow sensor of the unit. With the vent issue addressed, if the issue reoccurs we will need to return and replace the flow sensor and perform annual service on the unit.

Tech was out for no cooling . Customer spoke with tag and stated that system was low on refrigerant. He had somebody else come out and add refrigerant now the system is not cooling. Tech performed leak search . When opening up the system there is extremely amount of oil in the evaporator drain pan. Tech continued checking system and found leak in evaporator coil .checked for warranty. Warranty expired 2020 , only a 5 year warranty on system. Called Goodman to get a replacement, Goodman does not have any in stock and they do not have a swap out . Spoke with customer about not able to get the evaporator coil . That it would be best to have an install manager to come out and give quote for a partial system. At this time system is not operating due to part not available.

Homeowner had a water leak in the front yard by his water meter I first did a leak repair and we could not find it. I recommended him to replace the whole line because we don’t know if there could be more leaks beyond this point and he agreed to do it. We bore a new main waterline to the penetration of the house from the water meter and I installed a brand new water meter nipple, dual check valve, courtesy shut off valve and left a threaded 1 inch ball valve for irrigation in the future. We also have the 1 inch pipe sleeved and I replaced the main shut off valve inside the home as a courtesy and silicone put concrete and epoxy on both sides of the penetrations of the home. I tested everything and checked for leaks. After we pressurize the house, there was a high pitched noise coming from the pressure regulator. I recommended the homeowner that we replaced it, but he insisted that we do it in the future not right now.

Replaced toilet with new kholer highline. Tested for leaks and function.

Customer called us out for a kitchen sink that is clogged. I will attempt to remove stoppage by using the snake. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. I filled the kitchen sink three times and let it drain down completely in the presence of the customer. I verified that there are no leaks and that everything is draining properly at this time. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. Customer is very satisfied.

Today on the bathroom remodel, I installed a two gang switch box and to new switch legs, one for a future bath fan and one for a future vanity light. I also installed a 20 amp dedicated circuit for an outlet by the sink. Both circuits are arc fault and ground fault protect protected. I demoed the existing single gang switch and switch leg, outlet box and light fixture for the existing light. At no charge. I also left ample wire for any unforeseen changes that may occur so The boxes can be moved if necessary. Note: the new 20 amp circuit that I ran is circuit number 27 and the existing circuit that I changed the breaker to dual function is circuit number 25

Troubleshot outlets not working, found a faulty GFCI receptacle and replaced it with a proper weather resistant GFCI outlet on the back porch.

Customer called us out for a clogged sink. Inspected sink and recommended clearing with mini jetter. I also recommended replacing the old garbage disposal. Customer agreed with both. I was unable to clear the clog with jetter or tub gun. Sewer supervisor will be coming out to inspect. I removed the old disposal and installed a new one. Tested to see if it worked and all fittings were tight. Cleaned up put everything back under sink.
From the first call - having a live person answer the phone on a Saturday afternoon! - to the final handshake with Ricky, our whole experience was stress free. Ricky and his apprentice, Navy, were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. They did a great job of explaining everything in layman’s terms and kept explaining until I understood. A water leak is never pleasant, but TE Certified took care of us like family. I highly, highly recommend!

Homeowner had water showing in basement ceiling. We exposed the area and discovered a failed cpvc glue joint. Found that water pressure was over 125 psi as well. Replaced PRV, main shutoff, and repaired failed joint with a new one. Tested and checked for leaks. Pressure set to 65 psi.

Lexx was fantastic all the way around. He talked through all the steps of the process for the plumbing work I wanted done, answered all of my questions, and did an amazing job getting the work done quickly with no interruptions to our day.

Troubleshoot disposal not working. Replaced GFCI hardwired romex with the correct quick connect cord, and installed outlet.

During our visit, a new Kohler toilet was installed in the powder room. A new toilet flange was also installed as a courtesy. The gas line for stove was capped in the ceiling below. A new tub spout was also installed in the upstairs hall bathroom. Each repair was tested for leaks after completion.
