Replace main water service line from the meter to within the homes crawlspace. A new whole home shut off valve and a pressure reducing valve were also installed. A new shut off valve was also installed in valve box directly in front of county water meter. Customer understands that water service replacement was performed during wet conditions, and that mud was kept to a minimum, to the best of TE Certified’s abilities.

The issue with the toilet was resolved by the homeowner. While performing a safety evaluation the water flush and expansion tank and water heater shutoff valve were pointed out. Water heater was flushed. A new expansion tank was installed, a new water heater shutoff valve was installed. Homeowner was satisfied.

Upon arrival, customer showed me to the front yard where there was a leak outside the foundation wall. The holes had already been partially dug out by the home owner. With customers approval we exposed the penetration at the wall and dug out the pipe outside the foundation wall, and cut the line. We pulled a new sectio; of 1” Pex under the footer and connected inside the home and to the BluePoly Water service. Once connected we pressurized the line and tested to confirm proper function. Provided estimate to replace the BluePoly Water service.

Completely replaced main water service line from water meter to within the home, in the basement. Original line to the home was found to be blue polybutylene, and had multiple failures throughout line in the yard due to age. A directional boring machine was used in order to install new water service line. A new shut off valve for the home was installed in front of the main water meter outside, as required by code, in a valve box. New penetration through home’s foundation was properly sealed with cement, both on the interior and exterior sides. All underground utilities were properly located prior to work being performed. TE Certified is not responsible for potential damage to any unlocatable utilities, such as customers current irrigation system. TE Certified is also not responsible to repair sheet rock hole that was cut in the guest bedroom, located in the basement. Austin may be the most capable technician I've had come to my house since I purchased it 19 years ago. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but the things he found while doing his initial troubleshooting showed a thoroughness that really impressed me. Because of his proactive actions, some underlying issues with my water pressure were uncovered that may explain some of the issues I've had over the past decade. He was amazing!!
