Upstairs system not cooling, due to bad dual capacitor. Compressor was working, but not the fan motor. Replaced capacitor, and system works. System is running with high head pressure and compressor amperage high, as well. Temperature inside the house is 87 degrees. Customer signed up for home care inspection and will call us in two weeks for home inspection. Cleared drain line and filter is clean. No flood protection for the system and both are located in the attic. Highly recommend to install a wet and in line switch, to prevent water damage in the ceiling, in case of drain line get clogged.

Found kink in pump tubing; unkinked it. System was operating at the end of service call.

Office area unit was not cooling due to a failed capacitor. The classroom unit is leaking refrigerant at a soda joint outside. The main warehouse unit is struggling to start the compressor. All units are dirty and could use a cleaning. This property has over 26 units on site. Today we repair the line said that was leaking and charge the system up, cleaned all the condenser coils outside for this building, added a hard start kit to the main area unit, and replace the failed capacitor to the office area. Tested everything after repairs were done and found no failures at this time.

For this job, I came to diagnose a system that was leaking again. After further inspection, I was able to detect that there was a failed condensate drain pump. I proceeded to show the customer as well as provide estimate to replace it. The customer agreed and I was able to install the new condensate drain pump as well as test it to ensure that everything was working.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today… Call was erroneously as a HVAC recall …not a recall main level unit is operating currently……upstairs system wasn’t running …AC more so outside for Upstairs ..explained this to client and this was cleared up before I proceeded to troubleshoot upstairs system …dead / defective overloaded capacitor ( battery for outdoor unit ) checked charge …it’s 86 degrees upstairs ..will take time to cool as I respectfully relayed to client …unit is operating for cooling ..

Troubleshoot light fixture and replace dimmer

No cool whole home. Found system to have failed dual capacitor not turning compressor on. Found dirty ac, evap coil starting to get dirty, no IAQ, minimal flood protection, wire nuts in air handler. Added Polaris lugs to system and flood protection under warranty as TE installed equipment in 2016. Changed dual capacitor with turbo capacitor. Checked system and tested added safeties. System functioning as designed.

Replace upstairs toilet and clear pop up assembly in downstairs bathroom.

Came in for a no cool call. 13y/o system When arrive indoor system for main floor was running but not the condenser, when testing condenser found electrical components had failed due to a really dirty condenser coil making system over heat and corroding components, after replacing electrical components also notice that compressor was over amping and dragging. Also found same issues with upstairs system, even though system was running, all electrical components were corroded and promo to fail. Let homeowner know about this issues and presented options. Costumer decided to move forward with work. Work was done and tested, system is now working properly Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

breaker replacement for bedroom number six Whole home search protection with bedroom redevice

Fixed water line above the oven. Customer cut his own drywall around the leak. All work was tested and documented with pictures

Troubleshoot customer installed ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a PRV that was leaking from the cap after return from vacation. Current water pressure at the time was about 40 psi which is fairly low, especially at his factory setting. The defective item was replaced and will test for leaks and no leaks. Current water pressure is at 60 psi. An estimate for a stream lab was also left with the client and he stated he would have us out to install it and his new home. This is currently being built.

Troubleshoot breaker tripping for kitchen countertop outlets.

For this job, I came to install two dampers as well as one bypass damper and a new zone control board. I also installed a media cabinet filter.

Performed inspection on one system. Blower wheel is dirty, no ss1 on condensate drain, capacitor for the outdoor system is out of manufacture specs, and recommend upgrading float switch to wet switch to ensure no water issues. Restored flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Flue pipe, gas sediment trap, and gas line are up to code. cleared condensate drain. Replaced (2) 16/25/1 filters. Condenser coil is clean. contactor is in manufacture specs. Refrigerant pressures are good. Disconnect is working properly. Added wet switch/ ss1 to system, chemical cleaned blower wheel, and replaced capacitor for the outdoor system.

Today we came out for only system not working 2022 3.5 ton ac with 2014 carrier 100k furnace. Cycled equipment from thermostats checked operations client just purchased house a few months ago. On ac unit found previous contractor has installed a heat pump instead of straight ac and has bypassed all safeties and defrost board. This is an improper install and equipment needs to be updated from heat pump to straight ac. Scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating

Customer was having issue with her free standing tub faucet in the master bathroom. Did a troubleshoot on the faucet and found that the cartridges are bad allowing water to drip from tub spout. Provided quotes to replace specialty cartridges or to replace the free standing faucet with a new one. The water spot in the kitchen ceiling is not related to today’s visit. The spot is from a previous time where water got onto the floor in the master bathroom. No active leak. Homeowner did not want me to open the ceiling at this time. Will be in touch with the home owner about the quotes. Thank you.
They arrived on time, were knowable about the proiect

Replaced compressor. Pressures tested with nitrogen for leaks, vacuumed system to 699 micron and recharged system. Inspected system, cleared drain line and replaced filter. System is working properly at this time, no issues. Five years warranty on the new compressor.

Performed diagnostic on Nick system. This system is a 2013 Aries condenser unit, older Goodman coil, and a 2002 train furnace. The system is in relatively poor condition and not cooling very well. Condenser coil is very dirty. Contactor was clean the other day by another technician. Recommend replacing it. Upon inspection of the furnace found a failed heat exchanger. As well as a dirty blower assembly. The system is no longer suitable as a source of heat until heat exchanger is either replaced or furnace is replaced. Looks like we have recently visited and gave you a quote for a system. Recommend Moving forward with replacement. Will get quotes on these repairs, but with age and condition it’s simply time to consider replacing it. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Run 20 amp circuit for dehumidifier below panel

Performed diagnostic on three systems. The upstairs was recently replaced by homeowner‘s friend. It is a 2002 Goodman furnace paired with a 2023 offbrand train system. Install was not great. Plenum has come unsealed. The Plenum is now full of biological growth and mildew on the supply side. This Plenum needs to be taken out and replaced. Plenum was never sealed properly during initial install. The drain on the system runs flat across the attic for over 20 feet. There’s really no reason for this. It should have a constant fall all the way through attic. The blower assembly on this unit is very dirty. Furnace is very old as well, and recommend simply replacing it. It is outlived at service life The system has a very low sub cool and very low delta t. This system has a dirty condenser coil. Recommend replacement of furnace and possibly consider replacing whole system. Main level system has significant issues. Furnace is no safe to use. Safety switch has been bypassed. Heat exchanger has t

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Recommend having outdoor fan motor replaced. Recommend having capacitor and contactor replaced. Original components and are way past life span. Could cause failure of operation if not corrected. If you feel that repairs in a 15 yr old unit, scheduling an install supervisor to go over equipment replacement.
