Tested system with water leaking from condensate pump. Pump failed and also shares for two different units down in the basement. Not wired in for the safety. While testing found a duct hanging and not secured. Also subpar fly protection installed in the pans. Today we replaced the single condensate pump and wired in the safeties to each unit. While we were wiring in the safeties to the basement level system, we found that there was an intermittent problem happening for the relay on the control Board. Gave a Gave an option to replace the control board and we would need to order and return to install. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Troubleshoot landscaping lights

Troubleshoot system not cooling. Evap coil leaking refrigerant and deteriorating, System out of warranty, recommend installing new system with a 10 year warranty rather than repairing at a high cost.

Major toilet rebuild included new flush handle, fill valve, flush valve, flapper, new bolts and gaskets. Toilet tested to ensure proper function.

Homeowners have water leaking into the foundation of the wall. Upon investigation found a meter box next to the house where the water main enters the home. When the box was opened water was found spraying from the a tee with two ball valves that has since been abandoned. Cut out the 3/4” tee, valves, and the 1” tee on the main water line and installed couplings and section of PVC to repair. Install new PRV. Pressurized, removed the air from the system, and set the pressure to 70 psi per the homeowners request.

Run Dedicated 20A Circuit to New Dishwasher

Find source of Sheetrock condensation. Leaking is due to water penetration from the roof. Emailed customer pictures and changed filters.

For this job, we installed 4 customer provided wafer lights and installed a switch box and a fan rated box.

Install (6) LED wafer recessed lights in place of fluorescent lights in master closet. Install new customer supplied Ring flood light on left side of home.
