Our client had two gate valves functioning on the front hose for the house. I removed the old gate valves and install two ball valves. One to shut the fixture down and the second one as a drain point for the system. Client also has a future faucet in hallway bathroom that she would like to replace. All work with photos.

Tech performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a 2010 Amana gas furmace: I found that the gas valve was not opening all the time when it was receiving 24 volts from the control board. The gas valve may have a short and is intermittenly failing. One of the times that I tested the system, the furnace control board didnt send proper voltage to the gas valve; the furance board may also be failing as well. I also found that the flue pipe is single wall and not double wall; which is not to code and has tape on the flue pipe joints to help hold it together. Having single wall flue pipe is not code and is a potential saftey hazard. The pan safety switch is also old and should be replaced to prevent future water damage to home. I will send estimates for the repairs mentioned above. The homeowner may want to consider replacing the furance due it age and because the furnace is breaking down and not consistently working. Performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a older model 90% trane furance that heats the mainfloor of the home. I found that the furnace board was flashing 4 flashing indicating that the high limit was open. The furance and high limit were cool to the touch. I checked the high limit with my electrical meter and found that it had failed. I used my inspection camera inside the furance to inspect the heat exchangers and found what appears to be holes in the heat exchangers. I took pictures and video of the hole. I advised the homeonwer of the holes in the heat exchanger and of the failed high limit switch. I advised them for safety reasons and liabilities reasons that (fire/carbon monoxide) I would not replace to failed high limit. They can also call another company to replace the failed high limit; but I would not replace the high limit because I feel that the furance is not safe to operate.
