Tested system, not cooling for the whole home. Found this system freezing up and tested refrigerant levels. The refrigerant levels were fluctuating and going into freezing territory. Found that the evaporator coil had a thick layer of dust/dirt and the blower wheel was also very dirty. Condenser coil also dirty and today we cleaned all three of these components. The unit being dirty was causing the pressures to be low because of a restriction of airflow and not enough air going across the coil. We also installed a UV light inside the system to help prevent growth. Install locking caps on the outdoor unit and replace the lineset insulation. We also installed an in-line float switch along with a wet switch in the pan. After all the repairs were done, we tested the system thoroughly and there are no mechanical Failures at this time.

Rafael was really nice, very professional! He did a great job at diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly for us. Our toddler fell asleep while he was here and Rafael moved in/out and around our house so quietly without being asked. He put on and took off shoe covers every single time he entered and exited the house. He told us about other things his company offers, which we will definitely look into!
