For this job we installed customer supplied ceiling fan in the office. Customer had ordered it for our last visit but it had not arrived yet. Installed new fan on a fan rated box. Everything functions as it should.

Install owner supplied laundry room faucet.

Perform full system inspection on main floor and upstairs system. Tested both systems in heating and cooling from the thermostat, checked the filters, and refrigerant pressures. While testing systems found subpar, flood protection, dirty, condenser coils, and a low capacitor on the main floor system. Today we cleaned both outdoor condenser coils. Also recommended an I-waveR to prevent allergens in the home. Both systems operating at this time.

Inspection, leak in coil. Both prices in the estimates do not include the price reduction for the warranty part. As soon as I get a price on the coil, I will be able to update both estimates. Would also include the 149.00 discount for the return of the inspection fee.

Troubleshoot code 1505 rpm sense loss. Found replacement battery terminal oversized for starter cable. Replaced cable. Verified repair. Serviced unit. Changed spark plugs, oil, oil filter and air filter.

For this job we installed a customer supplied ceiling fan in a bedroom. We also installed a back to back outlet on the closed in back porch for a treadmill. We install a new GFCI device on the outside wall of the porch area for a treadmill. Everything functions as it should, customer is aware he might need to turn air purifier off if they speed is increased in the treadmill.

Troubleshoot foyer no power

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 5 y/o Goodman system that operates for basement level. Noise heard was from failed dual capacitor. Replaced 45/5 MFD capacitor. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Pressure levels were normal. Noticed that blower wheel was dirty. Inadequate form of water protection present. Drain line is incorrect. Informed customer of findings. System is currently working.

Install a halo five. Installed one electric 50 gallon heater on the left in line with the customers original one on the right. Pipe both heaters to code. Add an expansion tank. Two relief lines for each heater to the front of the garage door. Work, tested all work with no leaks. Insulated all exterior waterlines. Water tags are all valves. Customer satisfied. water pressure with 60 psi. Documented all work with pictures.

Up/Main DAIKIN fit heat pump & air handler Full System Max Efficiency and Comfort w/ Duct Modifications . //08/29/24 - Upstairs system - Install APRILAIRE 800 steam humidifier. Installed and tested humidifier. The Daikin Fit system has full control over the humidifier. The APRILAIRE controller is not needed. Controller left in attic if it is ever needed. When it heat mode, the system will operate the humidifier to increase humidity to desired levels. //Remaining balance of $29,059 paid by VISA.

Stop valve for dishwasher will not shut off. Kitchen faucet dripping. Both faucets in master bathroom dripping. Water pressure of home at 93PSI. Replaced PRV and set pressure to 70PSI. Replaced stop valves under kitchen sink.

Ran the k400 down the master bathroom toilet , managed to unclear blockage . Upstairs is running fine now
