For this job, I will work on quoting and installing a whole home surge protector in the customers garage underneath the panel. Tested voltage and connections. Everything is working properly.

Brandon was great, explained his work, and was prompt. He has a great demeanor and was efficient.
Installed exterior portion of grounding system due to it having been cut, internal portion is good. Two ground rods with a continuous run of #4 solid copper wire.

Mike & Jermayne arrived on time & ready to work. They were efficient & knowledgeable about my tankless wayer heater. I truly appreciate their professionalism & workmanship.
The two technicians who serviced my hot water heater provided satisfactory service. They thoroughly explained what was being replaced and why, and made sure I understood the repair process. They were professional and handled the repair in a timely manner.
Came out for tankless flush talked with customer about home care she said yes signed her up customer agreed flushed tankless gave estimates on finding customer wanted to add hammer arristors on washing machine. Added hammer arristors tested no failure at this time.
We arrive back today. We’ve come to fulfill the estimate of installing the new generator interlock kit and new generator plug on the back corner of the house. We first removed the electrical cover panel and installed a new 200 amp CH main breaker to control power to the electrical panel. From there we ran a 6/3 Romex wire up into the attic space and across the attic over to the back corner of the house about 50 feet. Installed the generator 50 amp inlet receptacle on the back corner of the house outside and ran PVC pipe up the wall from that into the attic space. Installed a 50 amp CH double pole breaker in the panel, which will control power from the generator coming into the panel. Made all connections on the main panel and the generator plug. Had to move the furnace 60 amp breaker down to the bottom of the panel in order to make space for the 50 amp breaker which will control power to the generator inlet. To extend the furnace cables I had to install two 1/0 Polaris lugs. Last I i
Joshua & his assistant arrived promptly when promised. They were efficient & very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the fact that they left no mess behind for me to clean.
Call out for back. Master bathroom sink was backed up. Took trap apart clean trap ran cable throughout the line. Blockage was hair and buildup.Tested line open and flowing at this time.
Came out installed new expansion tank and recirculating pump tested no failure at this time

Returned 2/13/2026 to complete all sold work. I installed the reversing valve, ambient temperature sensor and crank case heater. I recovered refrigerant, braised in the reversing valve and filter dryer. and pressure tested the systems for leaks. I found no leaks so I vacuum the systems down to 500 macrons and added the manufacturer’s specified amount of r410a refrigerant. I added a new thermostat as well because it wasn’t functioning properly. I ran the system for 35-45 minutes and the system is currently running to specifications.
Brandon was nice and explained everything I needed to know about my problem. He was helpful and performed the work in a timely manner. I will return once if I need anything else.
