Came out for high water bill found leak at foundation gave estimate customer agreed dig up at home found leak cut out pex replaced with copper new penetration connected back to Cpvc tested no failure at this time
as we arrive today, we had come to do a home inspection so the power could get inspected and turned back on. After doing our inspection, we found multiple things throughout the house that need to be fixed before inspection could be performed. We found a lot of corrosion and burn spots inside of the meter base outside along with corrosion inside of electrical panel on the main lugs. There was also wires coming into the electrical panel through unprotected holes and there were multiple wires underneath the house that were not supported correctly and also open boxes with no covers. Changed out bedroom out ( burnt)
Came out for garbage disposal not working gave estimate customer agreed to attempt to unjam and pressure regulator and upstairs master bathroom sink on left clog. Replaced pressure regulator unjammed disposal and unclogged master bathroom sink tested no failure at this time.
