Install toilets in master bath and guest bath along with a new kitchen faucet.

Customer called us out to checkout a leaking water heater. When we inspected the area we noticed the leak was coming from the expansion tank. The water had leaked into the water heater electrical components so I immediately removed the disconnect to turn power off. I recommended replacing the water heater. The customer agreed to the tankless option so we began work. We removed the old unit and isolated the old recirculating line and capped it off on both sides. We tied all lines back together inside the old utility room. We made connections for hot and cold in the attic above the garage and ran them into the garage. Installed new shutoff, new check valve, new thermal expansion tank. We teed off the 1 inch gas line in the attics and ran into the garage as well and connected to the tankless by installing new shutoff valve, new gas flex, and new drip leg. We ran T&P, condensation drain, and both exhaust and intake to the exterior of the home. We temporarily powered on the unit with a cust

Install four customer supplied dimmer switches. Install 4 new location wafer lights in corners of sitting room decorative ceiling. Reuse existing wiring from switch box to center ceiling box and extend to our new wafer lights.

Homeowner has a 21yr old waterline. My recommendation is for a new service line due to the amount of roots growing around the waterline and the age of the waterline. I provided multiple quotes and homeowner chose a bandaid repair. Now there is no more leak on the mainline currently.

I was called out to check the systems because the upstairs isn’t cooling. The house is under due diligence so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation on the main system we discovered the pan had water and the flood protection was moved outside the pan which will all ow the system to flood the basement, the flood protection is minimal, the airflow wasn’t set correctly, the filter needs replaced, the breaker is oversized, the whip is improper wire, the furnace needs to be leveled so the water can drain properly, the secondary drain needs to be plugged, there are wires inside the furnace that weren’t connected properly allowing live wires to be exposed, the ac needs cleaned and is low on refrigerant, the ac is missits locking caps, the igniter in the furnace is rusted from water dripping on it, there is a duct run that was blocked off, and the ductwork is undersized for the system. On the upstairs system we discovered the ductwork is way undersized, the airflow wasn’t se

System not cooling - upper level - 18 year old builder grade equipment System not cooling due to multiple reasons. The dual power factor enhancer that starts the compressor and fan motor has failed. The electromagnetic contactor is burnt and pitted hindering voltage flow. The fan motor is getting extremely hot. The windings in both the fan motor and compressor are outside of manufacturer parameters. The system operates on R-22 refrigerant. R-22 Refrigerant is no longer available, nor are refrigerant related components. This is due to the Government Mandated Phase Out of the refrigerant. After going over the age, condition, refrigerant type, and no warranty/guarantee of run time due to these conditions, I recommended updating the equipment. The homeowner requested to have an install supervisor come out to go over updating this system. I scheduled this for tomorrow morning 8-10am. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Customer had us out because he was interested in having a recirculating pump installed. After asking the customer about their expectations we made recommendations on the type of pump we should install. The customer agreed and we began work. We turned power and water off to the unit. We cut out a section of piping on the hot side. We installed the comfort pump and reconnected existing plumbing. We installed the crossover tee in the master bathroom. We turned water on, flushed aire from the system and powered of the unit. We ensured proper function then cleaned our mess and collected payment. No issues when we left. Also left estimates for water filtration.

Find reason for power loss for range and dryer Replace failed dual function breaker with NEW dual function breaker. Washing machine.
Great job Andrew.. Very pleased with how well everything looks

Install new customer supplied car charger.

Dug up ground in front of meter to locate leak that was leaking into the meter box. Located a section of pipe with a hole in it that was also bent at an extreme angle. Customer out damaged section of pipe and turned water on to test. Meter was still running. No leak on repaired section of pipe. Attempted to isolate the section between house and the street but isolation valve does not work. Toilets were not leaking and no other was was being ran in home. Quoted replacement of water line s well as a new main shutoff and prv. Water heater was 13 years old. Recommend replacement before unit fails.

Two days ago house had a lightning strike, dug into the system, and found that the outdoor capacitor, contactor and defrost board were damaged, indoor transformer, shorted, fuse blown, thermostat shorted. Client approved all repairs and system working well at this time.

Bad thermostat was preventing the system from running. Equipment has biological growth, compromised heat exchanger, R22 and performance issues. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed a Halo Reverse Osmosis System.

Today I came out and checked the AC system for power. I had 240 V at the disconnect, the breaker the furnace and at the breakers. The thermostat was on, but the unit would not kick on. I had no loss of power at any point. HVAC is scheduled to come out tomorrow.

Search for and expose leak in ceiling of garage. Found pinhole leak on p e x in the ceiling of the garage on the hotline. Turn the water off to the house and drained and repaired section of p.E x hotline and tested by repression rising and priming the lines. No more. Leaks, thank you for choosing.I am trusting t e for your plumbing needs

Lightning struck outside the home and caused two circuits to quit working. When we showed up the kitchen and family room circuits were tripped and wouldn’t reset. We took the wires off the breaker to test the breaker and it still would trip. We replaced both breakers and tested voltage. Everything works as it should. We noticed in the main disconnect that the wire was cut under the lugs and down the sheath. We made new connections and made sure everything was torqued down.

Homeowner had a contractor grade valve and water pressure was at 40 psi and it was on the low side. I let the homeowner know that if he wants pressure increased he can adjust but we can’t touch it or if he wants us to raise the pressure we would have to replace the valve and he proceeded to do the work. I replaced the pressure regulator with a new Watts double chamber valve and set the new one at 65 psi. Tested and checked for leaks.

Lifetime warranty option through TE certified

Homeowner shower is constantly running due to shower cartridge being bad. I replaced the shower cartridge with a new delta cartridge and the shower has stopped running water constantly.

Replaced a customer supplied shower valve and master trap in the bathroom.

Customer called us out for slow draining tubs, sink and running toilets. Toilets I could not get to repeat the problem. Tubs and sink were clogged with hair and soap scum. I recommended cleaning out the stoppers and running a cable machine down for the tubs, and cleaning out the stopper and p trap for the sink. Customer agreed. I removed the p trap and stopper from the sink. Wiped the stopper down and ran paper towels through the p trap and stopper extension. I removed the stopper and over flow cover from both tubs cleaned out the stopper and ran a cable machine down the tubs. I put everything back together tested and cleaned up any left over mess.
