System is short cycling. Found unit to be very low on r410a. Found leak in condensing unit. Called trane to see part availability. There is 1 coil located in the country that is in Arizona. Minimum 1 week shipping. Informed customer of this and suggested replacing unit given cost of repairs and age of unit. Also found burnt contactor+tor and dirty a+ with minimum flood protection. Customer to get quote for replacing ac and coil.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Replaced contactor and thermostat. Tested system operations and system is now operating properly at this time. After checking contactor out of the system there was a huge build up of ants in it.

Found weak capacitor, completed a system inspection and also found compressor to be on caution with my meghom reader. I gave customer quotes for just capacitor with hard start and i also gave customer quote on compressor with cap and hard start and along with option C to replace system. Checked system warranty and system is also out of warranty. informed customer system would work with option a repairs but there is no guarantee for how long. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Search diagnostic to find location of leak. Removed drywall behind upstairs hall bath tub to find leak on cartridge and on shower arm from where customer had installed shower head. We installed new price printer shower cartridge and removed to reinstall shower arm with owner supplied shower head that was recently purchased . After repairing leaks we checked everything several times . There are no more active leaks at this time coming from tub faucet. Installed new access panel behind tub for future access.

There are no words that can explain the experience we had with Dakota and Vincent. I hope that I am not writing this in vane., and that these two gentlemen are informed about this feedback These are two of the most professional, patient, supportive, individuals and technicians that I have ever come across. Because of these two gentlemen, TE had a customer for life !!!! They treated us like we were family, like they had known us their whole lives, explained everything to us in great detail, strategically took their time to brainstorm the best way to address the issues and the work came out fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!
