Homeowner had a failed water line causing damage to the laundry room ceiling. The 1/4 inch poly line ran from the water heater to the fridge and had a saddle valve at the water heater for that line. Removed the failed water line and replaced. Drilled new hole for the water line. Connected and tested the line and checked for leaks. Recommend The Patch Boys to repair the ceiling drywall. Remove light fixture and replace box

No Cool System has a leak at the suction line service valve and a possible leak at the evaporator coil. The ductwork is below grade and in poor condition. The heat exchanger is severely rusted and falling apart. Poor flood protection and the condenser coil is dirty. Due to the condition of the equipment it would be a good time to look into options for replacement.

Relocate oven receptacle

We were called out due to a leak into basement We can see shower arm dripping (left side shower head) in hall bath room shower above. We gave an option to open the ceiling to search for the leak, but the customer states he’d like to replace the shower arm to see if that fixes the issue. Reformed work as per estimate. No further leak is seen at this time. If water leak in ceiling continues, opening the ceiling and wall may be necessary

Met with the owner. The upstairs guest toilet recently clogged. Nothing else is affected. We were able to auger and clear the toilet. We tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. Jan called us out to home In the process to sell home and the buyers home inspector flagged a few issues to her home, today we replaced/installed 3 gfis with reverse polarity and 2 standard duplex devices with the same issue, also separated double tapped neutrals.

Arrived on customer said that she had a leak coming from the downstairs bathroom inform customer that I would have to cut out sheet rock and locate the leak. It was stated that she had this issue before back in January. I provided the customer of the option to make a repair and also suggested replacing the recirculation pump to prevent pin holes on hot side. I also suggested a whole house re-pipe and provided the option to do so. Customer wanted to get back up and running and replaced a recirculation pump and is getting with her insurance company to do a whole house re-pipe in the near future. Pinhole leak was removed and replaced that section of the leak and pump has been replaced and is set up through Wi-Fi/customers phone.

For this job, I came out to a leak in the yard on the main water service. The customer opted to replace the main service, and add a threaded valve in a separate box for the irrigation system to be redone at a later date. We are coming out next Wednesday to perform work.

Customer had broken drain in craw space and had 2 galvanized water pipes going to the bath sink. With customer approval I made all the necessary repairs on the drain system going to the wash station. Also ran new hot and cold to bathroom sink. Issues is resolved thanks for choosing TE Certified.

Arrived for no cool call. Inspected Lennox AC located in attic which services 3 floors by zoning. Inspected thermostats. Inspected blower/blower wheel and starting component. Inspected coils. Measured amperage on all motors. Found system low on charge. Found leak in evaporator coil. Recommended replacing outdoor starting component along with cleaning outdoor coils. Customer moved forward with repairs. Need to return and replace coil.

Upon arrival, we spoke with the homeowner regarding a loud humming noise occurring when running most water fixtures. The homeowner stated that the issue began recently and was first noticed when using the shower or running the washing machine. During our inspection, we checked the home’s water pressure and verified the thermal expansion tank was functioning properly. While running the shower, the water pressure dropped from approximately 45 PSI to below 30 PSI, indicating a failing pressure reducing valve (PRV). The homeowner has owned the property for approximately 8 years and confirmed that the PRV is original to the home. The water heater was replaced within the last 4 years. The homeowner was unsure about the expansion tank, so we tested it and confirmed it is operating as intended. We shut off the water supply at the meter and fully drained the system. We removed the existing main emergency shut-off valve due to an active leak. Once removed, we cut out the failed PRV and re-pip

Arrived on site due to moisture in the ceiling. All plumbing is under the house and hvac system has to be the source of the moisture. We discovered that the system was slowly leaking outside of the plenum and dripping outside of the pan. We found that the fan speed was set extremely high, causing the water droplets coming from the coil to be pulled into the airstream and land outside of the primary drain pan. We dropped fan speed, tested the system and cleaned up all moisture. We let the system run after the modifications and found no moisture outside of the pan. The system is cooling well, temp split is within spec and system has no other concerns. We sealed the plenum with tape and mastic. Systems operational upon departure. Call complete.

I came out and replaced existing electric water heater , existing water heater is in the basement of apartment complex and they’re other water heaters beside the one we replaced the t& p for each water heater was connected I explained to customer that this would fail inspection and need to run a new separate t&p line for the new water heater. Per customer did not want to run new line to exterior of home. I explained if inspection fails we will need to return and run new line outside and it would be an additional charge. Customer acknowledged information given. I ran t&p line into pan being that it is in the basement and there is a sump pump. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot why their upstairs unit has to run all day to maintain 71 degrees. We inspected both systems fully and discovered a list of discrepancies with each. For the upstairs the filter was heavily I,packed and backwards, along with the outdoor coil being completely impacted with years of dirt and debris. We discussed what it would take to restore each unit fully and what would momentarily relieve a considerable amount of stress on the unit and they decided to clean the blower and condenser for the upstairs unit to help it run more efficiency this summer before tackling downstairs repairs shortly down the road. We drafted estimates for all. We confirms each system is operational upon departure. Call complete.

On my visit today, I performed a tankless diagnostic check to find out what is wrong with the tankless water heater and why it is throwing error code 11. Area code 11 means that there is an ignition failure. I got on the phone with Rheem pro tech support to fall through the procedures of diagnosing the tankless water heater and came to the conclusion that the igniter has gone bad and would need to be replaced. There are no parts available within the area to get today and we have to order the part which will come in sometime on Tuesday. I’m gonna have this scheduled for Tuesday 2 to 5 window time to return to put the part in.
