Diagnostic on sunroom. Not connected to previous work. Shared neutral circuit for sun room lost connection. Was able to get lights functioning but outlets will require replacement too function properly.

Removed old Rinnai tankless water heater that has failed due to age and replaced with Navien tankless water heater mounted and secured to the structure of the home and reconfigure venting for the new water heater. Turn water back on to check for any leaks issues with the tankless water heater and to check for functionality of the water heater, sealed penetrations on the exterior wall of the home for flute venting and drain lines. Did not find any leaks or issues with the new tankless water heater and it’s primed and ready for use. Today we installed a light fixture for a picture in the kitchen hall. Extended the circuit and added a new switch leg with a switch and box. Switched standard breaker with dual function breaker, and mounted outside landscape transformer.

Return to install garden tub for customer and replace cartridge for mowan. Single handle shower valve. A customer did not have the necessary valve bodies for the Roman tub. Faucet, they have been ordered and we had to set up a different time to come in and install the valves and the body. Started by turning the water off to the house and replacing the cartridge in the master bathroom shower. We then put in place the roman tub and hooked up the drains and remove the remaining bit of the old jakuzzi tub. Hooked up the drain and installed new stop valves for the hot and cold. Turn the water back onto the house and test it for leaks. No leaks. Scheduled for later on this week for the roman tub. Faucet install. Not heating service call . The system is a 2012 trane 80 k 90 % with a 3 1/2 ton air conditioner. The gas valve is not functional had power and gas but wouldn’t open up . Tested heat exchanger multiple cracks in exchanger. The indoor coil is blocked with debris. There is no flood protection on unit . The unit was a filter inside furnace which has caused dust to enter system. A filter cabinet should be installed on ductwork. The air conditioner is in fair condition. Considering the strain that has been put on system a new installation would be the best cost effective solution . There will be future repairs that will have to be made .

Upon arrival, we met with the homeowner to discuss replacing the kitchen faucet and the main level powder room faucet cartridges on both the hot and cold sides. All materials and equipment were supplied by the homeowner. The homeowner advised that they have lived in the home since 2009. We first removed the existing kitchen faucet and installed the new customer supplied kitchen faucet. This process included isolating the hot and cold water shutoff valves beneath the sink, removing the existing fixture, cleaning the mounting surface, and preparing the area for installation. After the new faucet was installed, all connections were verified, and the fixture was tested for proper operation. The homeowner inspected the completed installation and expressed satisfaction with the appearance and operation of the new kitchen faucet. Homeowner wanted to install a garbage disposal and dishwasher in the basement kitchen. Replaced faucet and installed new single handle kitchen faucet. Installed disposal air switch. Replaced drains to fit the disposal and new Studor vent. Need to return to install valve for dishwasher and secure dishwasher.

New oven circuit

For this job, I capped off the gas line behind the oven. Tested thoroughly ensuring no leaks.

Installed two nest security cameras on right side and back side of house with two outlets for them to plug in to. Also installed nest video doorbell from scratch.

Today I installed a new Kholer toilet in the upstairs guest bathroom. As a courtesy I replaced the angle stop. I tested everything thoroughly ensuring no leaks and proper function. Cleaned up work area.

Performed an Eletrical troubleshoot on the master bathroom outlets. The athrooms upstairs were being controlled by the GFCI outlet in the main level bathroom.

Installed box and chandelier

Ran new 1 inch water service main 1 inch install two customer widespread faucets. Installed a new PRV and shut off valve in the process of the directional bore the irrigation line was damaged. I left exposed per customer. Tested all work for leaks. Let customer,e renown that a lot of dirt washed away where new line enters the home and she will need to get a landscaper to put dirt on the area.

Perform camera diagnostics down, clean out front of home. Located multiple issues with sewer line. Recommend to replace provided quote.

Replace water main from meter to home, bring water main up in garage. Run water across garage and reconnect to existing system.

Service call not heating. The system is a 2022 model Trane furnace and air conditioner. The control was going off on pressure switch code . Removed pressure switch line and cleaned. The furnace came on and run after repair was made . I tested both heating and cooling. Tested flood protection drain and pump . Tested heat exchanger. Troubleshoot flickering lights

I was called out to Christina’s house for a heating issue. Christina has lived here for several years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the system is from 2008 making it past normal life expectancy, the inducer has failed causing the system to not start, the flue pipe has rusted apart with visible holes/cracks, the system doesn’t have any flood protection, the inside of the system is extremely dirty and needs cleaned, the blower and condenser fan motors are worn out, both capacitors have failed their tests, the contactor is burnt/pitted, the drain isn’t supported properly, the breaker for the furnace is oversized, the gas line doesn’t have a sediment trap, the coil outside is corroded nd is falling apart, the coil inside is significantly rusted, and the supply ductwork is broken in the floor. Due to the obsolete installation, old age, and cost of potential repairs replacement is a viable option to update the system to today’s standards.
