Austin from TE provided excellent service. From the moment he arrived, he was thoughtful in his analysis, taking time to explain his process and the solution options. Austin supported us as we made our decision, managing each step of the process. When he arrived to do the work, there was a threat of rain but he didn’t let the weather slow him down. He found the leak in our front yard, completed the repair, walked me through his repairs and then double checked his work to ensure everything was complete and that there were no remaining leaks. I was impressed and thankful that Austin was assigned our job and we will ask for him in the future for any of our plumbing needs

Excellent service!

The installation of the system had several glitches that had to be addressed. The cleanup was mediocre. Unfortunately, the system isn’t working properly and had to be shut down. My upstairs was in the 60s while my downstairs was in the 80s. Still waiting for TE Certified to return to address the problem.
