The crew arrived the next day and quickly fixed the issue I had with my garage door. They pointed out other issues but didn’t force any up sell. I recommend.

This is the second plumbing issue we’ve had in 3 months and in both cases, Austin and TE Certified were there to solve our problem. Austin is great at diagnosing and explaining the issue, offering options and delivering a solution that resolves the problem while considering our budget concerns. Appointment scheduling was very easy; the plumber (JR) arrived early, listened well and was clear on what needed to be done. The work moved along really well and couldn't be happier with the results. Having been through lots of house's under construction and watched This Old House for many years it was clear that JR's work included the little things that make for a quality job. A bit pricey but likely a sign of the times these days to work with a quality group.

Austin from TE provided excellent service. From the moment he arrived, he was thoughtful in his analysis, taking time to explain his process and the solution options. Austin supported us as we made our decision, managing each step of the process. When he arrived to do the work, there was a threat of rain but he didn’t let the weather slow him down. He found the leak in our front yard, completed the repair, walked me through his repairs and then double checked his work to ensure everything was complete and that there were no remaining leaks. I was impressed and thankful that Austin was assigned our job and we will ask for him in the future for any of our plumbing needs
