Replace 50 gallon water here with 55 gallon water heater (12 year warranty), upsize venting to water heater, replace T&P line from water heater to outside, replace PRV, install recirculating pump on water heater.

Troubleshoot

Homeowner called about a water leak in the garage. I troubleshoot the issue and saw that there was water coming out of the foundation and she did let me know that there is a whole puddle right below the water heater. I checked the piping below the water heater to see if there was any leaks in right above the water heater and the drains and I saw no visible leaks. I also noticed that there was water coming out from the plywood where the copper pipes are strapped. I recommended the homeowner to call foundation company to check whether we have a foundation leak or not before we can make any other assumptions.

Chris did a great job diagnosing a leak in the yard with minimal digging. He was very thoughtful in his approach and only dug as needed. He also installed a Halo 5 which provides excellent water not only for drinking but for showering, maintaining pipes and other plumbing. Realized today the water is the best because the ice is filtered as well! Also no maintenance needed! Win, Win!!!

Performed troubleshoot on upstairs toilet that was running. Customer said he had tired to repair toilet himself. Found that flush valve seal wasn’t installed properly. Installed flush valve seal properly and tested toilet. Toilet functioned as it should at this time

Repaired leak in front yard on water main, directly in front of water meter. Compression flow control irrigation tie-in was leaking. Also, installed new Halo 5 whole house water filtration and conditioning system in the basement with external bypass valves. Restored water to the home and bled air from the plumbing system. All work performed was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work area.

Replaced four lights throughout home

Arrived on site to look at breakers tripping randomly. Upon inspection, I notice the home has Eaton CH breakers. I recommended replacing the afci and gfci breakers to newer generation. I also noticed some discoloration at the main electrical panel along with damage to the main neutral wire. I also went through and checked connections on devices in the kitchen, laundry, and main floor bathroom. The kitchen and laundry had connections wrapped around the screws while the bathroom had back stabbed connections. I recommended a whole home redevice. The homeowners also have a 240v outlet for their Tesla that is not gfci protected. I recommended installing a gfci breaker for that circuit. I also noticed damage to the main service wires coming into the home. I recommended stripping back the wires and reconnecting them to the panel. I could not recreate the bathroom lights flickering. I recommended to install new light bulbs and if the problem persists, then replace the fixtures.

Check power to post lights Replace exterior GFCI outlet

Pinhole leak was coming from the utility room on the the Recirc line and one of our techs were out here 2022 and replace the piping for it but the leak was coming at a different section of the Recirc line and I quoted the homeowner to repair the leak from the shutoff to the copper transition fitting and he went ahead and did the repair only today. Left homeowner quotes on re-piping the whole home due to defective material on the piping and replacing the water heater. Tested and check for leaks.

Installed (4x) LED trims, (2x) remodel can housings, Ran wire from two existing cans to two new cans, replaced light switch with dimmer and installed arc fault breaker on circuit.

Replaced section of water pipe under the slab. Removed concrete, disconnected polybutylene water pipe on both ends, installed new pex pipe, connected to existing pipe in the walls, and tested for leaks. Concrete was put back to 1/4” below finished level.

Run a new switch leg from the existing switch to the ceiling for a new light we will install and the customer supplied.

Installed a new switch leg for the bedroom light fixture. We installed a new two gang box. One switch is for the overhead light and the other is for the switched receptacle. We installed the new wire to the light and hooked the new light up. We also removed the existing constant power wire that was going to the light and installed a junction box in the attic. We installed a new arc fault breaker for this circuit in the main electrical panel. We tried fixing the excessively stripped wire feeding the main panel. The lug is seized and wouldn’t break loose. We informed the homeowner about a panel upgrade. She is not interested at this time as she is trying to sell the home.

One system, home care inspection, one year old. Tested system I. Heat and cool, cleared drain line, replaced filter. System is working properly, in heat and cool. Recommend to install uv blue tube, to give better air quality to the house, and protect the equipment, as well.
