For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. He has had repairs done to this line before/blue poly line/he also has an irrigation system in his yard that he was unaware of the location of the master shut off. Throughout my leak search investigation, I discovered there was no leaks in the crawlspace no faucet leaking no running toilets. We isolated the main service between the shut off in the basement, and the meter. This is a main service leak. The homeowner also advised me that the last repair he had on the line revealed that the line is over 5 feet deep.

For this job, I worked on doing a panel restoration changing a breaker in the attic disconnect and install installing a whole home surge protector.

Run closet auger inside toilet customer called us out for a clogged up toilet. Toilet has been clogged up for several days now. Upon arrival, we tested for a mainline blockage by running water in same bathroom sink and running water in fixtures inside the other restroom. There was no reaction from problem toilet indicating that blockage was inside toilet. Ran closet auger to clear blockage. Pulled back feminine hygiene products. Ran closet auger several times afterwards to make sure that there was no other blockage inside. After clearing, we tested it by flushing with and without toilet paper. Did not see any signs of system stacking up again. Clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater

Performed 1 system diagnostic found unit slightly low on charge. System was cooling but not keeping up. No te flood protection ,dirty blower, rusted evap coil, multiple splices in the low voltage. Unit is over 10 years old customer did not want a qoute for replacement at this time. Only would like a charge up. Customer is aware there is no warranty for charge. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

I arrived to the customers home and performed a homebuyer camera inspection to assess the conditioning of the sewer lines. I first tried to look for an outdoor clean out access, which they did not have. I removed the master bathroom toilet to run a camera through the toilet flange. At first there was a minor belly on the closet bend which did not exceed the length of 5 feet (minor belly). All of the drain and sewer line appeared to be replaced and PVC. They appeared to be in great condition. There was one issue found at the county tap where there was a separation which I would assume to be because of a non-code approved being used underground. The customer was advised that they should have to clean out access points installed outside one is it exits the home with a two way clean out and a sewer popper cap. Secondly I’d recommend the tap repair be made for the risk of no sewage backups along with a 6 inch county access point which is what local jurisdiction code requires. The estimates

Customer has 9 y/o AireFlo system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in basement. System was not working properly due to failed condensate pump. Vinyl tubing needs replacement. Noticed that safety for condensate pump was missing. No water protection present. Blower wheel cleaning needed. 6x25x1 filter very dirty. Informed customer of all findings. Customer will replace condensate pump along with vinyl tubing.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Upon arrival customer stated that system was not cooling home properly, stated that outdoor unit was not coming on. Gas furnace is around 30 years old, ac and coil is 25 years old. Did full evaluation of system found that system has failed compressor, and capacitor at outdoor unit. Outdoor contactor is very pitted and burnt. Condenser coils very clogged and dirty. Outdoor disconnect is by passed from main panel which is causing breaker to over heat. Checked indoor unit, furnace is in bad shape, system is rusted, natural draft furnace, flue pipe very rusted, evaporator coil is rusted, rust is falling into drain line. Advised customer that system is obsolete and that repairs for system can not be given due to we don’t carry the r22 refrigerant, and parts within the refrigerant circuit would not be available. Recommended speaking with our install supervisor about updating system. Customer approved appointment. Called office and scheduled. System is not working. Advised customer that water

Run new gas line and gas connection for grill in backyard, demo existing grill Rebuild drain drainage underneath the kitchen sink to accommodate disposal, supply and install disposal. Does not include any electrical work required to power said disposal. Replace washing machine box, including both valves and drain connection as well as the actual box.

Troubleshoot/Replaced switches in stair case and main bedroom

For this job we installed customer supplied smart switches and corrected the splices in the electrical boxes to use a pico 3 way switch. Tested the switches and paired the wireless pico. Everything is working properly.

Installed outlet next to panel and replace bad breaker

Upon arrival customer stated that main level system had not been cooling properly and was freezing. System is 18 years old. Did full Elliot system found that system is low on refrigerant which is causing the unit to freeze. Evaporator coil is very rusted. Showed customer findings on equipment. Advised customer that system is obsolete and can not provide repair estimates for system. Recommended speaking with our install supervisor about updating system, customer approved to have done. Called office to schedule. System is not working at this time.

Troubleshoot outlet

Installed pressure reducing valve near main water shutoff. Removed old pressure reducing valve in ceiling and reconnected pipe. Installed new delta faucets in downstairs bathroom and main floor hallway bathroom. Installed new 4-gallon expansion tank in basement mechanical room. Left quote to replace two 40 gallon water heaters that are 18 years old.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 24 y/o Amana furnace matched with 18 y/o Amana AC that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Contactor was also bad. Replaced 50/5 MFD capacitor and 1-pole contactor. Condenser coils are very dirty. Pressure levels for R22 system are very high. Furnace is in very poor condition. Advised customer to seek options for system upgrade, but quote was declined at this time.
