Install ceiling fan

Replaced 45 amp breakers for airhandlers to 30 amp breakers. Confirmed operation system is cooling at this time. Recommended flood protection for both systems.

For this job, we worked on providing and installing two brand new 60 amp circuits to future air curtains that will be installed next week. They are three phase units along with a ground wire. ground wire could have been ten gauge, but I ran number eight just to be safer. We left the breakers in the off position along with the disconnects and the wires are capped off. I left my card and information so if they have any questions during install, I am here to help. We tested connections and voltage after completing, and they are ready to go.

Customer called about an estimate for two new hose bibs that are frost freeze preventive. TE arrived and inspected hose bibs and crawlspace of home. Proposed replacement of hose bibs as well as a few corrections on water piping crawlspace. Replaced hose bibs and tested for leaks.

Run new dedicated circuits for dehumidifier, space heater and lights

Has leaking AquaSource faucet in master bathroom double vanity. Was able to find aftermarket replacement parts but they would have to be shipped out and we would have to return at a future date to repair. Homeowner instead wants to replace the faucets with new ones as they see more value you in doing so. Recommended Price Pfister Ladera faucets to them. After troubleshooting faucets, put them back together and made homeowner aware that the leak has gotten worse, so stops are currently off at that particular faucet.

Came out due to the customer’s concern about excessive noise coming from the outdoor condenser. Upon startup in cooling mode, the condenser was producing a loud vibration/noise. I tightened the condenser fan mounting screws and cabinet screws, which reduced some of the vibration, but the condenser fan motor still had noticeable wobble. The condenser fan motor was replaced, and after replacement the system was restarted and tested. The excessive noise completely disappeared, confirming the fan motor was the source of the concern. I also completed an inspection of the indoor equipment. The indoor unit is in good overall condition. The blower motor and blower assembly were clean, the drain pan was in good condition, and the ductwork appeared to be properly sized. The system is zoned, and both zones were open and operating during the inspection. The condensate drain line is secure but should be re-pitched to improve proper drainage. The system currently does not have TE Certified flood

Pulled downstairs toilet to retrieve stuck object

Upon arrival tested multiple faucets at 108 degrees. Swapped out moen cartridges in both shower and tub valves. Ran water from multiple fixtures for several minutes and tested temperature around 118-121 with homeowner.

Installing 2 fans

Put garage panel back together for detached garage and reroute cut wiring to reach panel

Customer called about a shower issue. TE arrived and inspected shower in main bathroom. Flow control on valve is not functioning properly. Advised to replace shower cartridge. Home is safe at 45psi and water heater is about 2 years old. Shut water off to home and drained system. Replaced delta shower cartridge. Tested for leaks and adjusted temp settings on cartridge. Caulked trim of shower and please allow a 18hr drying period for caulking.

Replace sub panel in basement

Performed customer 1 system fall heat homecare maintenance check. Changed (20x25x4) media filter Gas furnace is 10 months old, ac and coil is 10 months old. Checked over all operations of system, blower wheel is clean, inside system is clean, cleaned pressure switch tube port and flame sensor. Condensate pump is working properly. All duct work is secured and sealed to system. Advised customer that upon entering crawl space noticed that the Uv light bulb was not working and red error light was activated. Advised customer that system was ready for a bulb change. Gave customer estimate, customer declined recommendations at this time. Will check with company who installed system first before having us change. Everything with system working properly at this time.

I worked on replacing existing fill valve and supply line for main floor hallway bathroom

For this job, I came to look at a system in which we installed. The customer customer stated that the unit would intermittently work, but the pump was giving issues and he thinks it was due to the vinyl tubing being jammed in the dirt, potentially clogging the system. I proceeded to inspect the tub and what I did was run the tubing into a PVC to avoid being clogged. Powered unit tested and also replaced the filter that was dirty. I began to express the importance of joining the homecare membership to help keep the warranty. The customer fully understood and signed up to join our homecare maintenance plan. For this job, it was required to replace a 23 year-old electric water heater. This unit has been replaced and tested for leaks and no leak have been found. I also replaced our clients PRV that was restricting pressure. New pressure is 60 psi versus 40. Client was scheduled second half of estimate once they are back in town.

Attempt to clear toilet blockage on 2nd floor Customer called us out for a toilet blockage. Upon arrival I met with the homeowner and they explained to me that their hallway toilet on the 2nd floor was experiencing a blockage. They stated they attempted to restore flow on their own but were unsuccessful. We first started by testing the bathroom group to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on and after running water for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. We tested the rest of the fixtures in the home and there were no signs of a blockage present. We recommended to the customer to attempt to clear the blockage and they agreed. We used our closet auger to attempt to restore flow and we were successful after multiple attempts. We tested our work by flushing with and without toilet paper and everything was flowing.
