On arrival, client explained his Navien 240 A unit is coding a E110. Client explaining made several attempts to repair the unit and was unsuccessful after talking to manufacture which recommended calling a professional. Recommend client have the diagnostics performed on the tankless water heater to see if the unit can be repaired. Manufacturer gave some part numbers that need to be installed that are not covered on your manufacture warranty due to the age of the unit which is 13 years old. Client needs a vent pipe modification performed, separation of T&P discharge /condensation line, and increasing the gas line size. Found multiple installation errors and also multiple problems inside the cabinet. Recommend client replace the unit due to the amount of corrections that may need to be made to have the unit up and running. Customer has 17 y/o Payne heat pump system that operates for whole house. HVAC noise was caused by failing compressor. Low pressure levels indicate loss of refrigerant. R22 based system. Rusted evaporator coil. Significant biological growth presence. Numerous failing components. Outdoor disconnect was placed back in OFF position to avoid noise. Customer has 24 y/o Carrier system that operates for main level. Humidifier drain tubing was not properly secured into condensate pump. Older condensate pump vinyl tubing was not removed causing settled water to flow back into system area. Removed old vinyl tubing completely. Noticed system is past life expectancy and experiencing numerous failing components. Media filter is dirty. Blower wheel is dirty. Ignitor is in poor condition. No form of water protection. Recommend customer to seek options to upgrade system.

David and DJ did a great job switching out a 40 amp circuit for the 30 that was in there. This was to accommodate a new wall oven. They were both not only knowledgeable and professional they were pleasant, polite and truly a pleasure to work with. They did the install of the new oven and did it perfectly and saved us a lot of money that Home Depot was going to charge. If you use TE I recommend requesting them although I’m sure all their techs are just as good.We will call TE again if we have any electrical issues. Thank you so much

I contacted TE to schedule an electrician to evaluate and repair an in-shower exhaust fan/light fixture. I am a returning customer and have had nothing but excellent service in the past. Hubert Klejzerowicz was the electrician who was scheduled for the repair. Scheduling the appointment was pleasant and easy and I was able to get a date within 72 hours of placing my request. Hubert has provided service for me in the past and I actually was delighted that he was returning. He provided his usual, excellent service and also was kind enough to attend to a burned out can light as a courtesy to me. I am very grateful for his wonderful service and will ask for him by name as needs arise. I am quite happy with the service I receive from TE and remain a loyal customer!

I contacted TE to schedule a plumber to evaluate and repair a malfunctioning shower body spray. Scheduling was easy and within 72 hours Luis Arvizu arrived to provide service. He politely telephoned to advise about his ETA and arrived as promised. I briefly explained the problem and within 10 minutes he was able to explain exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem and was off to care for someone else! Quick, efficient and completely corrected the problem. He was incredibly professional, pleasant and respectful and thorough. I could not have been happier!
