I contacted TE to schedule an electrician to evaluate and repair an in-shower exhaust fan/light fixture. I am a returning customer and have had nothing but excellent service in the past. Hubert Klejzerowicz was the electrician who was scheduled for the repair. Scheduling the appointment was pleasant and easy and I was able to get a date within 72 hours of placing my request. Hubert has provided service for me in the past and I actually was delighted that he was returning. He provided his usual, excellent service and also was kind enough to attend to a burned out can light as a courtesy to me. I am very grateful for his wonderful service and will ask for him by name as needs arise. I am quite happy with the service I receive from TE and remain a loyal customer!

I contacted TE to schedule a plumber to evaluate and repair a malfunctioning shower body spray. Scheduling was easy and within 72 hours Luis Arvizu arrived to provide service. He politely telephoned to advise about his ETA and arrived as promised. I briefly explained the problem and within 10 minutes he was able to explain exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem and was off to care for someone else! Quick, efficient and completely corrected the problem. He was incredibly professional, pleasant and respectful and thorough. I could not have been happier! 'Definitely will have TE on speed dial as needs arise! Thank you!

Phil is a pleasure to have work on electrical issues when they occur. He communicates his arrival time and is always courteous. He explains the issues and options. He has done several repairs for us and we specifically ask for him when service is needed.

Professional, polite, and got the job done right!!

Our downstairs AC stopped working suddenly and I was able to get an appointment with TE certified the next day. The technician was able to repair the issue quickly and while he was helping me learn about filter sizes for both of our units, he noticed that the upstairs unit had a clogged condensation line. The clog had caused water to leak and the overflow filled the floor pan to capacity. Thankfully it did not flood the floors and leak onto the ceiling below!!! The technician was able to fix this issue as well. I am so grateful that he noticed the clog and backed up water (not what he was called out for originally) and fixed the problem. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Dalton! You are appreciated. I would also like to add that TE was excellent about communicating prior to the appointment with updates on time of arrival for service and the technician’s information and photo. Had a great experience all around.

I am so glad that I trusted the reviews I saw and requested service from TE Certified! Everyone was super communicative in offering an earlier time to come to my home, several updates on the day of service saying the technician would be arriving during the “beginning to middle” of the service window. Also I received a very detailed overview of the technician coming to my home. Then when Chadwick showed up to provide his expertise he continued the outstanding customer experience. He was respectful, humorous, he thoughtfully explained everything and didn’t try to oversell me on more than the service I had originally requested. This made it easy to trust his recommendation to fix an additional piece of my shower. He also tested everything to make sure the problem was fixed. I definitely recommend working with this company and especially Chadwick!

I cannot begin to express the unparalleled service I received from Jayden. Never before, has a technician, first and foremost expressed both in words and actions his respect and pride in his company. From the first call to TE, to the next day service, to the communication of when Jayden would arrive was exceptional. He was pleasant and above all, listened intently to my issues, asking pertinent questions prior to his looking at my HVAC. He worked diligently and tirelessly to ensure he remedied my problems. No other service has EVER taken the time to THINK through the process. He NEVER tried to sell me anything unnecessary. His mission was to diagnose and then explain the problem. He then outlined what was causing the problem and fixed it. He was here for HOURS!!! Several companies have come out to investigate prior and after 30 minutes, told me I needed thousands of dollars to fix or replace my system. Jayden did not comment on the others or put them down in any way. Teams are only as good as their leadership. Clearly, TE values their workmanship and the time involved over making a fast dollar. I will go nowhere else for my HVAC, plumbing or electrical. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
