For this job I completed a one system Homecare. I tested the unit and all of its functions to ensure everything was working. I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower wheel , burners , and ductwork. I cleared the drain lines with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all its electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained my findings to the customer and provided estimates.

For this job is required to me to perform a Minor rebuild on our clients toilet in the primary bedroom. I also diagnose two outdoor frost, free faucets. Our clients toilet is not working perfectly however, a second visit it’s gonna be needed to repair the faucet after the repair parts are research found and ordered
Customer dropped a spray bottle down the toilet customer ended up wanting to just replace the toilet so they’re going to go buy a toilet from Home Depot and have us install a new toilet, the toilet I need the bar needs to be a (12 inch Rough in ) and they asked for some good brands. I recommended Kohler and if they go to Home Depot or Kohler highline is a good , we will be back tomorrow 9 to 11 to install the toilet , I installed the toilet and after testing the toilet had no leaks. My only concern was the toilet flange was a little bit too low so I had to shim the back of the toilet. I did let the customer know that I recommended replacing the toilet flange, but she said that since it secured she will end up just scheduling it next week for us to replace the flange so she will call the service tech to come out to have that done and then that will be 100% worry free, the toilet is flushing, normally with no leaks and no rocks due to shimming

Our client had a gas leak on an 1-1/4” steel pipe that was installed approximately 10 years ago, underground near her Generac generator. This particular fuel line may have more defective piping in the system. The line is currently being capped to restore gas service back to home. A couple estimates have been left with a client and one would be modified as the official material quote for the repair comes in. An update will be conducted in a couple of days.
Arrived on site and was directed by the homeowner to the second-floor hallway bathroom, where a leak was occurring at the base of the toilet. Upon inspection, identified that the leak was coming from the toilet bolt connections and the gasket seal. The toilet was a Glacier Bay unit, and the existing hardware showed signs of wear and failure. Presented the homeowner with multiple repair options, and upon approval, proceeded with rebuilding the toilet mounting system. Removed the existing bolts and gasket, then installed new toilet bolts and a replacement gasket to ensure a proper seal between the tank and bowl. Additionally, replaced the fill valve to improve internal tank operation and prevent future issues. After completing the repairs, restored water supply and conducted thorough testing by flushing the toilet multiple times and inspecting all connection points. Verified that the toilet is functioning properly with no leaks present at this time.

Jason and Jose did a great job making my home safer today. They explained everything very clearly and did a thorough job, including clean-up!
I was confronting the worst homeowner disaster that I have ever encountered: a main line sewage blockage that completely put an end to the proper functioning of my household. First came Joshuia and Cameron to my home, who did an expert job of attempting to remove the blockage, but the problem required greater intervention. Then came Adam two days later, who came to my home with a camera and did a thorough and detailed analysis of the actual problem and offered insightful and reasonable options to resolve the issue. The next day, the team comprised of Charles, Cordero, and Erik, who spent the entire day digging, cutting out roots and other debris that had caused the blockage, and installing a brand new solution that 100% fixed the problem. While I must admit that I was very much dreading the expense, the inconvenience, and the stress of this project, all these gentlemen went way above and beyond to make sure that my system was working properly. Their friendliness, professionalism, empathy, and promptness have now caused me to decide to switch to TE for all my future home needs. Bravo, guys!!!!
