10 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 10 years with Homecare).
Upon arrival customer stated that system was not coming on and cooling properly. Did full evaluation of system. Found that fuse was blown at control board. The outdoor wire for ac unit was bad causing the short. Furnace is in very bad shape, blower wheel extremely clogged, blower motor capacitor is bad, inside system is very dirty, unit is rusting and falling apart. (12x24x1) system filter was very clogged. Checked outdoor unit capacitor and contactor tested good, capacitor tested good, condenser coils are dirty. Gave customer estimate for repairs customer approved to have low voltage wires repaired today. Customer declined other estimates at this time. Do recommend updating aged furnance. Customer declined recommendations at this time. Repaired system and unit is back up and cooling. Customer did advise me about water build up behind system, this is potentially from system freezing due to clogged filter, customer was keeping thermostat at 50 degrees, and low air flow from dirty blowe

Our client had thermal expansion issues due to a bad application of an expansion tank. Client water heater was replaced by previous plumber as well as PRV, but did not change the expansion taken. Also use a shark bite slip Tee. The defective items have been replaced as well as the water heater has been brought up to code. Clients water pressure is 45 psi and the home has been purged of air and debris.
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the hvac system is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I Found the hvac system Lennox 3 ton capacity 3 Years old horizontal Position is low on refrigerant charge performed courtesy leak search and Indoor evaporator coil is leaking refrigerant system is 3 years old I called manufacture and Parts still under warranty for 5 years only. But Labor Refrigerant and miscellaneous are not cover. Customer will be responsible for all this items. Homeowner declined any repairs at this time and he needs to speak with his wife and then will call us back with final decision. Thanks for choosing te certified.
Line location and dugout the old PRV, adjusted the new PRV to 65 psi
Replaced smoke and carbon detectors
Panel replacement, replaced existing smoke/carbon detectors, fixed j- boxes in the attic, demolished hallway lights and wire in the basement.
Completed quoted repairs installed emergency wet pan switch. Customer only wanted to have safety switch installed for next homeowner. Customer is moving tomorrow. System is back up and cooling.
Install the customer supplied automatic water shutoff valve in main copper water line. Also install a new 3/4” Watts25 brass pressure regulator valve. This will be install on the vertical water line. Install new 50 gallon Rheem gas water heater and bring everything up to code. INSTALLATION:Installed customer supplied automatic shutoff in main right after the new PRV and main shut off that was installed.Installed new shutoff for hose Bibb as well and installed a new 50 gallon Rheem gas water heater with new metal pan and strapped new expansion tank .
7-1 - lvm sms to schedule for tomorrow 8-10 Performed schedule work and tested everything. Compressor is still drawing high amps and let Custimer know. Will follow up Monday if any other issues come up Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Ran diagnostic on 50 gallon electric water heater in crawlspace. No hot water was due to breaker being off in panel box. Proper voltage (233V) were running to both elements in water heater. Lower element and thermostat were heavily corroded and thermostat did not kick on despite having power to it. Top element had 19 amps running through it. Lower element had 0 amps. Recommendation is to replace water heater as it is out of warranty, and replacing parts could lead to potential leaks.
Replace disposal with 3/4 hp unit and repipe for efficiency
LED ballast bypass for basement craft room fixture . Ballast went out on the fixture .
Customer says AC is not keeping up. Inspected Guardian AC located in crawl space which services whole house. Found 1” filter rack not filtering properly duct and pet dander have covered blower assembly and blower wheel. Recommended Aprilaire media cabinet. Found restriction in refrigeration cycle with faulty expansion valve. Recommended replacing valve. System is 3 tons and only has 1 12” run. Recommended cutting out 4 hardwood floor cut outs to install 4 10” returns. Customer wants estimates emailed to him. System is cooling but not properly.

Called out for backing up toilet. Ran sewer cable through toilet to clear the blockage of paper. Customer also has a failed ANGLE STOP that is leaking in the downstairs half bath. WATER PRESSURE was checked and is low as well. Customer plans to call for plumbing service to come out and address both of those issues. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Moving back yard flood over to current camera location Install new floodlight on left side of home to cover the dead area the front doorbell can’t reach
Called out for high water bill found 2 toilets running off and on. We gave an estimate to do minor rebuild on both toilets and the customer agreed. We removed and replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line for the master bathroom toilet and the upstairs hallway bathroom toilet. Tested both with no leaks and working properly at this time. during inspection, we were unable to get the digital water meter outside to light up.
Tech diagnosed main system and noticed dirty blower wheel, short ductwork at supply and return plenums and maintenance to help keep system functioning properly…. New wire for hot tub
Customer has 9 y/o Trane heat pump system that operates for upper level. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Replaced 35/5 MFD capacitor. Pressure levels were normal. System is currently working.
Came out today due to HVAC warranty for the main floor and basement system. Upon evaluation of the system found it is not a warranty. At this time, found the capacitor had a burnt wire on the herm connection due to the spade connector had a loose terminal that had melted the capacitor and burnt the wire. Upon making the repair tested the entire system to ensure there was no other underlying issue. At this time found that the compressor is pulling below max amps, the fan motor is below max amps, the refrigerant charge is good, the drain line is clear, all functions of the system is working properly at this time with no further concerns
Troubleshoot
Perfor 1 system diagnostic on right side system. Found system short cycling due to lack of maintenance Recommendations and a failed off. Found condenser completely compacted with dirt, a dirty filter, a failed capacitor, and dirty blower motor. Te installed the unit in 22’ however customer let the hoemcare lapse in 24’ so there is no labor warranty. Unit is non operational at this time. Compressor is also drawing high amps . Time of operation under current conditions unknown and could have a possible compressor failure . Unit is non operational at this time.
