Anthony P was great. It’s the first time we used TE for their HVAC services. The have been our electrical company for many years. Anthony provided a thorough inspection of all 3 of our units and then walked us through his evaluation and discussed potential next steps. We felt as if he was advising us rather than trying to sell to us. We will definitely use TE again, and plan on requesting Anthony P. We could not be more satisfied.

Excellent, as always.

EXCELLENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sean - Decatur, GA
My old HVAC was still blowing cold air but leaking water everywhere. TE's Anthony was patience, informative and thorough as he walked me through the unit and what was happening. Turned out it needed to be replaced, which is a sting, but I was so confident in the service he provided I knew that it was beyond repair. I'm have a new system installed this weekend and I expect the same stellar service.

Prompt service.

Aaron was great, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed how they made time in their busy schedule by moving up my appointment a few days to help me. I greatly appreciate it.

Customer was hearing mechanical noises once system was energized. Air handler is located in attic. Tested each level (3) dampers, which are operational and not making any mechanical noises. Noticed that when 2nd level damper is open is when the noise starts. Sounds as if it the air pressure going through the duct is causing vibration on the wood structuring down the chaise. Adjusted particular duct and noises was reduce and sometimes inaudible. Informed customer of findings. Advised customer to observe system.
