Job Locations and Reviews
Today I installed a new 50-gallon electric Rheem water heater in the back room closet of the home. After installation, the homes water lines were purged, and all connections were thoroughly inspected for leaks. The home is supplied by a well system, and the water pressure was tested at 60 PSI, which is within an acceptable range. At this time, the new water heater has not been energized because the home is currently undergoing an electrical panel replacement. The electrician is scheduled to complete the panel installation and restore power tomorrow, at which time the water heater will be connected and placed into service.

Replace fill valve, flapper, & supply line in basement toilet Attempt to clear toilet in main floor hallway bathroom (Pull & Reset) Tub waste/overflow replacement Customer called us out for a toilet blockage on the main floor. Upon arrival customer explained to us that they were experiencing a blockage in the toilet. The customer also expressed interest in doing a minor rebuild for the basement toilet and they were also concerned about a potential bad gasket in the 2nd floor tub drain. We did our inspection on the issues the customer had showed us, we first tested for a mainline issue on the main floor and after running water in the other fixture only the toilet was being affected. We also saw a stain on the ceiling above the 2nd floor bathroom. We went to take a look at the tub on the 2nd floor and we determined the stain was in the center of the bathroom group. Customer agreed to perform a minor toilet rebuild for the basement bathroom, a replacement for the lift and turn tub drain
Demarco always explains issues with what he repairs, very knowledgeable technician.
Minor toilet repair was successful and a client was very satisfied with the service that was provided today
For this job, I came to look at a system in which the thermostat was blank, and the drain pan was full of water. Once I arrived, I noticed that the system is tied into a condensate pump, which unfortunately was disconnected. I proceeded to connect the pump and tested it to ensure that it was properly working. I Then vacuum all the water from the drain pan and proceeded to test the unit and get pressure readings. After everything was running as it should, I highly recommended that the customer upgrades the water safety device to a wet switch to avoid the pan needing to be filled again. She agreed and I was able to install a wet switch and properly test it to ensure that everything was working. I also left an estimate for the customer to join our home plan.
Our septic pump had stopped working after having lived in our new house for a week. Josh and his associate came to assess the problem and found that the float in the pump was not working properly. They did a temporary repair to it until we could get a specialist in septic pumps to come out and probably replace the float. The team came earlier than we expected and did a good job, as much as they were able to do. Will call them again!
