Job Locations and Reviews
Arrived on site and found water heater leaking at the base. Unit is 5 years old and confirmed under warranty with Rheem tech support. Replaced water heater through Home Depot warranty exchange. Installed new thermal expansion tank, shut-off valves, temperature and pressure relief valve line, and drain pan. Also replaced gas valve and gas supply line. Tested system—working properly with no leaks.
Install Tesla charger in garage
Josh and Luis did a ceiling fan install at my home. Was on time, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking 👀 for anything electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Prices are reasonable. There is no trip fee prior to them coming out. Which was my #1 reason why I choose the company. My husband and I are happy customers.

Troubleshoot gfci painter took off
Arrived on site today and met up with Mike in the leak detection department. After Mike located the leak a couple feet from a tree in the yard we found that there was a leak in a PVC coupling for the water main line. We cut it out and installed PVC to press copper. Tested and inspected everything works as it should and no leaks at this time.
For this job, I conducted leak detection services as a TGL for Jonesboro technician Taj. I discovered the leak in the middle of the yard about 65 feet from the front of the home right next to a large oak tree leak has been excavated by on-site technician and is being repaired now.
Performed diagnostic on 30yr old ac unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling when he turned it on, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, went to attic to inspect furnace, noticed drain pan rusted, also no flood protection on equipment to prevent water damage, recommend adding a wet switch, noticed no refrigerant coming thru copper lines, stepped outside to inspect outdoor unit and found not running, upon checking main breaker found tripped, reset breaker and before making it outside it tripped again, reset breaker one more time, system did stay running, upon checking pressures found unit completely empty of r22, explained to customer r22 is obsolete as of 1/1/2020, recommend install supervisor, customer approved, schedule for Monday as close to 4-5 as possible, left disconnect upside down on outdoor unit customer is aware, unit still not cooling at time
As we arrived today we performed a troubleshoot on two defective switches that we replaced. We also replaced a defective receptacle in the hallway and Installed a surge protector in the electrical panel. Once Everything was installed all devices and the surge protector worked properly. We also talked to Imani about doing a total device of the house because of all of the backstabbed outlets and switches. I Have attached an estimate for the house re-device. Clear blockage in 2 sinks Clear blockage slow draining in bathtub Courtesy clearing one sink Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer was experiencing individual blockages in three sinks and one bathroom tub. Tested all branches for mainline but fixtures were all individual. Cleared bathtub by removing overflow and running k45 cable. Pulled back hair and plastic debris from drain. Bathtub now has proper flow. Took apart all sink pTrap assemblies to clean fixtures. Removed sink gunk and buildup from all drains. Reassembled drains and tested for leaks. Clearing successful for all drains.
Replacing bath fan in master bathroom
Came out today to perform one system HVAC inspection. On arrival found a 2021 heil gas furnace and a 2021 heil straight AC. Upon inspection of the units found that there was no flood protection, the outdoor condenser coil was very dirty, the capacitor was reading out of range, and there was no UV protection, the flue pipe was not up to code. At this time, customer only wanted to move forward with inspection and has to get further approval before moving forward with any repairs. At this time system is running see estimates for any further concerns.

Replacing both outlet and breaker
Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival customer stated that their upstairs system was not cooling properly and that they could smell a burning smell. Upon turning the system to cool felt that the liquid line was getting hot, upon this discovery, went to the outdoor system and found that somebody had pressure washed the coil and all the flaps were closed. Also upon inspection of the outdoor system found that the condenser fan motor was seized, and the compressor was pulling very high amps. Pond inspection of the indoor system found the blower will to be dirty and biological growth on the evaporator cool, there was UV protection for the system and there was no flood protection. Made customer aware of the potential hazards with no flood protection. Upon speaking with customer, customer elected to get a free quote to replace the system. At this time system is in the off position due to the fan motor being seized in the compressor, pulling high amps. See estima
Performed diagnostic on 19yr old upstairs unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling, checked tstst, cycled to ac mode, checked filter, upon going into attic noticed drain line is bowed, recommend updating drain to prevent water issues, also recommend TE standard flood protection wet switch to prevent ceiling damage from water, noticed furnace does not have a return plenum, control board is not attached just hanging inside furnace, which could cause issue from vibration of system, blower wheel is impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, upon checking outdoor unit found not running, found tripped breaker, reset breaker and unit started up, compressor is over amping, explained to customer that is what caused breaker to trip, compressor is failing, condenser coil is impacted and needs cleaning, unit is not leveled properly, upon checking pressures found unit low on r22, explained to customer r22 is obsolete as of 1/1/2020, highly recommend install supervisor due to age and co
Replaced the kitchen faucet with customer supplied Moen faucet
Performed diagnostic on 9yr old master bedroom/upstairs zoned unit, upon arrival customer stated he wasn’t working properly at times and stated ac unit stopped cooling properly last summer, checked ac mode first, cycled both tststs to ac mode, inspected older model AprilAire zone board, upon going to attic noticed unit has original dampers as well, both dampers are opening and closing at the time, inspected filter, replaced customer supplied filter, checked blower wheel, blower capacitor, unit does not have flood protection, recommend wet switch to prevent ceiling damage from water, inspected outdoor unit, coils are impacted , recommend chemical cleaning condenser coils, checked capacitor and contactor, upon checking pressures unit is showing low on r410a, after speaking with customer she stated she has had to add refrigerant at least 3 times, recommend leak search to locate leak before moving forward with repairs, explained to customer due to age and repeated refrigerant loss history
Performed diagnostic on package unit, upon arrival customer stated unit not heating or cooling properly, stated outdoor unit would run then shut off at times, checked tstst, cycled to heat mode , filters was heavily impacted, recommended replacing , customer approved, installed 2 new filters, upon checking package unit compressor side had shut off and was giving high pressure code, sprayed coil with water to see if my pressure would change, once unit turned back on unit ran for about 3min and shut off on high head pressure again, no change in pressures after spraying coil, unit is showing signs of restriction, switched to ac mode, unit came on after 5min delay , let unit ran to check pressures, in ac mode unit showing low on r410, spoke with customer about issues he stated he has had r410 added 2 times he knows of , explained his unit is having several issues, one is there is a leak in the system somewhere and now there is a restriction in the system as well, gave option to remove all
1st floor Redevice (15 devices)
For the shower conducted leak detection services for homeowner and discovered leak at the top left-hand side of the driveway right next to the sewer clean out. The homeowner had previously run a new Watermain service from his meter and tied into the blue poly sticking out from under the driveway. There was a pinhole on the blue poly that he tied into a year ago.
Light flickering, lost neutral
Called out for a home back up. Ran a cable throughout downstairs toilet to clear issue. Blockage was tissue and waste. Upstairs main line was backed up. Pulled master and ran sewer machine . Blockage was unknown but tested thoroughly line is open a flowing at this time .
