Troubleshoot electrical issue

Toilet is draining slowly, siphon jet is working properly. Pull toilet and retrieve toy, reinstall toilet and check for any problems.

I came out today to troubleshoot the living room ceiling fan that was being fed, constantly hot and not working via the two 3way switches. The customer stated that one 3 way was located by the front door and the other is located in a 2g box by the hallway that goes to the master bedroom. The switch by the front door is a 3way and the wires were cut and capped off and the other switch was removed from the 3g. I removed the canopy at the ceiling fan and discovered that no box was present and the bracket was just screwed to the beam. I used a toner to trace the switch leg out and discovered it in the receptacle by the 2g box. I installed a new jumper from the receptacle to the switch box as to re feed the fan. I installed a new 3way switch for the fan and tested it. The fan is now working at both switches. The customer requested to have me also look into the ceiling fan in the dining room and I have found the middle switch located by the back door to be a single pole switch. I removed it

Replaced 2 ton evaporator coil, vacuumed system down to 300 microns , charged system to factory specs.

Found leaking evap coil, gave customer options and he is moving forward with repair options to be done tomorrow .

Wire in a new dedicated 240v 20 circuit beneath the panel in the basement for a tanning bed. Supply and install gfci breaker for the tanning bed due to it being in an unfinished space. Wire in a new back to back in the closet where the security system is installed. I tested all equipment and everything is working

Adding outlet and new home run for basement furnace

The drain line was poorly designed and not allowing water to pass to the condensation pump. The drain line was clogged and not allowing water to pass to the condensation pump

We restored the main panels by putting in all new breaker, separating the grounds and neutrals, and tightening all connections made in panel. We install flexible conduit to protect the wires coming up through the sub floor. We also secured all wires coming into the top of the panels. We installed a new box for a 6-3 circuit not in use and installed a gfci outlet below one of the main panels.

We ran a new circuit and installed a new box and outlet for a dryer in the laundry room. We also replaced three lights in the upstairs attic space.

Troubleshoot outlet not working

Technician inspected all faucets and drains throughout home. Technician recommended new faucet and shut off valves replacement for main level half bathroom. Technician recommended repipe of kitchen sink drain due to current drain too high for deep sink. Technician to take apart drains and seal to stop minor dripping in master bathroom. No warranty on existing drains or faucets.

Installed two new outlets for irrigation system and installed an outlet on an existing circuit for convenience.
