Job Locations and Reviews

We separated double tapped grounds and neutrals in the panel We ran new outdoor wire to the hvac condenser.

Today we came out for second level heat pump not coming on 2019 Goodman 2.5 ton heat pump split. Cycled equipment from thermostat found contactor melted, impacted condenser coil and minimal flood protection. Gave customer options and quoted home care service. Client would like to do option b. Installed contactor, repaired burnt up wires and cleaned condenser coil started system up in cooling mode and heat came on. Heat pump system was set up for conventional. Fixed thermostat set up and left all equipment operational. Advised client to keep up with maintenance log

Replace shut off valve to hose bib

Upon arrival did visual inspection on 1984 Lennox coil and AC made it to a 1984 carrier electric furnace. System physically is in poor condition. With approval from customer performed thorough inspection on system. Customer states the fan always runs. Upon inspection of this furnace it is on 100 amp breaker. While running in heat mode, it is pulling 80 A. This furnace is old and poor condition and incredibly inefficient. New equipment will take a third of this electricity and its highest modes to heat this home. Did find relay for fan to be closed all the time. The fan needs a relay. This needs a two relay that’ll work for heat and cool. This motor was recently replaced. As well as thermostat. This was done by handyman. I do not recommend putting any money into the system. It is simply way past. It’s prom and in poor condition. Switched to AC and tested AC AC is cooling pressure is a little low but not bad. Contact Meir is very burnt and pitted and buzzing. Needs to be replaced. I will

Installed customer supplied toilet and bidet seat in half bathroom. Checked work and everything is working as it should at this time. Cleaned up and received payment Tested water quality and found high level of chlorine present in water. Provided customer with estimates for whole home water filtration systems Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

I came out today due to the homeowner requesting to have new location receptacles installed for some toilets. Due to the second floor installing a new dedicated circuit is not feasible without causing significant damage to the home. The electrical specifications calls for a dedicated 15 amp circuit at 1800 W. I informed the customer that the toilet will still work but she runs the risk of potentially tripping the circuit breaker. If she runs the heater at max she let me know today that she doesn’t plan on using the toilet seat heater at all And she understands the potential of the breaker tripping due to overload conditions. I came off a receptacle in the master bedroom adjacent from the powder, bathroom wall and completed a back to back installation by the toilet. I supplied and installed a GFCI receptacle in the master bedroom to provide proper shock prevention next to the toilet. I showed the homeowner where the GFI was, explained the red light, and how to reset it during the even

For this job, we were placed the full basement system

Performed 2 system homecare. Main floor system is running very well and efficiently, changed filters on both systems. Homeowner complaint of high power bills last 2 months (double normal rate) after thorough inspection found the compressor on basement unit has failed. Confirmed diagnosis with technical support, customer wants quote to replace unit since it is out of warranty. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Jason and Eldjy (I hope I spelled his name correctly) were awesome! They installed a new system and it was so quick! They did a great job!

We installed a new system for the entire house

Added a new light in the basement closet, came off the existing outlet. Replaced the fluorescent light in the downstairs closet. Added a new outlet back to back in the master closet. Replaced the ceiling fan in the living room. Added a new fan outside on the porch coming off existing power. We also performed a homecare inspection

Wire in and install a new generator inlet at the meter main disconnect. We will supply and install the conduit, wiring, interlock kit, breaker and the inlet. Wire in a new location generator inlets for the home. Supply and install a 50 amp breaker, inlet, conduit, interlock kit and wiring at the service disconnects. Load management will be up to the customer when running the generator for back up power. During the event power is lost to the home follow these steps: 1) Turn all breakers off at main panel along with the main breaker at the meter. When you shut the main off slide the interlock into place to turn the 50 amp breaker on. 2) Use a cord to go from the generator to the inlet that’s next to the meter and start the generator up and let it come to an idol. 3) Go back to the main panel and turn breakers on slowly as to not rush the generator with a big load. When power has been restored you will follow the same process. 1) Turn the breakers off at the main panel 2) Shut off

We came out today due to the low voltage door bell transformer buzzing. After removing the cover the chime the unit was still buzzing. I suggested to the homeowner about installing a multi tap transformer to correct this issue and this will also set her up for a future Ring Camera. After installing the unit was not buzzing anymore

Homeowner called about leak under the kitchen sink. After further inspection, we discovered the sink trap was leaking. We recommended repiping the drain from the kitchen sink to the outlet at the wall. Tested and and checked for leaks

For this job, I installed a new Rheem water heater, and removed the old unit. I added a new gas shut off valve and a water shut off valve on top of the unit. We also replaced the back hose Bibb and installed a new 1/2 in shut off valve for spigot. We replaced the main shut off to house and added a new Prv to the system to fix pressure issue. I also ran a new tnp line out of the house, the old line was drained into the pan for the water heater. Once done we insulated everything and cleaned up the work area.

Replace delta cartridge

Install two dedicated 20 amp circuits for a new walk in bath tub. We will come off the existing electrical panel in the basement, install the new wiring through the finished basement, and then install two new outlets where the tub is going to be installed. We will install two new gfci breakers at the main electrical panel. We may need to cut a hole in the ceiling in the basement bedroom.

For this job, I fixed main leak in home, by replacing old poly supply line to master bathroom faucet. I also gave estimates on the water heater, Prv, hosebibb, and master bathroom shower cartridge. Customer wants to move forward at later date

Customer states that during heavy rains last week, water was leaking into the floor from the wall near the stairs in the finished basement. Once the heavy rains ceased the water stopped leaking and has not leaked since. There appears to be no plumbing in this area whatsoever. We cannot identify exactly what caused the water intrusion, but it does not appear to be a plumbing issue. We have left an estimate to open Sheetrock in that area to verify that there is no plumbing in that area that could have caused this leak.

Completed 1 system home care. Changed filter. April air model 413. Checked blower wheel. Blower motor is operating properly. Checked refrigerant levels they are normal. Checked capacitor and Contactor both are good. Outdoor coil is clean. Flushed drain line. Drain line is draining properly. Adjusted thermostat setting.
